Fantastic experience: Dr. Batts and her team are wonderful! Nicole, her dental assistant, was amazing, and you can tell they’ve been working together for a long time because they operate like a well-oiled machine. They made my daughter feel comfortable throughout the entire visit. We went in expecting that my daughter would need a crown, but while Dr. Batts was working, she was able to determine that a filling would be sufficient. I really appreciated that she adjusted the treatment plan based on what was actually needed rather than simply proceeding with the more extensive procedure. That level of honesty and professionalism means a lot and gives me complete confidence that she’ll never recommend treatment that isn’t necessary. I couldn’t recommend them more highly.

Fantastic experience: My son was having tooth pain and they worked him in sooner as well as got him a quick appointment for treatment. Over the phone as well as in person they are so kind and understanding, I’m very glad I have came to them

Negative experience: I really wanted to like this place. I read reviews and was excited to take my child, and we drove 40 minutes to get there. The receptionist was very friendly. However, they asked me to put a debtor credit card on file. I explained that I wasn’t comfortable doing that . I have insurance, and if anything needed to be paid out of pocket, I would have no problem paying before any treatment was done. The office manager told the receptionist that we couldn’t be seen unless I put a card on file. I respectfully declined and left. I wish I had known or was told of this policy ahead of time. I’ve never had to have a card on file for any other dentist

Fantastic experience: My daughter loved her experience with the staff team. Dr. Tasha was amazing, and Niy was very kind and always willing to help. The reception desk staff were also friendly and welcoming. We will definitely be going back.

Fantastic experience: My son lost one of the silver caps he’s had for several years on a back molar. I was so worried it would be some big, painful, expensive ordeal - or that the tooth would need to be pulled. Called them this morning, and they got us right in. They were able to painlessly cement it back on his tooth and we were back in the car in 30 minutes. Completely the opposite of ordeal. The staff has been kind and helpful for both our visits! Well-worth our drive from Killeen!! Thank you!!!

Fantastic experience: The check in and paperwork process was super fast and easy. Love the easy tablet at the check in desk to make it go by fast. Dr. Batts and her staff were friendly, calming, and so thorough. I felt reassured and my little one got what she needed without having to spend a ton of time there. They put little touches of love in the whole experience: like having a sign so you can take a picture of your child’s first dental appointment. They make it an all around good experience, which would otherwise be a chore going to the dentist! Thank you Little Bites!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Tasha is the best, so are all her techs. First off, the staff is diverse and inclusive, which I know can be hard to find. All the receptionists are extremely friendly and easy to talk to. No problems over the phone or in person. The rooms are all themed with squishmellows which I think is adorable. There are TVs above the chairs so kids can watch while laying down. Every tech/nurse we've been with has been extremely down to earth, friendly, and very competent. Dr. Tasha really pays attention to what the parent has to say and takes everything into consideration. I've never been happier with a dental office, including my own adult offices. And of course, everyone has been absolutely amazing with my kiddos. They really, really know what they're doing and they do it well.

Positive experience: Hello, we were referred to this office by a helpful and informative receptionist at West Temple Othro. All the staff at the office did not introduce themselves by name or title to me or my kids. The staff did not ask if my kids or me if they wanted to watch the TV. The staff did not talk about the order of the appointment so my children knew what to expect. Thank you for the survey. I will be back again tomorrow and wouldn't mind discussing this review in person.

Fantastic experience: Great place to bring your kids to for all things dentistry. Lilli and Niy made the kids feel super comfortable during their hygiene cleanings. If I could give 10 stars I would. The atmosphere is so kid friendly and reassuring for parents. Also they reinforced great brushing habits and ACTUALLY told us how to continue to develop good habits! Most doctors and dentists just say they did, but they actually helped and were super knowledgeable. Bring your kids.

My 3 year old, who gets very anxious going to the dentist and the appointment typically ends in tears, had a wonderful experience and NO TEARS. Lilli was so patient and kind that it made my daughter feel very comfortable. Also, my 6 years old said he really enjoyed his appointment.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Batts is the best pediatric dentist my children have ever seen! She’s gentle, patient, understanding. All around a great human and dentist!

Negative experience: We had generally speaking a pleasant experience with Little Bites Dentistry during routine cleanings. The staff was kind, and our child was comfortable. The office did a great job at being patient with our kids. However, our trust in the practice changed when we addressed a very minor chip in a tooth, a task that should be simple for a qualified dentist. Dr. Batts initially recommended an overly aggressive approach: either shaving down the tooth significantly or applying a veneer, which we felt was completely unnecessary. We expressed that we preferred a more conservative bonding procedure. Although she ultimately completed the bonding, it was clear during the process that she had difficulty with the technique and likely lacked experience with it. After the procedure, we were informed that we were being dismissed from the practice, apparently because we didn’t agree with her original recommendation. It’s unfortunate that advocating for a less invasive option and asking reasonable questions led to us being dropped as patients. If trust was the concern, it’s disheartening that ours; in wanting to preserve our child’s natural tooth wasn’t valued in return.

Fantastic experience: Was referred to Little Bites by a Lactation Consultant, due to my newborn having a potential lip tie. We had been struggling with nursing since birth and I was very worried that I wouldn’t be able to continue to exclusively breast feed. Scheduled an appointment with Little Bites for a potential laser revision. Everyone here was so pleasant and very helpful! Dr. Batts made me feel comfortable with the revision. It went super quick and I noticed a quick difference on nursing! Highly recommend Little Bites. Update: I wanted to share my second experience with Dr. Batts and her team. We came back for a second revision for my child’s tongue tie. I was very nervous and scared for the revision. The whole team made everything quick and easy for the both of us just like the first time. I noticed a significant difference in my child the same day. It was like a night and day difference. He seemed more relaxed, content, and an overall happier baby. We’re still working on feeding but I can see a big difference on that as well. The wound is also healing very very well! I can’t thank Dr. Batts and her team enough for helping us out! I will continue to recommend Little Bites Dentistry to all.

Fantastic experience: As a parent with a child with sensory processing disorder and ASD, finding healthcare providers who are patient and understanding is one of my top priorities. If you are in the same boat, Dr, Batts and her team at Little Bites may be the perfect fit for you. We have had 3 appointments, an intake and basic cleaning as well as 2 follow up visits for treating a cavity and with out fail, we were met with kindness and client centered care every time. Every team member, especially Ny and Lilly were so patient and really took the time to make my daughter feel comfortable. Dr. Batts provided personal attention and gave us reasonable treatment options moving forward. My daughter is still talking about her friends at the dentist. This facility doesn’t accept our insurance unfortunately but honestly, I don’t even care. I will happily pay out of pocket and never go anywhere else, that is how impressed I am with this team. Fantastic experience: Great environment from the waiting room all the way to the examination room itself. I love that it has Montessori based stuff and books for the kids in the waiting room so kids can play creatively while they wait. The doctor just has a way with kids. Still great! Still great!

Negative experience: We switched to this dentistry based on a lot of referrals. The first visit wasn’t pleasant. The dentist assistant wasn’t friendly, as if we been there before. I had to tell her that this is our first experience here. It wasn’t until the middle of the appointment she changed her tune. Today, no one greeted us and two other families. When we were called upon the receptionist said there is a new policy in place where I have to put a card on file. I explained to her that my husband and I have experienced a ton of fraud and did not feel comfortable. Her response was “Okay, well this will probably be your last visit with us.” Rude is an understatement. Finally we were called upon to come back. Again, another unfriendly face. Did not state her name, nothing. Just let me get your height and weight. My son got in the chair, she took X-rays. She seemed bothered he couldn’t get the right angle for her. We thought she was going to do the whole thing. She then said someone else would brush his teeth. I said Okay, that’s fine. The girl who brushed and flossed my son was the most pleasant one. She was friendly, and nice. Mind you this is a kids dental office. The dr came by and checked his teeth, she is always pleasant. Now we’re checking out. The lady says, “Let us know when you find a new dentist, we will send X-rays.” I said so there’s no other way around me putting a card on file because I don’t feel comfortable? She said no, that’s policy. Okay cool. Only two people were pleasant this whole appointment and mind you I did not have a good experience the first time. But I wanted to give them a chance, maybe that lady was having a bad day the first time. At the end I felt as if we don’t care if you leave, you’re nothing but a number. Policy is policy and I felt as if was being bullied into leaving my personal card after so many fraud cases. We also have insurance, not like we’re coming in here uninsured. I was expecting more from this children’s dentistry.

Fantastic experience: My little one needed his lip and tongue ties adjusted and we were recommended this place from my midwife and lactation consultant. We came and they made us feel at home and answered any questions we had about the procedure. The facility was very clean and all of the staff was so nice and friendly and they all had great customer service. My little one slept through his adjustment and they said he was absolutely amazing during the procedure and barely even cried. I absolutely would recommend this place and am thinking of switching my other 2 little to this place as well.

Before she knew what was going on they were done. They also offered her a popsicle afterwards. The office was clean with beautiful bright colors. I ended up scheduling all my kids to be seen there.

From the moment we arrived, Ms. Destiny and the other Dental assistant (so sorry I forgot her name) made my boys feel calm and comfortable! Dr. Tasha was incredibly patient, gentle, and thorough, explaining everything in a way my boys could understand, and of course, we had a bunch of laughs along the way! The clinic is warm and kid-friendly, and it’s clear they truly care about their young patients. I’m so grateful for the exceptional care—we couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Negative experience: I want to start this as the staff are nice. I have not had a problem until recently. One of my children was given a review of work and costs. I did all this and paid it all same day. I received a surprise bill in my email of almost $400 on top of the $300 I have already paid. I emailed and asked about it. I stated I'd take them elsewhere because I do not like surprise bills with no breakdown as to why. I also assumed (ignorantly) that the law about no surprise bills applied to dentristy. I asked if it was legal. I received a call around 0945 that the dentist would be dropping us. Which is fine but I'm not above apologizing for mistakes as a person if I'm wrong. The bill does not state anywhere what services were rendered and why I owe more. Instead of an explanation it was just a phone call of you'll be dropped from the practice.

Release done same day and without a few minutes. They unfortunately didn’t take either of our insurances however have really great prices.
