Reviews are super important which is why i am writing one! I found Trecartin Family Dentistry on google and read the reviews which is what made my decision to become a new patient here. The office is well kept, very clean and very cozy! The staff is so kind and each member of the staff i have encountered has been very informative in their roles. Ava was my Hygienist and i couldn't be happier to have her clean my teeth and also go over all of my dental health, she makes you feel so comfortable in her chair! I say the same for Dr. Colleen , she is wonderful and thorough with her knowledge and examination. Fantastic experience: I needed a new crown. Dr. Trecartin-Frost was extremely thorough and explained everything carefully, making sure I understood. I had no discomfort during the entire procedure, and both the temporary and permanent crowns fit perfectly. I'm grateful to her and the staff members who are always very supportive.

Negative experience: Pretty much waterboarded me and when i said stop like 6 times and they refused i went into a severe panic attack where i was unable to breathe. Meanwhile they weren’t even looking at the tooth that i went in there for. Will NEVER be going here again. Not to mention they didn’t even finish the work, I had to go to an emergency dentist afterwards so that they could correctly to the work.

Only negative is if you have Delta Dental, you have to pay for the visit u front then get reimbursed directly from DD.
