As an adult that needed braces I felt that she took the time to listen to my concerns from the very first visit. I felt comfortable and understood. She went above and beyond in every way. She pays close attention to detail and genuinely cares about your treatment. Dr. Ortenzio stays current and was mindful of my comfort throughout the entire process. She exceeded all of my expectations. The office is comfortable with a positive, welcoming energy. All of the technicians and office staff take the time to give you confidence in the care you are receiving, and you can tell they genuinely like working there. Janie is absolutely excellent. I would send anyone to her. Lisa, Pam, and Jennifer will take the very best care of you. It is a happy, relaxed environment. I am thankful to each of them and highly recommend this office.

Positive experience: Was a customer for nearly 2 years. Hygienists were always extremely kind and helpful, and the front desk staff are a delight to talk to. Braces were wonderful & staff ensured the process was smooth from start to finish. I felt like I was very taken care of, and everyone was knowledgeable. However, Dr. Bauer, while very good at getting the job done correctly, can occasionally be a bit brash and can rub people the wrong way. Otherwise, everything was satisfactory.
