Fantastic experience: Great and friendly staff! Very thorough in treatment plan. So cool to see their newest technology!

Fantastic experience: Aspen dental has been nothing but kind, clear, and concise. When my sisters and I went in for a cleaning, they actually explain what is going on with your mouth and how to improve. The dentist taught us how to floss correctly [curving down into the gums, pulling alternately three times in each direction of the lining, for each space between teeth]. Rather than going straight down, which is what our last dentist did. They also addressed leaking filling for a cavity that I had, when our last dentist told me to wait a month after they had filled it when I experienced sensitivity issues (I don’t know how reasonable a month is, but the leaking still happened even after the pain subsided after a few weeks) Not to mention that reception and staff are so nice and bright! They helped us through everything and walked us through our first scheduling without our mom’s help. Long story short, Aspen actually listens and cares about your dental health.

Fantastic experience: I really appreciate it everyone made the time great and easy I haven’t been to the dentist in years and my xray girl I’m sorry I forgot your name was amazing so was Vanessa and Fabiola and every dr I seen thank you ladies.

Positive experience: I was super nervous but all the girls in the office were very good . My original review I praised them but after some thought I’m sorry to say that if you don’t have insurance & get there financing . It is still a Great amount of money they want if you can’t afford what they require then they go no further to help . It’s a shame but reality in this world .

Negative experience: Cancelation after cancelation with them calling less than an hour before the appointment. After finally going back to get my final fitting for the braces, I repeatedly had to tell them I did not want to get my teeth cleaned there and after they finally got it, i got the cold shoulder. Never received a call back regarding the braces coming in. Unless you have plenty a free time to get jerked around, go somewhere else. Do not go here. They do not respect your time.

Fantastic experience: I stopped in without an appointment. I had what I thought might be an emergency. I had what I thought was some kind of growth on the roof of my mouth. The doctor examined me and told me that it was just caused by some sharp fragment from the peanuts I had been eating. It began draining itself while I was still in the chair. Within minutes it was back to normal. These people were very polite, professional and understanding. They didn't even charge me for the visit.

Negative experience: I want to share something that doesn’t sit right with me. An elderly family member of mine went to Aspen Dental in Hollister for dentures. She was alone, in pain, and trusted the process. She ended up being signed into a financing plan at nearly 30% interest over 7 years. What started as about $8,000 will turn into almost $19,000. The issue isn’t just the cost, it’s that she didn’t fully understand what she was agreeing to. The focus was on a “manageable monthly payment,” not the total financial impact. Situations like this raise serious concerns about how elderly patients are treated when making major financial and medical decisions alone. I’m sharing this so others can be aware: please make sure your loved ones never go through major procedures or financing decisions without someone they trust present.

Positive experience: My experience was not the best. It felt like the team working with me did not have much experience working together, and there was a noticeable amount of confusion throughout the visit. I also did not feel that they took the time to make sure I was comfortable. When I scheduled the appointment, I was told there would be two specific procedures, but only one was performed. This has happened before—each time I visit this location, I’m told one thing in advance, but something completely different happens once I arrive. Overall, the visit was just okay, but the level of care was not great. I was not given accurate information, and it did not feel like they took the time to ensure I was doing well. The lack of clear communication makes it difficult to plan, and it often feels like my time is not valued.

Fantastic experience: I found Aspen Dental in our network pamphlet through Anthem Blue Cross. I made my appointment and was seen for my broken front molar. That had to come out. Anthem helped with most of the cost for extraction, but would not cover the implant. Aspens professional administration (Yolanda) help me find some interest free financial help. All of the staff and Doctors are very professional and caring. I was very impressed with all the new technology and how this full service office can be in a brick and mortar. Very clean office, I was totally impressed with Aspen Dental in Hollister Ca. My son has since gotten his Root Canal and soon his Crown. Si Hablan Español! Thank you Aspen Dental.....Estevan

I had my molar pulled a few months ago by Dr. Pathak and she is WONDERFUL. I had ZERO pain. She was gentle and informative. Today I came back for a filling and again she was truly awesome. Janet and Yolanda in front office are phenomenal with such great smiles and professionalism. They also have a VERY AFFORDABLE membership plan that you receive discounts on procedures. I am so glad I found Aspen.

Negative experience: So I went in for service. I made sure to get Aspen Billing to get my work pre-approved. I even cancelled 2 appointment because they had not gotten approval. Once they did I got my work done. I paid my $2300 share of services per billing (office staff in Hollister,). About a couple months later I received a bill for $1300. I was confused so I called and spoke to the local Aspen billing. They informed me that their records showed a issue with my insurance which they would check into. 2 weeks later I called again and got the same answer. But attitude this time, since I was frustrated they hadn't done what they said they would do in the first place. I again gave it some time and instead of calling them I called my insurance. My agent called the local office directly I was shocked to find out they NEVER SENT A CLAIM TO MY INSURANCE. My disbelief came when I called the Aspen Corp office. They informed me my information stated they had an incorrect # for my insurance. But funny thing. I had my insurance call back a second time to see if maybe they had a wrong Insurance ID. I was on the line and they VERIFIED IT WAS CORRECT. So my question is why lie? We are doing grown up business for thousands of dollars and this Corp is lying to justify their mistakes. The office is not following through when you call. So I will not continue with any further business with ASPEN DENTAL plus the compound the Dentist put on my teeth has rough edges and surfaces between my teeth which gets food particles caught. Seems like it defeats the purpose of being able to keep my teeth decay free, it's a pain. Also they said free laser which they didn't do. Even though it was on my estimate. Response: here I sit 5 months after my procedure on July 1st 2025 and still NO CLAIM SUBMITTED TO MY HUMANA INSURANCE. I HAVE PLACED 10+ CALLS TO RESOLVE THIS ISSUE. YET NOW IM GETTING PROMISES OF COLLECTIONS FOR MY INSURANCE SHARE. I PAID MY INVOICE DAY OF SERVICE. CAN YOU GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER AND RESOLVE THIS ISSUE. FILE MY INSURANCE CLAIM. 12/1/25

Fantastic experience: I had an emergency in that a veneer fell off on Thanksgiving and I was leaving early Monday morning to go overseas for a month. Aspen dental helped me with a Saturday morning appointment to re-bond the veneer. I was so thankful they were willing to assist me. Thank you so much for your great care.

Positive experience: The dentist and her nurses were the nicest people ever. So friendly. I had one tooth extracted. They charged me $373 to pull one tooth. Recently I had two other teeth extracted at another place it was $199 at two other places. I don't understand why the huge difference except for greed. This place didn't do any more than the other places. Same procedure

Fantastic experience: My Experience in Aspen Dental! Based on my experience in Aspen Dental has been pleasant and outstanding to me. Especially the front desk, they are great at communicating with any questions that the customer has that relate to insurance, different payment options and the dental procedures. I did appreciate that the front desk helps with the following steps of setting up a patient account and with that you automatically get notification of confirmation of the upcoming appointments that were made with you. During the Procedures: The dental assistant kindly help guide me in the available room and I like that they offer the small T.V set that they have attached to the chair while I wait for the dentist to be ready. Once the dentist arrived, she was really friendly, informative about my teeth health, and possible procedures that could be done including with the goals of with my teeth. Since I went with Liners option and I have crowded teeth: there is this filing process that can be very uncomfortable but it has to be done only with the chosen teeth that can get in the way with each other and interrupt with the strengthening process. I do admit it's intense but the dentists kept checking up on me if I was okay or if I needed a break. The Dental Hygienist was friendly as well, and did her best to be gentle as possible, especially since my teeth tend to be sensitive and I very much appreciate her checking up on me if I needed a break from the cleaning. She was informative with tips on improving hygiene health in the teeth cleaning routines and I also did like that she went over the steps of flossing and which flossing methods would benefit me the most depending on my teeth needs. Special Thanks to Yolanda from the Front Desk Team: She helped me a lot with reviewing the goals of strengthening my teeth and possible procedures that could be done depending which route plan I choose. I did like that she helped with the breakdown of the cost and her kindness explaining the benefits to first time customers and her wellness to want to help guide the patient. There wasn’t a moment where I felt confused nor afraid to ask her questions. I felt like I was in great hands!

Fantastic experience: I had such a great experience at Aspen dental. I have some missing teeth and I was able to get a partial plate made same day. This was the day before my daughter's wedding. Having a full smile for wedding photos meant the world to me. Special thanks to Kora for making the impressions and the Claudia for making the partial. I have always had a massive fear of the dentist chair. But everyone there made the whole experience less scary. It has changed my life having a full smile. I absolutely smile more.
