Fantastic experience: Very knowledgeable and welcoming. I haven’t been to the dentist in years and I felt embarrassed but their reassurance made me feel great about taking that next step.

Positive experience: I was referred to your facility for my son and my daughter’s braces. The doctor explains everything well and as far as the financing it’s pretty expensive I chose to go with you guys because I was referred by My Nephew and some family members who also have Braces from your facility. The dental assistants and other employees could be a little bit less rude. My daughter went in there and she told my daughter go brush your teeth and we didn’t even know there was a place to brush the children’s teeth after the 6th time going there. Nothing was ever explained to us. Then they were always snobby and irritated. I like to ask questions and know what will be best for my children. Braces are not free and are very Expensive so I expected them to be a little bit more understanding, kind and be sympathetic towards children. I think things should be better explain to the parents and the children from day 1. Also have a little bit more understanding and not be so irritated. This wasn’t the first time it usually is every time we go in there.

Fantastic experience: Miranda and staff are amazing! 10/10 would recommend this place, the only negative I have are the kiddos that stay porking around in the area. Not sure whose kids they are but it became annoying at one point.

Negative experience: I had a very disappointing and frustrating experience with Smile Doctors. I paid nearly $6,000 for my orthodontic treatment, expecting to receive proper and complete care. Unfortunately, that was not what happened. At one point, I needed to have a tooth removed due to a dental issue. Because of this, they chose not to put my braces back on and essentially ended my treatment early. This left me feeling like I paid a large amount of money without receiving the full treatment plan I was promised. During my time there, I was also treated very poorly by staff. There were multiple visits where I left in tears because of how I was spoken to and how little care or gentleness was shown. It felt very dismissive and unprofessional. After I left a review, a doctor contacted me and acknowledged the situation. I was told that I had up to five years to return and would be given Invisalign for one year to make up for the incomplete treatment. Based on that promise, I decided to give them another chance. However, when I recently called to follow up, they confirmed they could see the documentation of that promise in my file—but then told me they would not be honoring it. That was extremely upsetting and felt very dishonest. Overall, this experience has been emotionally draining and financially frustrating. I would strongly caution others before choosing this provider. If this is how adults are treated, it raises serious concerns about how younger patients may be treated as well.

Negative experience: Terrible experience here. Poor quality work to go along with their poor quality staff. In short, from the rude comments made, to the physical aggressiveness, to the poor work they did... it's not worth your money. The manager even stated I was taking too much time in the chair and that the time I've spent in it was more than what I had paid for. She made it VERY CLEAR with that statement that all they care about is the money, not the work they do or patient satisfaction.

Negative experience: I don’t regret at all moving locations. Today was my first visit to the office and Tina made me feel so comfortable. I love it here! UPDATE: On 5/21 I left smile doctors in temple in tears!! I was forced to remove my braces after expressing I wasn’t ready because I know my teeth! Plus I wasn’t prepared for the removal of the glue with the machine they use. My anxiety was out the roof trying to hold myself together. As the tech was removing my wires my eyes was full of tears because I kept saying “NO” I wasn’t ready. I told her I would leave a review about my experience and she was not the issue at all, but I expressed over 5times NO, I DO NOT WANT MY BRACES OFF YET… They was taken off and the molds for the retainers (bottom) caused my lip to split so I’m in pain constantly putting Vaseline on the areas. The doctor was suppose to check to make sure everything was fine but he never came back over for anything once (I assume) he found out how I was feeling. I’m not happy at all and still paying for braces AFTER service is completed. I honestly feel traumatized tbh

Dr Andrew Syvertsrn is so kind and explains everything throughly, he has been working closely with my dentist to make sure everything is going on track.
