I didn’t realize that they would actually extract the tooth yesterday because they had in fact just fit me in, but he said let’s take it out. When I arrived all their Staff that I met was super friendly. If I'd lived in this area, I'd definitely make this my regular dentist praxis I'd visit. And this is coming from someone with severe fear of dentist...so it means a lot.

Negative experience: I’m a foster parent in Adams county. I has been taking children here from years. I had a terrible experience being a women of God!! My appointment was 9:00 am. We arrived at 8:50. I asked one of the workers ; at 10:15 when will we be waited on? I have to be at work for 11:00 because I been here sitting over a hour!! She stated it will be awhile. I said you all have over 12 people in the office as I speak !! You all are over booked. She turned around after turning her back on me, and said we aren’t!! With a frown on her face!! I said I never seen this many people in here!! She went and got the offline manager and she told me out loud in front of every one leave and we couldn’t come back!! I told her out loud like she did me this isn’t the only Denist in the state of Mississippi. They never speak when you have to speak first at all time. A non- friendly institution. You never see any black employees there; out of the ten years I been going. It’s okay but make all patients feel comfortable. I never feel comfortable since I have been going there. It was okay because they took my foster kids insurance. On this day the office was over booked!! With no concern of the patient. They sent me a letter the next day stating they no longer needed our insurance funds!! Well that’s okay because I have seen enough!! They have her the medication when I said we have been here over an hour!!
