Fantastic experience: I have had a very good experience at MS Lou Dentistry. Everyone I have come in contact with were kind and professional. Dr. Cassidy Simpson is absolutely wonderful. She is very compassionate, kind and professional with excellent bedside manners. I highly recommend her.

Fantastic experience: The environment at Miss-Lou Dental is so welcoming, and my oral health is of the best quality because of this office. My dental hygenist, Taylor, and I have formed a very good relationship, and her and I have very genuine conversations while she cleans my teeth. Dr. Simpson, who I have also formed a relationship with, is very nice and welcoming while being very professional and clearly communicating the next steps for my oral health. The same positive view can be said for ladies at the front desk; everytime I check in, I am welcomed by their sweet smiles and the same when I check out. Further, they are very helpful with business asepects such as payment and insurance. I am very forunate to be a patient at this office!

Fantastic experience: It’s been a long time since I went to a dental clinic and rec’d the care and attention that I rec’d today! As a former TMJ patient, I am very apprehensive about visiting a new clinic (or any dentist) but it became necessary since my previous dentist retired! I must admit that I actually enjoyed my visit today and was treated with exceptional care along with receiving a plan for the future! I will be referring others for their needs! Thank you.

Negative experience: They don't do what their advertising says. No smile makeover for me. I had to pay $268 to find that out. Dr Simpson took my money with no intention to treat me. No treatment plan no consultation. She was going to refer me to doctor in Jackson for a partial. I went to her specially for a partial. Turns out she does partials. And they accused me of being hostile!?!

Fantastic experience: Clean sanitary conditions. Easy to contact regarding appointments, billing, etc. No ridiculous waiting months on end for a simple consult. They do their best to get you seen in a timely fashion and a treatment plan underway. Very thorough in explaining things and open to any questions. The ladies at this office exceed all normal expectations. Super friendly and welcoming staff for starters but they are more than that. They are a support system. They’ve helped me overcome my fear and anxiety of beginning my treatment plan and they have been with me every step of my journey. Anna Bet Womack is hands down the best dentist I’ve ever been to! She’s flexible, straight to the point but gentle. It’s easy to tell how compassionate she is about her work and that she genuinely cares about her patients and coworkers. I have recommended all my family and friends to go to Miss Lou Creekside because they are that good!

It was all for nothing though as everyone I was in contact with was so understanding and kind and talked me through every step and option regarding my dental health and how to address it moving forward. Fantastic experience: Oh my God, the fact that I am actually LOOKING FORWARD TO COMING BACK to a Dental Office, is a FIRST & SPEAKS VOLUMES ‼️‼️‼️The MISS-LOU DENTISTRY FAMILY are as KIND, CARING, & EMPATHETIC as they are EXTREMELY COMPETENT and they were able to put me at ease IMMEDIATELY - starting with First Ashley, then Olivia who works the phone (and, Alisha), which jump-started confidence in me, to Ms. Taylor, the Dental Hygienist - who was handling me beautifully, making the visit fun, and, being a great listener, while I was a bit nervous & "chatty-kathying" away - to Dr. Cassidy - full of sunshine and lighting up the room - just like Olivia said she would, and making me feel very hopeful that, not only would I have teeth again (heavy medicine that I have been on for the 6-year illness in my right leg, has wiped out a lot of my teeth), but that I would be very happy about the experience - and, glad that I came to MISS-LOU there in Natchez, Mississippi ‼️‼️The LAST POSITIVE EXPERIENCE that I had at a Dentistry Facility, is in the mid-80's while playing as a Center, shot-blocker & rebounder for Xavier University in Cincinnati, Ohio - while on offense, making a hard cut to the center - the center on the opposing team elbowed me in my front tooth, causing me to have to go to a great Dental Facility, because Xavier takes great care of the well-being of their athletes‼️‼️‼️That was the last time - until the MISS-LOU Facility, that I can REJOICE & HAVE PEACE - AND, TEETH, AGAIN - "THANK YOU, JESUS FOR MISS-LOU DENTISTRY " - AMEN & BAM‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️
