Fantastic experience: My tooth broke on Wednesday evening. I called my dentist Thursday morning and they were able to get an appointment that same afternoon. Everyone was so friendly and helpful and Dr. Erickson was nice and straight forward about my treatment. I felt blessed that they had an opening for Friday morning to remove the tooth. We arrived at 7:30 and I was in the room shortly after. The procedure was done and over in less than an hour. Next thing I know the assistant was helping me to the car we're heading home. Dr. Erickson even called to check on me that evening. He and all the staff were very helpful and giving me every opportunity to ask questions if needed. Thank you all for a pleasant experience. Fantastic experience: Dr. Jones and his staff took great care of me during my wisdom tooth extraction. They were able to get me in the very next day, gave me treatment options so I could choose the one that made the most sense for me, and gave me everything I needed so I could have a speedy recovery. They called my prescriptions in right away so they would be ready when I left their office. They sent me home with clear and well written-out instructions on how to best care for my mouth along and how to stay ahead of the pain, along with a packet of gauze. I didn’t have any pain even though I opted to not go with general anesthesia. I am very pleased and highly recommend them!

Fantastic experience: Asked for sedation (nitrous) and it went beautifully. It was quick and everyone was attentive and thorough. Dr Fuentes even called that evening to make sure everything was going well. I was educated on how to care for my mouth both verbally and in writing so I knew exactly what to do. Very impressed!

Starting with the ladies at the front desk, to all the nurses in the back. Dr Erickson is very knowledgeable and professional. He listened attentively and explained my daughter’s condition and plan of care. After performing oral surgery on my daughter, he followed up with a call late in the evening to check on my daughter. His professionalism and bedside manners go above and beyond.

Fantastic experience: DR. Erickson did a wonderful job explan what was going to happen and what to expect after the fact. He removed my 4 front teeth and placed 3 implants. It seems all went well. Pain went down to a 3 out of 10 about 5 hours after. And he followed up with me later in b the evening to make sure every thing was going well and I had no questions.

Let me tell you I’ve got a medical history including a spinal fusion and I would rather have another fusion than the pain I was in before treatment for my tooth. Night of extraction I’m in very little to no pain (there’s discomfort) ! The way they treat their patients is amazing! The surgeon even does follow up calls 1,000,000,000/5 stars!

Being able to have the extraction w/bone graft and implant done all at the same time was important to me; and a very easy ordeal. Dr. Erickson was very informative and went over the procedure in detail during my consultation and made me feel at ease about the upcoming procedure. I had 3 wisdom teeth removed, 2 being impacted. He made sure I understood the procedure and after care instructions. The day of the procedure everything went smoothly. Dr. Erickson went over the procedure again and made sure I did not have any questions before starting. They also communicated with husband while he waited for me and made sure he did not have any questions as well. Later that evening when I was home recovering, Dr. Erickson himself called me personally to check to see how I was doing and made sure I was not having any complications or any questions. He once again went over after care instructions and made sure I still did not have any questions. Honestly, I was surprised for a doctor to call on his patient after a procedure as its so rare and that made me feel even better knowing he goes above and beyond for his patients. Positive experience: I had all four of my wisdom teeth removed, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the experience. Whether it’s my pain tolerance or just how skilled my oral surgeon is (I’m leaning toward the latter), I was shocked at how quickly the pain disappeared—just hours after the procedure. The whole process was smooth, professional, and surprisingly comfortable. Now I’m on to the healing process, but so far, everything feels great. Highly recommend! Edit : The procedure itself went well, and the staff especially in Odessa were kind and professional. However, the follow-up experience has been frustrating with the midland office. I called the office about possible dry socket and ongoing pain 4 days post-surgery,, and they scheduled me in Midland since Dr. Erickson rotates between offices. Unfortunately, I was five minutes late due to traffic on 191, and they immediately rescheduled me, mind you I have excruciating pain . I was told they tried calling me, but when the front desk staff checked, it turned out they hadn’t called anyone that morning. Even so, I was still pushed to a later appointment, meaning I have to wait longer while still in pain. I expected more understanding, especially for post-op issues I am now 5 days post surgery. Hoping future visits go more smoothly.
