Fantastic experience: Lovely staff. Clean, inviting office. Y'all, they done hung t.v's on the ceiling to ensure the visit is relaxing as a home environment. They went above and beyond with their bedside manor for my granny, and that means everything I highly recommend these guys.

Fantastic experience: Had my first ortho consult and dental check up at Diboll Dental. I had braces as a teenager but did not wear my retainer and it has relapsed. I Was nervous about my appointment as an adult . But once my appointment started, Dr Sandhu eased out my anxiety instantly . Every step of the appointment was seemless. Dr Sandhu was very kind , knowledgeable and she took into account my overall oral health and explained everything , I excitedly started my Invisalign journey and the office curated a plan according to my needs. Can’t thank them enough , I could get my smile back before my wedding day . HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend Dr Sandhu and her hardworking staff and I plan to visit her everytime I come to this state.

Negative experience: Do NOT take your children here!!! My 5 year old son has NEVER been afraid of the dentist office, until today!!!! Yes he has had dental work done prior, he had a silver cap put on and DID NOT cry!!!! Today the dentist gave him shots without putting the numbing cream on his gums because it was not NECESSARY or required for the procedure!!!! He is a child 5 year old child why couldn't or wouldn't you want to make him comfortable!!!!? We left!!!

Positive experience: Really great staff. The have a new owner and management and they have been very cordial and professional. As I said I actually don't mind coming to the dentist now. One of the few Medical visits that I have where they're actually on time with the appointment. I got partials couple years ago and had to get them readjusted a few times but they were always available for me to get that done. Earlier this year a piece broke off of one of them and they're covering the replacement. I couldn't ask for more.

I was really embarrassed about my dental problems but they didn’t even make me seem like I was as terrible as I thought I was!!! Sorry, I was in pain and didn’t get everyone’s name but I’ll do better next time. Dr Sandhu was excellent!! She was very kind and gentle with me! I did not experience any issues with one aspect of my visit!! I was having a toothache and I called Thursday and told the lady that answered the phone and she gave me an appointment for Friday!! Again, I am so ecstatic over the great staff so close to home. Thank you Diboll Dental, and on a scale of 1-5, I’m giving you a 25!!!

Negative experience: I chose this place to finish my son’s dental work based on the most recent reviews but NEVER again. They are very unorganized and lack clear communication with the patients.. All three times I was recently there they took well over an hour to call us back only for them to dilly dally back and forth between the patients rooms for about 10 minutes then tell me I have to come back because they either couldn’t finish the job that day or they didn’t have what was needed. To them its no biggie but I’m having to miss work/school so for me it kinda is.. This place is a waste of time.

This small, unassuming office is home to the talented and genuinely caring Dr. Sandhu. Candy worked us in right away (on a Friday, no less) for an urgent visit. Dr. Sandhu laid out a clear, straightforward plan and carried it out with real skill. Treating a five‑year‑old isn’t always easy, but she was quick, gentle, patient, and mindful of cost. Our insurance was out‑of‑network and gave the office a few headaches, but they handled everything with grace. The clinic was clean, welcoming, and even had televisions on the ceiling, which my five‑year‑old thought was the coolest thing ever. Thank you, Dr. Sandu and staff. You turned a painful moment into something simple and stress‑free, and we’re grateful. See y'all soon!

Fantastic experience: Original post: Love this place! Dr. Is super friendly and helpful with awesome bedside manner. I will be back for sure. Update: This doesn't affect my review above, at all. I still love this place. When I called originally, I asked if they took my insurance. After panoramic x-rays, a deep clean, and a quick fill (not that much damage), I was informed, the day before my appointment, that there's an issue with my insurance. ~~~~~ I got a letter that day that all their claims were denied..... And that there was an outstanding balance of $3,200, for work that was "covered". The (female) dentist that's in Diboll is not accredited by Medicaid to do any work. That being said there IS a different dentist who used to work there, but is seeing other patients at a different location. Now I had to file a complaint with my insurance company about this, as I was told, when I first called, that my insurance was accepted.

Fantastic experience: The doctor I saw was AMAZING. I get very nervous when I have to go to the dentist and she made me feel comfortable and made sure I was completely numb before she started. I will continue to use her as long as she is there!

Negative experience: Pure bullshit my freaking appointment was at 10 this morning mind you I come from Crockett Texas I sat in the lobby for over an hour to get to the back the little black lady come in the room does whatever she’s going to do and tells me the doctors comes there’s another lil black girl with all theses drawings on her kept coming checking on me but here I am another hour goes by still no doctor what type of business is this im not sure what happen to the old doctor but he needs to come back if you don’t know what your doing or can’t see patients in a timely manner don’t be a freaking dentist . However one of the girls from the office called to apologize but still it’s no point in coming back I have other things to do and have waited my whole morning for nothing . Do not recommend at all .

Fantastic experience: Diboll Dental has a new doctor! I was in awe before I even met her. There was a little girl in the waiting room. She was adorable and decided to sit by me...I was in heaven. I was worried about her seeing the dentist. Little ones are scared just of the unknown. I was in one room, the little girl was called and of course she started crying. The dentist came in told her who she was and she wouldn't hurt her. The dentist started singing a kiddy song...immediately the crying stopped...and I could hear laughter. I asked if adults got special song sang to them...sure enough she sang a verse for me. Great sense of humor. Felt so comfortable with her knowledge and explaination of what and why she thought we should do going forward. I like the fact that she was sharing her knowledge with the assistant. What she was doing and why. Very happy with her services. Sorry, I don't remember her name...

Fantastic experience: Well, i met the new dentist today who was a lady this is for September 8, 2025. She was very nice. She was supposed to give me some information on brushing my tongue. She did not. She was in a hurry. She was very fast and rough while cleaning my teeth, which was very uncomfortable I did not care for that at all. The water was very cold in my mouth, which is shocking and did not feel good, AT ALL. .i have complained about the cold water before. And was told they couldn’t warm it.

Positive experience: When I first contacted the dental office, I was given an appointment right away when I explained to them that my partial had started falling apart. I had an appointment for 2 PM which everybody was on time they took me right in and listen to what my problem was check to see if I still hit Warranty on my partial that I have In that’s broken and we discussed the options. I’m very pleased with those I was pleased with the first doctor that was there. I’m just praying that this doctor here will be a lot better. He gave me options and that I think him for.

Negative experience: I took my daughter to this place on 12/17/2024 to get a cleaning an they told me, she had 2 cavities as well. They tried charging me 500 dollars because I'm self pay, after they gave me a different price. So I scheduled her another appointment elsewhere and come to find out she didn't have any cavities. They was trying to charge me 300 for some cavities she didn't have. Smh. Everyone needs to know,dibol dental will try to scam you. I brought my daughter to another dentist an I paid 150 for just a cleaning an no cavities.

Negative experience: My first visit was rescheduled by me after waiting in the office for an hour past my appointment. I ended up getting a dry socket after an extraction, so I called to get antibiotics and was told by staff that they didn’t do that, and for me to go to the emergency room. I finally saw the dentist, who cleaned the socket, but evidently not well enough because today I had a sharp, painful piece of bone protruding from the wound. I tried to call this morning to have him remove the bone shard but had to leave a message. It’s now 4:30pm and I have not received a call back.

Negative experience: I’m not very happy with my experience here. When I arrive 15 minutes early for my appointment, I regularly wait 45 - 75 minutes in the waiting room to be seen. I understand waiting is expected but it felt excessive. To top things off, I’m driving 45 minutes to get there. I missed a call from Diboll Dental on the day of my appointment. I tried calling them back throughout the day without any success. Turns out they decided to close, so I drove for 45 minutes to find out I wasn’t getting any dental work done. Why wouldn’t you leave a message, especially if you weren’t going to have someone receiving calls?

Negative experience: Only reason I give them a one is because they cannot get negative stars! The professionalism is unacceptable for a medical practice! I had been receiving treatment for months that were prepaid in full. Suddenly while waiting on a crown to be made, the staff claimed that money was owed before the crown could be placed. Knowing that these services had been paid in full, I disputed the claim which was met with hostility and a complete lack of accountability. The office staff member claimed that a former employee must have made a mistake and this I will need to pay an additional $1k before I could have my crown. After much debate, the funds magically reappeared but now they are refusing treatment because they know they are in the wrong and can’t face me, citing that I will confront them just because I will speak up instead of being taken advantage of and robbed by the dentist. WHO WANTS TO BE ROBBED BY SOMEONE YOU TRUST?!? This doctor is seriously ok with not finishing work that you pay for from the start. Now he has destroyed one of my front teeth that was already paid for to be corrected. He started but refused to finish!!! What kind of business does this??? They steal money from their patients and then blame their mistakes on “former” employees, They take NO RESPONSIBILITY!!! What kind of doctor starts a major procedure to your mouth and doesn’t finish? Diboll Dental does! Dental care is so expensive and for a Dentist to do do this to a paying patient, should not be allowed to practice! The before and after pictures would make one mad too. If anyone would like to pm me about his unfinished work, we can discuss it. It’s just too embarrassing to display a pic on here. He took a tooth and only did one part of a root canal so he shaved it and made it so small. (Plus it’s one of my front teeth!) Then they wanted me to pay for another crown, since the “former employee” lost all my information. This place should be shut down and if not, it definitely doesn’t deserve your hard earned money. Thanks to Diboll Dental and their staff I will never smile again.

Negative experience: Cheap for first visit but work is over priced and not completed properly. they reattached my crown that came off and they didn't take the time to line it up well it and is not on straight. Instead of fixing it he just cut a slot in it for my upper tooth to set in. Then said that will be 150 bye.

Fantastic experience: I really love this place. I hated the dentist growing up and I don't want children to experience the same thing so I'm very cautious on where I take them. My oldest loves the dentist and gets excited to go but my 2nd oldest had an injury when she was 3 (now 6) so she has always been terrified. But I am here to give praises to the entire staff for their patience and amazing bedside manner. They were able to calm her nerves and do a teeth cleaning on her and she was so happy when they finished!!! My 3yo was scared to do the xray and they were just fine about it and did not force him at all because they are very aware and cautious to not cause trauma so children will learn to love coming to the dentist. They have patience and understanding when dealing with children. 100% recommend on taking your children here.

Negative experience: Will not go back he did not know what he was doing ! he was doing a root cancal and drilled all the way to the root of the tooth and tried for 2 hours to put a metal piece under the gum line and could not stop the bleeding because cut into her gum's and told us to go to this special in lufkin and he was honest with us and said i can do a root cancal but it will fall out . He gave us other people to go to and glad there is honest people out there not just wanting money !

Negative experience: If I could give no starts, I would. I recently started working in the area and needed a local dentist. The exam was very fast, the Dr seemed to only be looking for opportunities to make money. The “cleaning” took less time than when I brush my own teeth, two or three minutes max. No gum probing, very little scrapping, the water jet sprayed water everywhere, he was in a very big hurry and didn’t seem to be interested in my oral health at all. I specifically told them I did not want fluoride, when I got the bill, there was a $40 charge for fluoride, $100 for an exam and $100 for cleaning. This was just an insurance rip-off. I will never go back, and I would not recommend this dentist to anyone, go to Lufkin.

Negative experience: Absolute worst experience ever and now my child is even more traumatized to the dentist! The WORST bedside manner I’ve ever seen!! “Dr” Patel was cold and heartless to a child with some anxiety!! Continued to berate her when she was upset trying to calm down, she barely moved and he refused to do anything further and made her feel like she was terrible! DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILDREN HERE!!!
