Fantastic experience: I met Dr. Beard as I had a cracked tooth that was getting painful. I had just moved here from out of state eight weeks ago. Dr. Beard and his staff were very welcoming and got me in as soon as possible. The repair is amazing, smooth and pain-free. I look forward to going back for my regular cleanings and to see Dr. Beard as my regular dentist. Thank you all.

Negative experience: My experience with this dental office was not good they were very noisy. They asked alot person questions not dental related. I asked for a dental impression of my teeth and they wouldn't give me one because I wanted to use the impression to make a diamond grill for my teeth... keep in mind they picked my brain trying to find out why I wanted a impression for my teeth. They were asking me how much its going cost me to buy the diamond grill, we're I'm buying it at things that shouldn't matter to a dentist. So even though I have insurance I can't get a dental impression from this place thts poor customer service. Why choose this office saint joseph..

Fantastic experience: Dr. Beard and his team are truly phenomenal. I came to them pretty hopeless about my teeth after several bad experiences elsewhere and they really are a Godsend. I have much work to be done but I am feeling so positive about my treatment plan and the after results so they have given me that hope back. I have gone there on many occasions with a heavy spirit and shoulders as life can be sometimes and they always make me smile and make my day. They have worked with me when others would have turned me away. They really care about their patients. They are both genuine but so highly professional at the same time. They know exactly what they are doing. I have written very few reviews but it's worth telling others this is the dentist to go to. Even if u hate going to the dentist, mark my words they will change your mind

Fantastic experience: Best dentist and nurse I've ever been to and I'm 50 they were quick efficient very friendly and had some good tunes on the radio but over everything I told them I needed a tooth pulled pointed out the tooth after they took the time to investigate further it wasn't that tooth at all ...that being said they didn't pull the tooth I thought they pulled another and it was the tooth that was the problem changed my life the pain I was in was gone instantly they took the time to find the problem not just pull the one I thought ...very good people thanks a bunch

Fantastic experience: I am needing dentures and they have been wonderful about including in the process and letting me know what to expect. When it comes to the dentures themselves, they are being very thorough to ensure that they will look good and fit well. UPDATE I can't believe how well my dentures fit and look, I would recommend anybody to their offices!!!

Positive experience: The people are nice, but I didn’t feel comfortable while getting my fill on my teeth. I know the doctor was in a rush because of time but I didn’t get a hi, how are you? Are you comfortable? The whole procedure was uncomfortable and hurt. The staff is welcoming & I honestly just don’t like going to the dentist so I’m not sure if my experience would be different anywhere else.

Negative experience: While I had no problem with my general visit And felt the care was quality they had me sign up for a dental plan three years ago. Despite repeated attempts phone calls and communication somehow it renews year after year and they continue to take money out of my account despite repeated request to stop taking money out and cancel my plan. At this point, I’m gonna have to cancel my credit card and cancel my bank account just to get them to stop fraudulently taking money out of my account for a plan that I have asked for them to stop and cancel and they won’t .

Fantastic experience: The entire staff is knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating. They make you feel comfortable and confident in their care. They disagreed with a diagnosis I received at another facility and declined to do any work I was expecting and prepared to have done. Who turns down business anymore!!!I love the responsibility they have towards their job.

Negative experience: Wife got work done here and after cleaning and putting in fillings went to another dentist and they laughed at how bad his work is. And they knew who it was because he has become a laughing stock among dentists for constantly needing to correct his work Avoid at all costs. Also will publically assume you are in jail if you miss an appointment so you better show up to get your teeth messed up!

Friendly staff, Dr.Beard doesn’t just recommend a bunch of unnecessary procedures and leave, appointments are backed up for new patients but it’s worth the wait to get in. Cleanings and other appt’s are quick and easy.
