Negative experience: Dr. Nimesh, after we paid over $6k all upfront, got the imprints for dentures and they already came in; decided on the day we’re supposed to do my extractions, that she no longer wants to do my bottom teeth bc she thinks i won’t be happy with the bottom dentures. I already have teeth problems and just want to get it all out of the way so I don’t have to mess with it ever again. No health reasons or anything, just flat out decided she won’t do my dentures anymore bc she thinks I won’t like them. I’ve already paid for everything, this is what I want and now I’m being told I can’t get what I paid for bc she just doesn’t want to. Horrible business.

Negative experience: I had a filling done 4 years ago that deteriorated and broke causing me to require a root canal done costing over $1500 because the filling caused an infection. Please if you value the quality of your care go elsewhere.

Negative experience: My husband had a awful experience. First, they told him he need a dental work he didn’t need. Got a second opinion to find that out. The cleaning alone they wanted $1600 and then even after insurance in deductions they still want it well over $2000 for the dental work. For some reason they’re jacking up prices. He could go to another dentist In another town and get it cheaper. He’d rather travel than pay those price prices And have them perform unnecessary dental work. If they would let me give No ⭐️ stars I would go with that which is the only reason I’m giving it to 1⭐️

Fantastic experience: I had a bad experience at a past dentist in Houston, and after almost 7 years I decided to restart my dental health journey. When I tell you Aspen has greatly improved my feelings with being in the dentists chair. Not only was the experience stress free, everything ran smoothly and in a timely manor. Everyone was pleasant and helpful, the hygienist and dentist both communicated wonderfully to help make a plan to help my teeth be healthy. Front desk helped me find my insurance coverage, the check up went smoothly and everyone made sure I was comfortable. I am excited to start fixing my smile and really glad I chose Aspen dental here in Midland.

Negative experience: This place is very dirty and way outdated. The bathroom is filthy and toilet seat broken. The front woman are like they just go off the bed, hair is nasty grease and NOT POLITE IT ALL. On the other hand the dentist (Chinese lady)was excellent and so did the Spanish guy .

Fantastic experience: I am so grateful for this place taking me in as a walk-in patient. My tooth went from 0 to 100 as far as pain goes seemingly overnight, so I really needed help. They got me in and taken care of within an hour give or take. From reception to the doctor, they were all very kind and caring (even made me laugh a little bit through the pain). Thank You

Negative experience: Naturally I see on Facebook Aspen Dental Advertisement with really great affordable prices, Dentures @ 499 stupid on my part to go check it out after all said and done with my final sheet I might as well go buy me another truck and motorcycle. Search false advertisement, stay away from them

Negative experience: Staff was good but very high Price for dental work they wanted to charge me almost $8000 for a root canal an two bridges. Also, they told me. pretty bad infection and never gave me a prescription for that infection and they wanted to do a root canal for me that doesn’t make sense because you have an infection at least takes 10 days before you can do dental work if the infection was that bad to the fact where I was gonna lose my tooth so not very happy with this place it’s a money grab

Negative experience: Refused to fill 2 cavities without a deep cleaning that cost over $5k. Felt like I was being sold a used car. Very pushy. Don't believe half these reviews. I'll just take my business to Mexico where they will address the cavities FIRST, then proceed to other issues. Oh and at a quarter of the cost!!

Fantastic experience: My husband broke a tooth while we were out of town. I called the next morning as soon as they opened and they got my husband in right away. Turned out they need to extract two teeth. We are a self pay and I think we were in and out a little over a hour. Great job and great team.

Fantastic experience: I so dread going to a dentist. I was dreading this also. I had exrays, deep cleaning, and eval done. I am 66 years old and have been to a lot of dentists. This was the first and only time I have left a dentist office without any pain. Throughout everything, all of the staff, hygienist, and dentist were all great. Very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. I would recommend this office to anyone. Thank you for a very unstressful experience.

Negative experience: The dentists themselves need to do some more training on compassion and checking in on the patient during procedures. Left this office scared and shaking and nobody checked in once to ask if I was okay. Was barely acknowledged while I was obviously freaking out. They were rushing on my teeth and seemed to be taking in patients even though they were booked up. The office staff and the hygienist’s are the only redeeming part of this place. Also extremely expensive

Fantastic experience: I've had problems with my dentures for over a year and the Dr's in Odessa just blew me off so I went to the Midland office and Dr Rude was amazing!! Her and her assistant Sammy actually listened to me and confirmed that my teeth did not fit. I 1000% recommend the Midland office with Dr Rude . Everyone at this office is amazing!!!!

Negative experience: Why can’t yall be like normal dental offices and do exams and cleaning in one go. I’m not a new patient so I don’t know why yall have to see what kind of cleaning I need goofies. So useless.

Negative experience: The only thing they told me was I was going to have to pay over 30 thousand dollars to have wotk done. I didn’t get anything in writing from AspenDental on what it would take to have my teeth done right. I’m a veteran and I feel like they wanted to know how much they could get from the VA. They are very greedy and that’s the American way now!

Fantastic experience: I came in because my tooth was hurting so badly. Everyone there was very nice and sweet. I got taken care of immediately and happy I had credit to cover this extraction.

Negative experience: Waited a few days to see the visiting endodontist, since apparently there are none of them here all the time. Only to find out, they did not take my insurance, and wanted to charge me nearly $2500.00. Aspen is not as local friendly as they want you to believe. It’s a corporate racquet!

Fantastic experience: Had an overall excellent experience here, the staff was super attentive throughout my visit, everything was smooth and comfortable, my only suggestion would be to reconsider playing religious music while waiting to be seen, or in the hygiene office, even tho I respect all beliefs a neutral environment would be more comfortable, aside from that everything else was great and will return to get my treatment done.

And Dr. Rude did an amazing job on my bottom teeth for fillings. Ive never had a good experience with a dentist but she changed that. I highly recommend them to anyone.

Fantastic experience: They were super friendly and made my teen feel comfortable. No shaming him for not brushing properly, just positive instruction and educating him how to floss more efficiently. They were good at explaining my expenses and how it all broke down. They helped me come up with a plan (IE breaking it up into 2 sessions, and 2 payments).

Negative experience: The Technician was very polite. All the x Rays were done properly. Paper work was great. I went there for a broken tooth I have a lot of pain. I wanted a full report of everything was done to me O did mot.get one. I also wanted some medicine for tooth pain and infection So overall not a satisfied customer.

Negative experience: I had a very disappointing experience with the receptionist at this orthodontist office. From the moment she answered the phone, her tone was dismissive and condescending,as if I was bothering her just by calling. Rather than offering any helpful information, she acted like they were doing me a favor by simply speaking to me. She was curt, talked over me, and made it clear through her attitude that my business wasn’t valued. It honestly felt like she was throwing daggers with her words from the start. A little professionalism and basic courtesy go a long way, especially when representing a medical office. Based on this interaction, I have no interest in becoming a patient here. I called the second time and Samantha another receptionist very kindly took my info and apologized but after that initial interaction with the first receptionist she left a sour taste in my mouth afterwards she put me on hold for 10 min then she hanged up the typical narcissist tantrum this was on June 4 2025 at 3:36

Negative experience: These people from the staff to the doctors including Mario is horrible. I had an appointment today only to go and my gold was incorrect no one called me about it or anything and then the nurse had the nerve to act like I was wrong for being upset. First off yall cancelled my last 5 appointments due to this issue and it’s still not fixed. Who wouldn’t be upset. To top it off she had the nerve to tell me I could accept what was done. Girl please I didn’t pay for this, I paid for what I wanted. I’ve been very patient with these money hungry dentist that are horrible at their job. Had I known this before trust me I would have went elsewhere. They’ve already taken my insurance what was allowed and insurance is not going to pay again. This is so sad. From Samatha to all the staff they are all horrible. If you haven’t learned about Aspen Dental in Midland Texas you will. This is a real honest review so please take your money and insurance somewhere else. They bait you in like a relationship then the second to third visit you’ll find out who/and what the dentist office is all about. That’s a guarantee!

Negative experience: Stay away. Gave this business a chance considering my new insurance coverage lacked breadth of choice. They would not provide a simple teeth cleaning service as desired. Instead, they insisted on requiring a $2500 out of pocket treatment first for a “progressive disease” that 80% of all patients have (even tho no past dentists ever made a similar fuss over it to someone who regularly goes to the dentist). The fact that the only wall decor in the room was focused on this one dental issue (out of all possible dental issues) makes their business seem like a money grab towards those who are not willing to question the process.

Fantastic experience: Had an appointment to have my teeth checked because of my right gum that was painful. They couldn’t really find anything wrong so I ended up leaving but the service is real well they did everything they could x-rays, etc.. had to go back the next day and have a tooth pulled because of the pain. Now I’m just suffering from a sore gum.

Fantastic experience: Everyone was so professional and caring. I loved the way I was greeted from the receptionist to the Dr with smiles on their face to asking how my day was going. Made me feel relaxed and well taken care of.

Juanell B was very helpful, caring, knowledgeable but most of all friendly & kind. Dr Diane & hygienist explained the treatment plan thoroughly & were also very kind & friendly. The business person whose name I can’t remember was vey helpful with treatment options. We will be back !!!

Negative experience: Aspen Dental is the worst dental experience I’ve ever gone to in my life. If I hadn’t already spent my money for procedures I would definitely have gone somewhere else. The turnover rate for dentists are horrible. The office staff is very unprofessional and Samantha or Jaspy never returns patients phone calls. My last phone call to office was 7/7/25 and it’s 7/21/25 and still no response. I believe the pricing is very expensive and if I hadda known before hand I definitely would have gone somewhere else; however my initial visit I couldn’t pass up the offer now I’m being charged more. Mario can never get his orders in time and I’m still waiting till date. They have rescheduled me 4 times from my initial appointment without even updating me. I was told by the new dentist which is a lady I’ve never seen to be patient and I’ve been overly patient and they have my money. Unprofessional at its worst and to top it off they keep firing and rehiring the same dentist. They never answer the phone, and most of the dental assistants don’t know what they’re doing. Unbelievable. I’m saying this place is not QUALITY PLEASE TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE.
