From the moment I walked in, I felt kindness, patience, and genuine care, even when I was running late. Gabby gave me the most beautiful classic lash set, and Brianna made my underarm and Brazilian wax feel so quick, clean, & comfortable. The entire staff, from the receptionist to the wonderful estheticians are very professional. Forever grateful, I left feeling beautiful, cared for, and completely refreshed. If you want talented artists with beautiful hearts, this is the place. Highly, highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Brianna does an amazing job with the spray tans! This is my second time coming and they have looked so natural and exactly what I wanted! My husband even said this is the best spray tan I have ever gotten. I definitely recommend and will always be coming back!

She was well versed in her practice, involved me in what her thoughts were to give me the best outcome. Fantastic experience: I just had an amazing, catered to my needs, massage! A full 60 minutes of a perfect pressure full body massage by Janet! I feel like a brand new woman! She really worked out all of my pressure points! Totally recommend her! Next came a wonderful 60 minute facial by Brianna! This was my first facial and will not be my last! She also recommended micro-bladding and after everything, I swear she replaced my skin with a babies It's amazing! Both of these ladies did such a great job and really put their hearts into their work! I can only imagine that everyone else that works there must be just as good! But, for real! Positive experience: UPDATED REVIEW: my first experience with KYLA was outstanding and I was a regular with her & my first encounter with the new esthetician Brianna was good but I did find that she could not juggle the amount of clients she had with her scheduling having to cancel my appointment because she did not have time to make it to my scheduled appointment with her. It just feels like I cannot be a regular with her as she has a hard time managing the amount of clients that she has and I am now having to find another place to have my services done when I loved this one so much is honestly heart breaking but I want to feel like I am wanted as a customer and not pushed off because of poor scheduling it just doesn’t feel like the appointments would be held to their times after this. BRIANNA IS GREAT AT HER JOB IF YOU ARE ABLE TO HAVE THE SERVICES AND BE A REGULAR THAN I AM SO HAPPY FOR YOU! However that just wasn’t my experience with her the second time I booked with her having to move my appointment because she couldn’t be there in time & the time slot she offered for later in the day I was unable to do. ORIGINAL REVIEW OF MY SERVICES WITH KYLA: This was my first experience ever with this facility and with waxing and I have to say that it was the most amazing experience. Walking in off the street as somebody who has never been there I truly felt so safe like this place for the girlies because I immediately felt safe and welcomed and just positive and happy vibes the whole time. Fantastic experience: I’ve had my teeth whitened by Rachel twice now, and I can’t recommend her enough! She is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and makes the entire process so comfortable from start to finish. Both times I’ve left with amazing results. My teeth were noticeably whiter, but still looked natural. Rachel really takes her time to explain everything and make sure you’re comfortable throughout the session, which I really appreciate. You can tell she truly cares about her clients and the quality of her work. If you’re thinking about teeth whitening, she is definitely the one to go to. I’ll absolutely be back again!

Fantastic experience: I had such a wonderful first time experience! I got my first professional massage done by Janet and she was amazing with communicating and making sure I was comfortable. The receptionist Carliegh was great too and helped me with booking and responded quickly. I will definitely be booking with Janet again and trying their other services in the future!

Fantastic experience: Five stars is not enough to rate this place. I am consistently getting my services there and it is hands down the best. But today, I had a basic European facial with Brianna and it was the BEST experience I have ever had. It was a calming and relaxing environment and service. As a mom, full time worker, and full time student, I recommend getting some relaxing messages or facials by Brianna to feel and look rejuvenated and refreshed.

Fantastic experience: I went for a tooth whitening session with Rachel. Firstly, this place is pristine and gorgeous. (I mean, down to the baseboards clean, and every design detail clearly curated by the owner.) Rachel rocked my socks. She clearly explained the entire procedure before and during in a way that made me feel like I was the Queen of the day (but that a second grader could have understood). Nailed it. The price was reasonable and the results were great. I’ll be going back to get a second treatment for the edges. Highly recommend.

Leanna, the owner, did powder brows and I absolutely love them! She took her time to make sure she had them in the exact style I wanted and was highly communicative about the process and expectations for healing and follow up. The team treats you like family and the process was painless. I will definitely go back for more permanent makeup and explore their other offerings as well. Highly recommended!

Positive experience: I had the Basic European facial by Kyla. Twice now. And its always very cozy as I enter the room. Very clean and the bed was comfortable that i can actually fall sleep as I get my facial done. Kyla was professional and friendly, open to questions asked for recommendations on facial regimen changes since I have sensitive, and annoying bumps on my forehead. I would like to have more focus on extractions in the future. The face massage was so relaxing and can put me to sleep lol! Overall I'm very happy I found Sugar Magnolia. I will be back for more facials.

Fantastic experience: Everything at Sugar Magnolia is wonderful, the staff, the fun environment and the services! LeeAnna did a beautiful job on my lip blush… hands down one of the best things I have ever done for myself AND I was able to clear so much space by tossing all my lipstick! I am so happy with the outcome that I will be there again tomorrow for powder brows. I have no doubt that I will be equally as leased. All of the ladies there are an absolute breath I fresh air. I would highly recommend them to anyone!
