Fantastic experience: This was my first time visit with East Ridge Family dentist. Because I have a very severe medical condition. They were very helpful and understanding to help accommodate me. I really did enjoy the girl that clean my teeth. She was very sweet, nice and understanding and show that she cared a lot. The dentist was very professional, seem to care a lot, and was worried about my health. I really like this place and I would recommend it to anybody and everybody!

Dr.K is the first dentist who was able to completely numb me for a root canal and multiple fillings. Our entire family is seen in their office.

Negative experience: I won’t be back. I feel like the hygienist is under pressure from the dentist to get the cleaning done in a certain amount of time. She didn’t even floss all my teeth. There’s no small talk. The dentist literally spent one minute thirty seconds looking at my teeth. I don’t think he’s trained his hygienists at all. It’s just about how fast can they get the work done and then they skimp. I don’t like the environment at all and in fact not going back.

Fantastic experience: I have an irrational fear of trips to the dentist for 60-ish years. Sydney was my Dental Hygienist. She was gentle and understanding as well as very thorough. Dr Kole Krasniqi was very understanding even shared a plan to help me be less afraid. He included me in that plan.

Fantastic experience: I usually don’t have good experiences with dentists and my teeth are not in very good health. Let’s be real, dental work isn’t cheap (with insurance) but the staff was extremely helpful in finding solutions to get my teeth fixed asap. Dr. Kole recently did work on my 2 kids and myself. He is great with children, I was impressed. I was more nervous than them when I got a crown done but he handled it with kindness and patience. My tooth feels and looks amazing! I highly recommend this office. The whole staff is wonderful!

I was a sick kid growing up and between brain surgeries and long hospital stays, I was always too tired to do much else. That meant not always seeing the dentist as I should have. Now that I’m older and have kids I’ve decided I need to at least give it a good attempt to fix a few things. I am so glad that I chose you guys to help me with that! Dr. K and all of the girls are amazing and so sweet. You want to go to the doctor and not feel nervous or worried you’ll be judged and you won’t feel that way at all here. You’ll be comfortable here. Fantastic experience: I was very impressed with everyone I meant. In twenty minutes I was given options for my problem and told about a sinus problem that I have been dealing with long term but thought it was allergies! I had made a mistake and visited a large chain operation the day before and after 3.5 hours had gotten nowhere!!! They just wanted to sell me things I didn't need!! Thank you for the great service!

Fantastic experience: This was my second visit and I had accidently missed my sons appointment the week prior so while I was checking in I asked if I could reschedule his appointment they went above and beyond and squeezed him in when they didn't have to and they were soo sweet and amazing to my son Chelsaethe office manager cleaned my sons teeth during my visit would 100% recommend them to anyone.

Fantastic experience: Our experience at East Ridge was delightful. The staff (Especially Chelsea ) was extremely thoughtful. I brought my kids to my long appointment and they were worn out but Chelsea Provided them with snacks, blankets, entertainment, water and even (with my permission) held my little fussy one until my appointment was over. Every time we come, we leave Better than when we arrived. Chelsea has been so thoughtful, Sydney is very skillful and kind and (there’s a sweet dental hygienist who loves plants) she is always smiling and welcoming to my children. Dr K is always making sure we are comfortable and cared for. We feel like we are a part of a family at East Ridge. East Ridge Family Dentistry deserves 5 stars. We are pleased with their Management. Everyone is helpful and they have a welcoming staff. Dr. K has a great bedside manner. He always explains things and then checks on you to make sure you are ok. I had a night guard made when I picked it up they made sure it got and put it in a neon colored box, because they thought I'd like that color. So awesome

Fantastic experience: My husband and I just moved to the area and needed a new dentist. After researching and reading reviews we chose East Ridge. The office is nice and inviting and the dental chairs are in individual rooms for more privacy. My technician did a great job and was very personable. My husband was also impressed with his cleaning. The waiting area has a spot to entertain kiddos and tvs at the dental chair for distraction. Give them a try.
