Fantastic experience: I called looking for a new dental practice when I was experiencing a bad toothache and they saw me right away. Dr Weatherwax was considerate and efficient and pleasant while making a diagnosis and treatment plan. Her assistant and the office staff were professional and very friendly. I am so pleased that I found this group and will highly recommend them to anyone looking for a caring team.

My daughter is young and McKenna and Dr. Weatherwax was able to do work that we thought would end up being referred out. Hats off to these ladies, they are top notch. Hygienist was very knowledgeable and did a great job on cleaning. Asked how I was doing multiple times. The dentist along with the hygienist has a good sense of humor and made me feel like I had been going there for a long time. Look forward to a continued visits

From the very first moment I called and spoke to Bridget about setting up services to coming in for an emergency visit with Dr. Sang, and then following up with Noel they have went above and beyond to comfort my fears, ease my concerns, and reassuring the whole way through. Made such an impression I made this office my new primary dental team!

Fantastic experience: I’ve had an incredibly rough time here but they think it’s my anxiety. They attempted to do a filling/crown for hours and ultimately had to stop because it was closing time. Dr. Weatherwax was incredibly patient with my struggles and very understanding. Ive always had nerves at the dentist but never a situation where numbing wasn’t working (new fear unlocked) Reading this you’d probably wonder why I’m giving five stars. It’s because I don’t think they were the problem here. My cleanings have been pleasant and they’ve been amazing with my kids for their cleanings as well. If you ask whether I would go back I would say yes, when I’ve braved the anxiety I have about it right now.

Fantastic experience: Excellent visit. Wait time was about three minutes. I was made very comfortable before anything was done. The temporary bridge was removed, x-rays were taken, and after prep work was done and my permanent bridge was set in place. I needed no local anesthesia, and all was done with no pain at all. Everything was very well done and I’ll be back in six months for prophy and more bridge work. I highly recommend this dental practice for its professional, personalized care.

Fantastic experience: You simply will NOT find a better Dentist office. Margarette Weatherwax is without a doubt the best dentist this 62 year old has ever had. She is the only dentist that has been able to work on me without me requiring the ole laughing gas to keep me from gagging which in itself is a miracle. The other staff are also exceptional. Extremely happy with the work, caring and friendly professionalism of the Stuart’s Draft office.

Fantastic experience: My experience at today’s appointment was top-notch. Staff at the front office were extremely pleasant. I was taken back to the exam room promptly and given a brief summary of today’s procedure. Christel was a Rock Star. Very personable and professional at the same time. I could tell she loves her job. Dr Weatherwax is the best. She finished up the scan around the implants and was very thorough and I felt zero discomfort. The office seems to run very efficiently and everyone deserves recognition for their outstanding service.

Positive experience: The only reason I’m sharing three stars is because the Dentist there is amazing. She made me feel very comfortable and there is nothing wrong with her at all, but the staff at the front when I walked in they were supposed to have my x-rays from another dentist office Transferred over and when I got there, they weren’t able to transfer them over yet, but they told me at first that my visit wouldn’t cost anything because my insurance covers the x-rays but then when I went to go upfront after my appointment, they told me I owed $120 for the x-rays because the woman upfront didn’t look up to see what kind of dental plan I had in the computer to tell me I had to be charged for something. If I would’ve known that before the visit, I would’ve waited on my x-rays from the other dentist office instead of paying Willis $120 for x-rays. This is not acceptable on my book. I should not be liable for this money considering it was your mistake for not letting me know in the first place about the charge.

Fantastic experience: Had an appointment to have a tooth extracted. When I arrived at Stuarts Draft office , I learned that Dr. Weatherwax is no longer at this location . However, the staff quickly told me she is at Crozet office an if I wanted to go ,I could leave now. I use to work in Crozet so very familiar with town. I got to office to be met with friendly greetings. Dr. Weather wax did extraction without any issues. Her assistant was absolutely fantastic. They transferred me an my husband's appointments being fluid an flexible. I love this office an u know that isn't easy to say about going to dentist

Negative experience: Not happy with visit today,I know that I need a few crowns but they aren't cheap and each visit I feel pressured about this issue the girls are friendly but I feel that I will decide when I have that kind of money
