The dentist and staff are very informative, they listen to your concerns, they care about cost savings and readily answer questions. It's nice that they do procedures in this office without having to go somewhere else, i.e. root canal and they take care of dental emergencies.

Oberlin Dentist has been Professional Honest Affordable Flexible Trustworthy Consistent. From the first person you meet - to the hygienist that works hard at their job- to the Dentist that evaluates and corrects any and all issues. I feel lucky to have a dentist office I trust and respect in Oberlin. I send any and all friends and residents of Kendal to this practice.

Fantastic experience: My daughter went in for what we thought was a chip tooth around a filling but after X-rays it appears it’s going to require a root canal. She was very nervous and anxious about going to the dentist and the news overwhelmed her and she started to tear up they were very calm with her and explained to her why it was important to have it done. She is still nervous but feels more comfortable with the staff at Oberlin Dental

Negative experience: Unprofessional, rude, and unethical behavior My experience with this dentist was extremely upsetting and unprofessional. My Invisalign treatment was never completed, my teeth were left in worse condition, and yet I was charged the full amount with no refund. On top of that, the staff and dentist were rude and disrespectful, and I was called names, which is completely unacceptable in a medical setting. Instead of addressing my concerns or fixing the treatment, I was told I would no longer be seen as a patient. Because the dentist knew he messed up my teeth and can’t do anything about it! There was no accountability, no professionalism, and no effort to resolve the situation. This experience caused me emotional distress and financial loss. I strongly warn others to be very cautious before starting any treatment at this office.

Yesterday, Shannon was my hygienist and it was the most gentle cleaning I've ever had. I have very sensitive teeth so even a cleaning us usually very unpleasant for me. I'm so glad I found her!

Fantastic experience: Relocating is such a headache when trying to find new medical providers. I received a good referral to check out Dental Care of Oberlin and I’m so glad I was referred to this office. I first called in as a new patient and they put me on a wait list for an earlier appointment as my appointment date was still a few months out. Within 3 days I got a message that there was an opening for the next day if I wanted it. Unfortunately a busy work day made me reschedule, but they accommodated me the next day with my exam and scheduled my cleaning in 2 weeks! From the time I walked in to DCO to when they took me to the back for my exam to checking out, the entire staff were all so welcoming and so nice! Definitely made my visit to a new dental office very pleasing. Lynne the dental assistant was very kind and explained everything before she did anything and she always checked to make sure I was comfortable! You all are awesome and I’m happy to be a new patient.

Dr. Bej has helped me with some lifetime issues and the treatments he has done have cost a fraction of those the previous dentist did that didn't solve the problems. They even got me in on a moments notice when I had a flare up to get me out of some serious pain and on the mend. I could not recommend them more highly. Our previous dentist seemed to be more interested in what services they could sell us instead of taking care of our dental needs. Calling and sending reminders of how much $$$ we had remaining on our insurance for the year "so we wouldn't miss out on using it", etc. No thanks.
