Fantastic experience: My dental assistant , Verin, is excellent!! She thoroughly explains what is going to take place before , during and after the visit.

Fantastic experience: We moved to Bradenton last year. Until then, my husband and I lived 70 years in Rhode Island... our entire lives! Finding a dental practice so close to our new home and with such kind, friendly, professional, caring and knowledgeable staff is such a blessing for us! Thank you Dental Care at White Eagle.

Fantastic experience: A nice clean friendly facility. They explained everything in detail including a printout of what to expect to pay before and after insurance. The hygienist (Jerry) was super nice and the dentist Anabel Torres DMD is super professional!

Negative experience: Staff was friendly and wait time was reasonable somewhat. However their pricing is So high that it's impossible to find it affordable. They force you to seek dental care elsewhere

Fantastic experience: My sister recommended White Eagle Dental for our 90 year old handicapped mother. We were able to get an appointment quickly, and were greeted warmly by the receptionist. Angela took x-rays with the patience of a saint--calming my mother's anxiety and anxiousness by addressing mom and telling her what was going on. After Dr. Tirado studied the x-rays, she discussed options, and came up with a plan while including us. My mother looked up at Dr. Tirado and said, "I trust you, and will do what you feel is best." That was a HUGE surprise!

Negative experience: My Girlfriend had a visit with white eagle. They did an exam and said that she has 6-9 cavities on her teeth and that they all needed to drilled. We were skeptical on the diagnosis. We went to get a second opinion and they said she had no cavities that required drilling. I’m not one to ever leave google reviews but I’m not for making up health issues to make a profit. Do not recommend one bit very very slimy.

Negative experience: My hygienist asked me questions about my daily routine w my teeth and then asked me again 30 Mom later. He is inexperienced and not focused on his patients Clearly this was not worth $109.

Fantastic experience: Had the best experience becoming an established patient today! Haley and Evelyn at the front desk were so kind and welcoming. The dental assistant (so sorry I forgot her name!) did my x-rays quickly, Jerry did a painless exam & cleaning, and Dr. T removed some leftover cement from my permanent retainer that popped out a few months ago. Everyone was professional but also fun and personable. it really felt like a team that enjoys working together. You can tell they love what they do!

Fantastic experience: I had an amazing experience with Dr. Tirado! She handled my Invisalign treatment, and I couldn’t be happier with the results… my teeth look perfect now. She also did two crowns that match my natural teeth beautifully; you can’t even tell the difference. What really stood out to me was her work ethic and the way she takes the time to explain everything clearly. She made me feel comfortable and confident throughout the entire process. I truly appreciate her attention to detail and dedication to her patients. Highly recommend!

Negative experience: I have a new hygienist Everytime I come here now. Just when I get comfortable with one he/she is gone... Now I have Jerry, who I knew previously from my work. Overall, I was a little disappointed with the cleaning in general and the fact that a whole lot was made about one issue they saw. I should probably mention that it now costs me $69 for a cleaning whereas before it was entirely covered by my insurance.

Fantastic experience: Leah was wonderful with my son, who gets very anxious about dental visits. She was very patient & understanding, taking the time to make him feel comfortable. My son can be quite finicky and doesn’t like anyone working in his mouth, especially when it comes to the dental x-rays, but Leah went above and beyond to accommodate him and make the experience as easy as possible for him. I truly appreciate her kindness and professionalism!

Fantastic experience: This dental office was recommended to me by a friend and am very pleased with the entire experience. Was in need of a root canal and had no prior dentist in area. Was able to get an appointment on a Monday morning, and procedure performed on Tuesday morning. Very professional staff and nice facility close to home.

Negative experience: If I could leave a ZERO, I would!! Dentist is super nice, but the office manager is terrible. My daughter went in for a cleaning a few weeks ago and they found a cavity and a "baby cavity" that they could not drill. They presented us with a treatment plan and we left. We then set up an appt for the one filling to be completed. I took her to the office today for that filling. Checked her in, told her that I had to leave for a meeting and that my wife would be there to pick her up... she agreed that would be okay. At checkin, I asked her details on what the service was today and to confirm it was just the one filling, she said yes, I asked her how much I owed and I paid the bill - prior to service. When my daughter went back, they did the filling and the did another procedure with something that the insurance does not cover. Yes, it was on the original treatment plan, but it was not part of todays appt, as we didn't want to do it. Todays appt was for 1 filling, which I confirmed at checking and paid for. My wife got there 20 minutes later, waited in the waiting room and started to leave... they then stopped her to tell her that they did the other part of the treatment and that she owed $120 more dollars as it is not covered by insurance. My wife paid, not knowing any differently. I called them immediately once they got home and talked to the office manager. I explained to her that they did a treatment on my daughter that was not authorized, we talked in circled for 5 minutes and then I was hung up on. Yes, I did use ONE curse word. Long story short, this place performed a procedure on my daughter, who is 15, without authorization... they they stuck a form in from of my wife to sign, which she did... so now they are using that as the authorization for this, even though it was after the fact. Again, I love the dentist, but the office manager is not customer focused at all. I feel as though every time I go in there, they are trying to sell you something more than what is needed... but maybe that is just me. My family will not be going back to this place... I just want a good old fashion dentist - no up selling, no checking my gum recession, just a good cleaning like we use to get the 80s and 90s.

He is aware of the anxiety associated with the dentist and puts you at ease. The technology is on point also. We will continue to go here as long as we are in this Bradenton Sarasota area.

Negative experience: I had Gerry. That was the worst Cleaning I ever had for many reasons. I kept telling him I always get numbing gel and he wouldn’t do it then he started and it hurt then he got this other stuff and started immediately. Didn’t give it a minute to get numb and it hurt the whole time he was talking Kind of woke stuff kind of not woke but talk the whole time then didn’t give me anything to rinse my mouth out except for one time then when I thought I was done, he went to put on the fluoride and I was sitting up and it was all over my lips and my cheek. I will not come back if he will be doing the cleaning

Dr. Parag was professional and made sure all my questions were answered. My 7-year-old son and I both felt comfortable and well taken care of. The wait time was less than 10 minutes, which made the visit even better. It’s not easy finding a dental team that makes visits this smooth, but they did an outstanding job. Fantastic experience: Changing dentists is always a challenge. Decided to try here and was pleased with my first visit. They use technology to help assist with their diagnosis. But Verlie my hygienist was very informative as well and hands on with her cleaning process. They offer you services but if you aren't comfortable you are free to decline. Dr T made a quick visit and found a couple cavaties that my prior dentist for 14 years failed to catch i guess. I'll be going back to see Verlie for my next cleaning :) Thanks team!

They even put on her favorite show while I was getting my teeth worked on, and one of the nurses kindly watched her while I got my X-rays done. Negative experience: Stay away from this dentist. Their scheduling and billing is awful. They also ask you to get services that your insurance may or may not cover, and if they don’t they just credit your account.

Fantastic experience: They are on time with calling the patients. I was very amazed with the way they explain the situation of my teeth. Very advanced on their supplies and process went very well. The dental hygienist was very good and no pains at all. The Dr was awesome . Kudos to the team!

Fantastic experience: We love White Eagle. Myself, my husband and both kids are patients. Verlie is the BEST hygienist-she is the only hygienist that can use a Cavitron (a scary dental instrument) on my teeth without numbing gel. Dr. T and Dr. P are very knowledgeable Dentists and they are very patient with our wiggly kids. The front office staff is accommodating and they were very helpful when we had a dental emergency last week.

The front desk staff & people I have spoken to on the phone have all been friendly & helpful. Liz, my hygienist was awesome during both my visits. Can't say enough good things about how caring, informative, gentle & concerned with your comfort she is. Dr Torres is excellent. Explained what she was doing, what I may need to think about having done in the future & checked throughout my procedure to be sure I was doing ok. The office has up to date high tech equipment. They provided me quotes for all services and did not pressure me to have anything done that I didn't feel the need for at the time. Would recommend.

Negative experience: I am writing to express my disappointment regarding a recent visit to your office. I scheduled a routine dental cleaning — a service fully covered by my insurance — but was denied treatment due to an unsolicited diagnosis for a $1,300 procedure. Since I declined that additional treatment, I was told I could not receive the cleaning I had originally booked. I’ve been a consistent patient, returning every six months for standard cleanings. Unfortunately, this experience has made it clear that your practice prioritizes revenue over routine care, even when it involves long-standing patients. To be refused a covered service based on my choice not to proceed with an unrelated and costly diagnosis is unacceptable. I hope you take this feedback seriously, as it reflects not only on patient care but on the ethical standards of your practice.

Fantastic experience: So far so good. Set up for the replacement of a few teeth in the coming days. And since I have a tremendous low tolerance of pain and an extreme phobia of Dentists, I will rerate them after the procedure to tell everyone if I cried or smiled.

Positive experience: The hygienist I had was a gentleman who was nice, but very heavy and rough (painful) in his use of dental tools and instruments. I had to tell him several times to lighten up the pressure used impressing on my teeth and gums.
