Fantastic experience: As always, the staff, hygienists and doctors at R&H create a patient centered experience. Dental visits can be inherently unpleasant but my hygienist and dentist make every effort to alleviate discomfort. I feel like I’m a good friend more than just a customer or patient.

Negative experience: Dr Roberts did a free implant exam, as he describes in his very old tv add , he charged me 110$ for it. He said I had a cavity on 30 under my crown. I went to get 2nd opinion. No cavity found. I called Roberts off to ask him to review my xray again w his partner. Instead of doing that ,I was sent a letter to go elsewhere. During exam Dr Roberts kept his hands in my mouth ,not asking any questions..then ran out of exam room without talking implant for 31 which is why I went there. So he must have a kid in college as 3rd opinion verified no cavity on 30. The TV is so old and I was misdiagnosed. Run away folks...

Fantastic experience: My Hygienist is Vickie and she is thorough, quick, and competent. All my teeth were capped in my teen years from a calcium deficiency (50 years ago). I have bleeding gums and a tendency for the tooth decay underneath the caps. Without Vickie‘s excellent cleaning skills I probably would’ve lost some of my teeth.

Fantastic experience: These guys are the best, from Nicole my hygienist to Dr. Robert’s who has done most of my dental work to now Dr. Hall who for first time did a broken crown. Fantastic experience: Broke an upper older tooth cap off and got an appointment the next morning and asked for an abstraction. Forty minutes later I was good to go and after the day, following instructions I was good to go without any pain during extraction or at home after the bleeding stopped using a few pieces of gauss over a few hours. Keeping the area clean as directed and letting it heal.

Fantastic experience: Today I just got my teeth cleaned by Nichole and it was wonderful. Had Dr. John look over my teeth and said all was fine, no cavities. I was very happy. I think these dentists are wonderful and if you’re scared to go to a dentist go to these doctors they are so good. Dr. John is just the greatest.

Fantastic experience: I awoke in the morning and had a horrible toothache. I called Dr Robert’s office at 8:45 pm. The office personnel worked me to a busy schedule. I had an appointment at 11:10. X-rays, exam and a prescription was performed. I was out of the office by noon. Today I am pain free. A referral to a endodontist was obtained which I will see tomorrow. I don’t think you can get better than this. In my opinion this was extraordinary.
