Positive experience: I had a lot of cavities that needed to be filled and just 4 more to go ‍ and They were patient and gentle with me I love Dr. White and the nurses The lady at the front desk her name is Jessica LOVE her so sweet they all soo sweet just wanted to put that out there that My experience wasn’t bad if you want a great dentist I definitely recommend Dr. White

Fantastic experience: I enjoy when I come to the dental office, you treat me with such kindness. Everyone is very nice.

Negative experience: A painful, expensive, and completely negligent experience. I do not recommend this place under any circumstances. I went to this clinic knowing I had a few cavities, but they never explained the consequences of the procedure. They performed four resin fillings in a single day, in under an hour, without informing me that this is highly discouraged. They didn’t place any protective base or medication, even though the cavities were deep. They also failed to check whether I suffered from bruxism. Later that same day, the pain became so unbearable I couldn’t even eat soup. I returned for help, and they only shaved down one filling, told me to wear a night guard for two weeks, and use Colgate Sensitive. They didn’t take any X-rays and showed no empathy. The visit felt more like a quick transaction than genuine care — I left feeling unheard and dismissed. It made me feel as though their priority was charging me, not helping me, especially since they charged $86 for that worthless follow-up. Because of the pain, I had to fly back to my home country for proper treatment, which meant unexpected and significant expenses. At first, three out of four dentists told me that I would need root canals, but fortunately, one of them managed to stabilize the teeth and avoid the procedure — although they remain extremely sensitive and fragile. This situation affected me: -Financially, because of the high cost of follow-up treatments and emergency travel. -Mentally and emotionally, because of the stress and pain it caused. -Personally, because it disrupted my entire life. I am attaching an X-ray as proof of the damage they caused, clearly showing how the integrity of three of my teeth was severely compromised. Although one dentist was able to avoid root canals, the teeth remain extremely sensitive and fragile. The way I was treated can only be described, in my view, as gross negligence. I wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone. If you’re considering this clinic — run. No one deserves to have their health handled the way I was. It made me question their ethics and basic human decency.

Fantastic experience: Always great to work with and helpful! Helps with a lot of my general anxiety regarding seeing a dentist. They keep me on top of my health and coming back! Great shout out Monica and Kesha regarding as well. Extremely patient and knowledgeable.

Negative experience: The receptionist Jessica is incredibly entitled, rude, arrogant, and has little to no customer service skills.

Fantastic experience: I am thankful, thankful for Goldsboro dental Arts! I have been to many dental offices over my lifetime. But this is the first one that I knew I mattered. They actually made me a part of my treatment plan, instead of an outsider. Finally, I am so blessed to have found such kind, courageous and respectful people to take care of all my dental needs. Because that is what matters to me. And I am sure, they treat everyone who walk through their doors, the exact same way.

Fantastic experience: I loved Ms. Keisha the hygienist! She took such great care of my teeth and showed passion for what she does! The pervious visits had me rethinking this office but I loved everything about my visit this time!

Negative experience: I don't recommend using Goldsboro dental arts. My temporary crown fell off in 24 hours and they refused to put it back on till about a week later saying they were to busy. I'm looking for another dentist and I recommend you do also.

Negative experience: I had my first visit and everything seemed great. Well I never got the return phone call I was supposed to get and when I call I either get put on hold for eternity or I get no answer. Very disappointed considering I liked the staff. But now I'm almost to my 3rd trimester and will be unable to get the procedures I needed done.

I just got my tooth extracted from there oh my gosh they were so fast and it was painless they attended to all of my needs I have a very high tolerance of pain they gave me a shot of this new medicine and boy you could have beat my face in with a sledgehammer and I wouldn't have felt nothing it lasts for 48 hours son.

Left With A Big Smile And That’s Just Solely Based My Interaction Not To Mention My Shining Teeth! UPDATE: 2 Weeks Later Went Back For An Extraction. The Dentist Dug And Dug In My Mouth For An Hour Breaking My Tooth In Pieces. He Asked Did I Want Him To Continue But Because I Was Dumb I Couldn’t Feel The Severity Of What He Was Doing. I Asked Him If He Was To Continue Would Able He Be Able To Complete The Extraction. He Told Me Yes And COULD NOT. I Finally Tapped Out From The Torture And He Walked Away With No Explanation, After Care Instructions, Or Even An Update On What Was Going On In My Mouth. Very Displeased !!

The dental hygienist and assistants are very professional, and knowledgeable. This establishment has always confirmed all appointments ahead of time. I would definitely have my friends and the rest of my family come here. FYI my mother has been referred by me and will be having her 1st appointment in two weeks

Fantastic experience: Goldsboro Dental Care gives excellent customer service. My twenty-year-old son and myself went today, the entire staff was extremely helpful and friendly. They accept Medicaid and Guardian Dental Plan insurance. They do teeth whitening and the sleep apnea mouth guards along with the normal Dental Care. I highly recommend Guardian Dental Arts.

I called Goldsboro Dental Arts and explained the situation to the receptionist and she said I would get a call back soon. Within five minutes, Dr. Shaun White, DMD personally called me back to offer an immediate appointment even though the office was closing for the day. He stayed after hours to repair my son's tooth and did an excellent job. I highly recommend!!
