Fantastic experience: Best dental practice I have experienced by far. Very modern and up to date. Efficient and effective care. Same day crowns are available and they are such a better way and far more durable. Staff is very friendly and accommodating.

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient at this dental office for many years. As I have aged, my dental needs have changed. My goals are to keep my smile and all my teeth. Dr Dryke and her associates not only are great with dental prophylaxis but my comfort and their friendliness keeps me smiling.

Fantastic experience: Been going to Gallery since they opened - so for about 20 years! Everyone there is super friendly and attuned. They’re super good at what they do - never had any problems, even though I’ve had my fair share of self-inflicted cavities over the years. And I don’t think I’ve ever had to wait in the lobby for more than 5m since they’re always on time. Would highly recommend Dr. Dryke and her team!

Fantastic experience: Excellent experience today. Gallery has state of the art equipment, the x-rays were thoroughly explained and the exam was detailed. The hygienist Sara did a great job, much appreciated . I really like the dental plan they offer in lieu of insurance. Very pleased.

Fantastic experience: After 2 month of my molar breaking and no luck of trying to find a local dentist to help me. (Each saying no new patients and no oral surgeon willing to see me without referral...that I almost did a 4 hour drive back to old dentist in MI) Then the excruciating, non-relenting pain started and a friend recommend Dr Kathrynne Dryke. I called not expecting to get in and instead they got me in ASAP. They were all amazing... from the ones on the phone, to the front desk, the dental assistants and not to forget DR herself! They never left me feeling insecure, nor unassured. They were very patient with me from answering all my questions, listening about all my past, bad dental experiences, calming my high anxiety and they were just positively amazing in every aspect!!! Hands down 100% the greatest dental experience I have ever had in my entire life. I cannot thank them enough for the warm and considerate care... walked away with problem solved and appointment for next dental visit.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Dryke just placed an implant for me yesterday, and I have absolutely no discomfort at all!! I feel as if I had nothing done! It’s like it never happened, but now I have a perfectly placed implant that we can put a crown on in 6 weeks!! Yay!! Fantastic experience: I recently visited Gallery Dental for the first time, and I can honestly say it was one of the best dental experiences I've ever had. I'm extremely sensitive when it comes to my teeth and have been to numerous dental offices over the years. While many have had positive qualities, Gallery Dental truly stood out in a way I didn't expect. From the moment I walked in, I never once felt judged- something that has not always been the case at other offices. The entire team made me feel comfortable, heard and genuinely cared for. Their compassion felt real, not rehearsed. What impressed me most was their approach: they started with what mattered most for my health, outlining clear priorities, and then moved into address cosmetic considerations. I left feeling relieved, supported and honestly blown away by the experience. If you are someone who has anxiety about going to the dentist, I can't recommend Gallery Dental enough!

Negative experience: I was a little shocked at the price and also that my insurance was out of network. I paid the full price and was told I will get a check from my insurance company for about half the cost. Needless to say, I will be switching dentists. Another point. ..I was injured on the property and was told, I would not be reimbursed for the $900 plus dollars of out of pocket medical expenses I incurred as a result. I wasn't even offered a discount to offset my medical expenses as a result of the injury on the property.

Negative experience: *MN BOARD OF DENTISTRY FOUND DR. DRYKE PROVIDED SUBSTANDARD ENDODONTIC CARE TO MORE THAN ONE OF HER PATIENTS* *MN BOARD OF DENTISTRY ISSUED DR. KATHRYNNE DRYKE AN AGREEMENT FOR CORRECTIVE ACTION* I had the absolute misfortune of seeing Dr. Kathrynne Dryke at Gallery Dental for a root canal and crown on a broken tooth (#14) on June 9th 2023. I was in *NO PAIN* prior to the procedure. In a **SIX AND A HALF HOUR** hellish procedure, Dr. Dryke mangled my mouth. She punctured my sinus, and broke the tip of a metal dental file off; which is now lodged in my sinus cavity. This procedure has caused permanent, irreversible facial nerve damage. I reported Dr. Dryke to the MN Board of Dentistry. She was issued an 'Agreement of Corrective Action' after finding at least 5 other patients she provided 'substandard Endodontic care' to. She is required to complete additional coursework, and must report it to MN Board of Dentistry. Even though this is a small justice, it is not enough. She destroyed my life, and just gets take a few courses and keep practicing like nothing happened. Please, please stay away from Dr. Kathrynne Dryke. I now have to live with daily facial nerve pain, for which there is no cure, only marginally managed by me having to take Gabapentin daily. I was on no medications prior to my encounter with Dr. Dryke. I will never be without facial nerve pain, all due to Dr. Dryke's absolute incompetence. *PLEASE: STAY AWAY FROM DR. KATHRYNNE DRYKE AT GALLERY DENTAL AT ALL COSTS.*

Fantastic experience: My experience is always great. But on a recent visit, I got to observe my dentist and her staff genuinely engage and spend extra time talking to a patient that I think many others might have avoided. Witnessing that interaction left me both happy and feeling a little guilty. Would I have taken time out of my busy day to connect with this person? I am not sure, but I know my dentist would.

Fantastic experience: We’ve been super happy with everyone at Gallery Dental! We switched to their care a few months ago. They recently needed to replace a crown that was previously done elsewhere…the outcome is incredible! I’ve been self-conscience of my smile for a couple years now due to how it turned out last time. My front teeth are now back to being symmetrical and matching in color thanks to them! I couldn’t be happier!

Negative experience: Was told insurance would reimburse for the office visit and was laughed at by the provider. This dentist doesn't seem to be looking out for you just their pockets.

From Kelly's friendly greeting at registration to Cindy's excellent care during my cleaning to Dr. Dryke's skillful examination, my visit was perfect including settling the charges with the offer to submit them to my insurance company. They truly care about their patients!

Positive experience: Gallery Dental stopped taking my dental insurance, so we have to get reimbursed by the insurance company on the back end. This is very inconvenient for procedures I likely need in the near future, as the up-front cost is prohibitive for me scheduling the procedure in the first place. My recent visit was great, hygienist is always great.

I was so Happy to have such advanced methods to help Jocylin to be able get my teeth so free of tartar. Fantastic experience: Can you love going to the dentist? Going to gallery dental is about the closest you can get to loving dental appointments. The staff seem to be always up on the latest innovations in dentistry and genuinely seem happy to see you. On a professional level their dentistry is top of the line and on a personal level I always enjoy my visits there. The employees there create an environment that is upbeat and welcoming. I know it sounds odd, but I always enjoy going to see them.

Negative experience: I’m a new customer from Saint Paul. I was half way to the clinic. This trip for me is 2 and a half hours drive and 141 miles away. When I was half way, and due to traffic the GPS gave me ETA 11:45 am ( my appointment was 11:30 am) so I let the clinic know out of curtsy. Rachel called and said they have to reschedule my appointment while I’m on the way. I took time off from work and brought my family with me and to find out they have to reschedule my appointment for 15 minutes behind! This is really disappointing and bad customer service! When you come from a very far away distance, the least you expect is understanding that roads are unpredictable and should excuse their patients and try to see them even if they are 15 minutes late!

Fantastic experience: Doctor Drake is great!!! With that greatness comes an awesome support staff. As a person who works behind the scenes in my industry I understand the level of dedication and commitment it takes to help make the artist shine. Everyone that I have come in contact with has been knowledgeable, personable, understanding and not to mention welcoming. I had to stop and think about how long it had been since I last went to a dentist and came to the realization it was about 20+ years. 20+ years of being self conscious about the way I looked and being barely able to smile at myself in the mirror, let alone letting someone else see it. It has been a long and sometimes painful ( no pain no gain right) road. I'm more than happy, after all that time that I just decided to walk into their office and let Doctor Drake and her awesome staff take all those feelings away. My only regret is that I didn't decide to do it sooner. I now look forward to seeing everyone on my next visit.

Fantastic experience: I was having discomfort in my upper jaw and ear. I questioned if I had an infection in my ear. It was important to rule that out before going to my hearing aide provider to have the aide checked for possible getting a smaller one. I was able to be seen at Gallery dental for that service the day after I called with the request. Fortunately, no dental infection. I was happy to have that ruled out.
