Fantastic experience: You walk into a beautiful new building with the nicest people. The girls at the front desk are the best. They make you feel welcome from the minute you open the door. They know who you are and use your name when talking to you. My dental hygienist Cheyenne is awesome. She explains everything she was doing. Dr. Garcia is absolutely amazing..She is an amazing dentist and she treats you with respect. I highly recommend Grafton Family Dentistry. They are knowledgeable, kind and they take their time and explain everything. I have been going to them for several years now and they have not changed one bit. There is absolutely no way you would go wrong if you would go to them. The atmosphere, the prices and mist importantly the people are outstanding. Thank you for taking such good care of me.

It being my first time, It was thought to be x-rays and meet the Dr. Which happened. But right away she and her team had a plan, and done. in less an hour. I go back Friday for the end result.

No rushed atmosphere, I felt like I had their full attention and all future work was discussed and explained. This place is the best I have seen in my 57 years.

Fantastic experience: I hate the dentist. I am terrified to death of the dentist. They were extremely patient with me took their time, explained everything they were doing while doing it. If I felt any discomfort at all they immediately stopped and gave me a minute. They made a treatment plan for me and explained it extremely well. I still hate the dentist only because of past trauma from other dental offices. However, this one is likely to make me feel otherwise. I cannot recommend this place enough. Everyone here from the moment I got there to the moment I left was absolutely wonderful.

Although most of my dental work is done at the VA, I still see GFD for routine cleaning, x-rays and recommended care. I've been seen by Shyanne for several years now and she is excellent at her profession. I highly recommend Grafton Family Dentistry as an excellent provider. Staff has always been pleasant, well mannered and professional in every aspect.

Fantastic experience: My experience of the place was amazing. The registration nurse was the friendliest I think I have ever talked to when checking in. She's also very kind and answered any questions I ask. Then the nurse that brought me back to see the doctor was extremely knowledgeable and let me know of programs and everything ahead of time. And when the doctor came in she was amazing as well. Friendly and had a beautiful smile which all of them did, but it's a dentist office so that's probably a requirement. I'm hoping I can get mine to look as nice as ferris eventually. Great place to go taking my kids there from now on. If you hadn't been there I suggest it.

Fantastic experience: I broke a front tooth filling and was in a hurry to get it repaired because I had another medical procedure scheduled in a couple of days. After calling them and explaining the situation, the wonderful people at Grafton Family Dental were able to get me in that same day. They restored my tooth which looks as good as new! The process was easy and the staff and doctor were outstanding. I highly recommend them and will be using them for my whole family from now on!

I previously had the same dentist for nearly 30 years and did not want to switch, but 300 miles will make you sell new practitioners. I was shocked when I walked in. The place was beautiful and reminded me of my dentist back home. All the staff were incredibly polite and respectful. I would recommend their services wholeheartedly.

I also received a referral to a specialist for a jaw issue and will continue with a combination of care. The need for the specialized care was explained very well and for the first time I understand many issues that have occurred with past providers which have been very frustrating and costly and never explained to me before. I truly appreciated the time and care and highly recommend their services.

Fantastic experience: I started going to this dentist office 2 years ago, bcuz I needed major work done to my teeth. They've been very helpful, informative and thorough throughout my entire care plan. They explained their suggested care plan to me, and asked me my options. My medical insurance only pays for so much dental work in one year, and I pay the rest out of pocket. Since Medicaid caps the amount they're willing to pay for each procedure, the office personnel tried to help me get the same price, when I had to pay out of pocket. Dr. Christa Garcia even worked on a couple of little problem spots for free! They kept track of how many benefits I had left, after each visit. When Medicaid declined to pay for bottom partial dentures, they kept resubmitting the pre-authorization with slight changes, until Medicaid approved it. Everyone that works there that I've met seems very nice and pleasant. Dr. Garcia is an excellent dentist. She has bedside manners, very smart, down to Earth, gentle and sweet. There's a new dentist on board now. I can't remember her name right off hand but she is wonderful too. I transferred my children to her office too. After having the same dentist for their entire life. The office, in back and in front, are always very clean. And so are the restrooms. I don't have one complaint about the Grafton Family Dentistry or it's employees! As embarrassing as it is, I have to admit that for awhile I was bad about cancelling appointments too close to the appt time. I did it so much, they put me on a call list basis, instead of scheduling an appt. A call list is a list of folks that want called if any appts open up, that happens sooner than their scheduled appt. That's the only way we could get back on the schedule. You have to do several appts this way, before they'll schedule you an appt. It happened to be my son appts, that we cancelled quite a bit.. But there's no way I myself would continue to be seen, knowing that I caused my son to have to wait until someone cancels their appt. So I spoke to the office manager. I asked her if my son and I could swap places, and I take his place on the call list. She was really nice about it and let me schedule an appt for him, but it'd be like a probationary period. The rest is history, lol.
