Negative experience: On 5 separate occasions, i was told i or a family member would receive a cleaning only and no exam from a dentist. Due to no dentist on site. On the last occasion I asked if this was a potential compliance concern. And within 15 minutes a dentist i was told multiple times was not available was suddenly able to provide the service I was paying for. On another occasion i was told i had to pay up front for my visit due to an insurance concern which was later covered in full. I was then stuck with a credit on my account Due to this interaction. Funds which were greatly needed for other medical bills, not to sit as a nonrefundable credit for a length of time.

Fantastic experience: All the staff from receptionist to assistants and of course the Dentist were very friendly and the assistant and Dentist explained everything what they will be doing. Also went through cost before procedure. The assistant asked if I was having any discomfort, when I told her yes she stopped and the Dentist came in almost immediately and gave more numbing. I was so thankful that they made an appointment within a day when I called with a problem. So happy I found them!

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience at Dental Visions... Everyone was soooo nice and pleasant!...my Dentist Dr. Hoffman was sooo kind, respectable and lighthearted!...he made me feel very comfortable. My Hygienist Lori was also very respectable, kind and lighthearted! Very frendly and personal!... I would definitely recommend Dental Visions to anyone!... and wouldn't go anywhere else...their like family!

Fantastic experience: I had the opportunity to see Dr. Hoffman, Kayla and Bree. I am a new patient and had a wonderful experience. I was greeted by Bree and taken for x-rays. Dr Hoffman did one of the most comprehensive exams I’ve ever had. He made me feel comfortable and took the time to answer questions. Kaylee then cleaned my teeth. She was kind and very gentle. I would highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: These guys are awesome! I was in search of a new dentist because my current one couldn’t get me in for an appointment for six months even with a dental emergency. Dental Visions got me in the very next day even as a new patient to take care of the emergency. Everyone was very professional and would recommend them to anyone. They are definitely the only place I’ll go even though it’s almost an hour away.

Fantastic experience: I chose Dental Visions as they offer a complete dental experience. I can go there for a cleaning, a toothache, ex-rays or a bridge or crown and I am taken care of without having to jump from clinic to clinic which has been my experience in the past. Getting to the office is accomplished with excellent roadways. The office staff and doctors are excellent.

Fantastic experience: I followed Dr. Mlodik from Point Place Dental. She's a great dentist! So friendly and knowledgeable, and bonus, I didn't even feel it when she gave me the numbing shot! Her assistant was so friendly, explained everything, and they both put me at ease(I have always gotten anxious when going to the Dentist). The appointment staff was also super friendly.

Fantastic experience: We have been clients for a few years always good service from the front desk to the hygienists to the dentist.

Negative experience: I don't recommend this business. Their billing practices leave much to be desired. I paid my bill in full the day of service. I received a bill via text message for $15 the following month. Thinking this was a mistake I reached out. (They had my mailing address incorrect despite my informing them I had moved). I thought I paid the bill in full and I received another bill three months later again via text message. Again thinking this was a mistake I reached out and it was clarified that I did indeed owe $15. I told them I would be in to pay that week. Specifically on Tuesday. Battling illness, I didn't make it in until Thursday. Without informing me they were going to send the $15 bill to collections, I arrived to pay my bill in person on Thursday and it was already sent to collections. Two days after I said I would be in to pay! It was $15. I paid the bill in full the day of service and I thought this $15 was a billing error. I express that to staff when I spoke with them. They never informed me this was on the verge of being sent to collections. When I arrived to pay the $15 two days later, it was already gone! My credit took a ding over a misunderstanding over $15. Disgust is all I feel at the moment. Don't trust this organization's billing practices. Dental Visions lost my business. I would not recommend them after this disrespectful action.

With the help of PT and resolving some bite issues with Dr. Bublik and Sam, I am symptom free. I highly recommend their expertise.

Fantastic experience: I had an implant done through Dr. Bublik and he was very easy to talk to and get all my questions and concerns answered. The assistants were also great to talk to, and they all knew how to convey every process and procedure. The team that assisted my surgeries were very helpful even in the post op instructions. I'd highly recommend Dr. Bublik if you are looking for a implant instead of a bridge. Needless to say, they certainly raised the bar for what I expect in a dental practice compared to what I used in the past.

Negative experience: Terrible experience!! To start with Dr.Bublik was great it was the staff that I had issues with! Dr.Bublik referred me to the Mayo clinic and told me that if I had not heard back from Mayo in a week to call Dental Visions back to address any problems.I didn't hear back so I called and found out that the Dental Visions coordinator didn't even send the referral yet and not because of being to busy!!! So suddenly it was sent out and this happened a week after my visit on a Wednesday. Then the next Monday I get a call from the coordinator saying that my insurance provider called her and was asking for information that she did not have! She said that either I would have to figure out a way to get the information they needed or go to my primary doctor and get a referral from him! I called my insurance company and they said that they have never ran into this issue before anyways the coordinator needed a NPI no. I called MAYO and they immediately gave it to me. My insurance provider also called Dental Visions and told them that they were the ones who should be doing this. Anyway got past this part and now the billing nightmare began!!! Dental Visions billed my Dental insurance for services provided and it was denied. So since it was a referral that was going to require surgery I called my health insurance provider and they said that it would probably be covered through them. I called Dental Visions back and asked them to bill my health care provider and she said she would. I waited 3 or 4 days and called my insurance company and they said that they have not been billed yet, meanwhile I have already received 2 bills from Dental Visions. Called dental Visions and suddenly my health insurance was billed. This is good news and my insurance tells me that Dental Visions was paid!!! YAYYY but wait there is more!! I get another past due bill saying that they were not paid!? I called Dental Visions asked to speak to their manager and was told that they do not bill medical insurance providers and I would have to pay them and I would have to bill my insurance and get reimbursed!! I again told her that my insurance said that they already paid them so she said she would get back to me!! I called the Dental Visions the next day and guess what manager told the receptionist to let me know that they were paid and the $94 that I paid upfront would be refunded!! So good luck to anyone who goes here!!!

Fantastic experience: This place is an awesome place! If you want or need dental implants at a discounted price through their school so you can have a beautiful smile and have teeth, this is your place. This place has regular dentists and a hygienist along with the implants makes this a great place that have everything you need! Doctor Jan bublik is the man for implants and doctor Jessica does the cavities, fillings area for me. Great place!!!

Fantastic experience: 2 weeks post extraction and all is well. Dr. Bublik’s assistant did an excellent job of prepping me for the procedure; everything she described was repeated, almost verbatim by Dr. B; a great confidence builder in their skill. Then they did the procedure just as described. While I felt some pressure and heard some strange noise's, I had no pain nor even discomfort. Following their clear instructions made for an uneventful recovery. I appreciate their friendly professionalism and would not hesitate to use their services again.
