Fantastic experience: Exceptional service from the moment I walked in. Thinking I was just having a consult the dentist more than helped me with my concerns he took care of it on the spot and moreover his attention to detail and work was amazing, I am truly impressed with the entire staff and the dentist. Wow! Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Experiencing a dental emergency while out of town proves challenging. Although in pain I was keen to optimize my dental insurance benefits for the necessary root canal therapy. Many practices clearly did not fully understand what actual out of pocket would be. Thank goodness for Mountain High, immediately they understood and worked efficiently with my insurance. Excellent work and highly recommended in Park City.

He is very thorough and has taken care of a crown that fell out (right before a travel day for me) and put it back perfectly and even got a tiny peice of popcorn that I had in for about a month. Not to mention taking great care of my teeth. Aimee is a wonderful at cleaning and April manages the office so well, and the entire staff always makes you feel so welcome! I would highly recommend Moutain High Family Dental!

Fantastic experience: We are visiting for the summer. Both my wife and I had emergent dental issues two weeks apart. We found this practice through online reviews. Our phone calls were answered by a courteous front office employee who got each of us in promptly. The doctors were professional and knowledgeable. My wife’s problem was resolved immediately. My issue does require more work, but I have no reservations about having them do what needs to be done. I can highly recommend this practice.

Recently had some tooth pain and had to get a root canal (my last one was 17 years ago). So "higher level of difficulty" and again a great experience. They took care of me VERY quickly. All Better! Fantastic experience: In my life I have had many dental experiences good and bad. Mountian High ranks in the top. Each encounter is positive and informative. I always know what is needed and just what will happen during each visit.

Negative experience: Worst clinic. Proceeded to perform unnecessary x-rays and said they were covered by insurance, asked to have only regular x-rays done. Never answers the phone. Says bill/invoice is paid, yet sends you to collections? AI answers the phone and says someone will call you back. Have not received a call back. Need to physically go into the clinic to speak with someone. Even to schedule an appointment. Would love to know how anyone else contacts this clinic other than in-person.

Negative experience: I would stay away from this clinic. April the manager does not know how to do math. She will cheat you in your accounting. And then when you call her out on it, she will Be very rude to you. She refused to give you any information for anyone in a position that’s superior to her. If you ask her for documentation, she will alter the documentation to make it match what she’s saying. An example of this is when she’s provided me with receipts, which I’ve gotten receipts on every visit. There was a product that was not on any of the receipts, but when she sent me an account ledger after the fact loan and behold, that was there. I really don’t know why the corporation that runs this office keeps her Around. Ali The hygienist is awesome. I wish I could give some insight about the dentist, but I haven’t actually seen the dentist for any significant time or procedure.

I'd say they are phenomenal, friendly, knowledgeable, and caring. I found the office due to a dental emergency and will be a returning patient. It's a small town feel in an upscale area. I couldn't ask for a better experience in a dental office.

Negative experience: They didn’t put topical antibiotic on when they did a tooth repair on my husband, because they skipped that step, the tooth became infected and had to have a root canal. So they told us they were going to waive our out of pocket charges for the root canal after we made a big stink of their poor practices. It’s been years and we STILL get statements out of the blue saying we owe. We call and they stop sending statements for a while and then start sending them out of the blue again. STOP SENDING ME STATEMENTS FOR SOMETHING THAT YOU CAUSED!!!

Negative experience: All 6 out of 7 fillings my daughter had gotten done has a cavity under the filling, one of them had to be fixed when my daughter was out of state. The crown isnt covering the whole tooth and has another infection at the bottom of her tooth she had a root canal so there shouldn't be an infection unless the root canal wasnt done very well.I paid $1,200 just to have all that work done, and now I'm having to pay that again just to redo all the work that was done... as far as the dentist himself and the staff, they are great people, great customer service I just wish things were better!

Fantastic experience: Visiting Park City and on a Friday afternoon, my front tooth crown decides to come out... not a great look! So I reach out to Dr. Wilson of Mountain High Dentistry and he turns around from driving to Provo, meets me at the office and cleans up the tooth and re-glues it in place... perfectly! Oh, I was new in town, not a patient...and he returns to the office to fix me up.... who does that? Well... Dr. Wilson does. Thank you.

Negative experience: I've always had issues with this dentist. Their care is not consistent and I feel like i'm always being upsold. The last straw was a recent exam where I was told I had FIVE cavities that needed filling. I had the x-rays taken at Mountain High Family Dental sent to another dentist for a second opinion and I was told I had ZERO cavities. Don't trust them or their services.

Negative experience: Worst dental experience I have ever had. 3 different dentists in 3 visits with complete lack of competence and communication. Tried to bill me 3 years later then sent to collections. My story is similar to many of those in the reviews!

Negative experience: Used to come here 7 years ago and was a great dental office then. Moved back and needed a cleaning—was taken back that they didn’t actually put me on the schedule when I had called. They were also sending the notifications to another phone number. What was the topper was when the dentist didn’t notice my two fillings while he did the exam, I had to point them out. They also insisted on many many fillings (I just had a cleaning 6 months ago at a different dentist I’ve been seeing for years and they never mentioned anything.) I decided this was all a red flag. Just recently they sent us a bill for my husbands cleaning, all coded the same yet the prices are drastically different then my cleaning. We won’t be back

Negative experience: Use to be a great dental office with the older dentist. Since he had retired ,I've noticed a decline. Be careful with their billing department. Had an issues 2 years ago. Didn't have insurance, I paid out of pocket. Then 9 months later they start sending me bills on what I paid in full out of pocket. They have provided no details on these extra charges, just sent me to collect! When I have all my receipt for the procedure showing I paid in full.

Fantastic experience: Best dental experience of my life! First of all, I hate going to the dentist. PERIOD. Its always painful, I dislike the noise, its my mouth, nothing about it is pleasant. However! Amie the dental hygienist was phenomenal. I have extremely sensitive gums and she took every extra step to make sure I was comfortable, I was okay, and all she wanted was to make sure I was okay no matter how long it took! She took an extra step and used this numbing cream so I did not feel a thing - and this will be my forever hygienist.

Negative experience: Honestly so done with them. I've been coming here for 10 years and had multiple meh experiences but the recent few have really been beyond terrible. I was encouraged to get a crown for a healthy tooth that had a food trap, and the trap was annoying enough that I decided it would be worth it. I asked them to get it pre-authorized with my insurance, which they supposedly did. After the crown was fitted, and copay paid, the food trap was actually worse. Flossing aggressively still doesn't remove the debris and I have to use a water flosser! I decided to get the opinion of another of their dentists who told me the crown seemed to be fitted correctly, but that it was never a good idea to crown a healthy tooth for that purpose. Months later I'm still struggling with the tooth which is now getting more sensitive, and I get a BILL for the remainder of the cost of the crown which was NOT APPROVED by my insurance!! I cannot seem to get the manager on the phone. Just to top it all off last time I came in for my cleaning I scheduled the 1st appointment of the day because I needed to be at work, and at my appointment time I could hear staff having a loud unprofessional conversation in the back and it took them 20 min to bring me back.

Fantastic experience: I came in with An urgent problem and they worked me in. Dr Wilson stayed late the next day and did a root canal and crown. Amazingly painless. The doctor and staff were all gentle and kind. The office clean and inviting. Great experience! The work turned out great!

Negative experience: There was a mistake with their billing department where they accidentally told my insurance that they fixed the wrong tooth. "No problem we will fix this" etc I called them and talked about this issue half a dozen times soon after it had happened, because I was getting automatic bills in the mail pertaining to this mistake. I had paid in full for ALL of my dental work, so much so that I received a rebate because I paid too much. Fast-forward to 1.5 years later, I kept getting bills in the mail and I had moved out of state. I could no longer speak to the billing department because they are only open one Friday a month, and "we aren't sure what Friday that is" I left 20 messages I urged them that I wanted this to be resolved before the automatically sent bill would be sent to collections. Again I was told not to worry. 6 months after that the bill got sent to collections. I've been calling often still, never a response, never a call back, or email. I protested the bill to the collections, it went back to Mountain high, then it was RE-SUBMITTED as if I had just gone to the dentist. I received auto replies thanking me for using Mountain High Dental As of right now, nothing is resolved, no one had tried to contact me, and they are trying to stick me with a $3000 bill that I absolutely do not owe!

Fantastic experience: New patient….everyone was very friendly and careful to tell me exactly what they were going to do. The exam was the most thorough of any I have had. And it was a fraction of the fee I would have paid back in the Boston suburbs! Glad I chose Mountain High for my new dentist.

Negative experience: I used to love this dentist but their office has become hard to work with. I cannot get anyone to call me back about a bill and they rescheduled me by at least 4 weeks for my last appointment.

Negative experience: DO NOT GO HERE! Bad care, bad doctors.Over charge, and charge you years later for appointments they claim they were not paid for. They say they are "short staffed' so if you call you get an answering service but no one can actually help you. I thought the business was a "front" for something else the answering service is that bad. If you go into the office there is a front house manager who cannot assist. Do not trust this office with anything related to your health or well being. And my hope is the owner- Trisha- sees this and actually returns one of my 6 calls or in person visit calls.

Negative experience: The office has recently switched to an answering service, and those folks are nice, but I have called 6 times in the last 5 days and STILL HAVE NOT received a call back. I received a bill with a Past Due notice, after having paid my bill in full 7 months ago! I work during their office hours, since they’re not open on weekends, and am not able to come into the office. I am very concerned that they will send this unwarranted bill to collections before they call me back. Terrible customer service so I have updated my review to one star.

Positive experience: Although my cleanng seemed good and the hygienist was patient, kind & thorough. I'm disappointed that every time I go to the dentist everyone in the office is new. New dentist, all new hygienists, new front office staff. No one really knows you anymore or your issues. My cracked tooth that was suppose to be watched wasn't even noticed until I asked about it. Negative experience: We have used Mountain High Dental for our whole family for many years now and until the last year we received high quality dental care with all of our hygienists remembering our family to make it a very personalized experience. Recently within the last year they have cancelled my daughter and my appointments (three for my daughter and two for me) and we have not been able to be see for over a year. I am not sure why we cannot be seen but I am frustrated enough to just change dental offices. I am very sad that their customer service has declined this much as I really liked all of the staff at this dentist office.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Shojai and nurse Stormy are absolutely amazing. I had a number of cavities filled in the last few months and they both were constantly checking in throughout each procedure to make sure I was doing ok and feeling comfortable. I felt that they both were genuinely concerned about my anxiety and pain level. Also, surprisingly affordable, especially for Park City. I couldn’t recommend Mountain High more, especially Dr Shojai and Stormy. Kind, professional, and compassionate.
