Fantastic experience: Today I had a new patient exam, X-rays, cleaning, and dental exam at Kingman Dental Group. The entire staff was kind, friendly, and professional, and the office was clean and welcoming. Since I hadn’t been to the dentist in nearly two years, my visit took a little longer, but they were incredibly gentle and thorough. They even numbed my gums beforehand, which made the procedure comfortable and pain-free. This was one of the most pleasant dental experiences I’ve had in over 55 years of visiting dentists. Highly recommend!

All the staff at the front counter are excellent. If I missed anyone, they're great also. Overall the entire staff are very friendly, professional and helpful. I've been going to Dr Ritchie, I believe 8 years now and refer many new people (to Kingman) to this dental office. FIVE STARS ABSOLUTELY - ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Fantastic experience: Upon interaction either the receptionist to obtaining my extrication appointment, my experience was nothing less than welcoming as well as professionally pleasant. Every step of the way, a full explanation was received with no questions left unanswered. The assistant was pleasant as well as knowledgeable, courteous and efficient. Images of my teeth were shown to me and options were presented leaving the final decision in my hands. I truly appreciate the feeling of being a person and not just a paycheck.

Negative experience: I have a sinus drop caused by an abscessed tooth. The dentist at kingman dental wont pull it. Instead sending me to an oral surgeon! He doesn't seem very educated in his field. He should have removed the tooth to help my sinuses heal from the infected tooth! I'm still very sick from this infection! Very dissatisfied with kingman dental clinic dentist!

Fantastic experience: Doctor explained why the plan of former dentist in South Dakota was problematic rather the mangled other dentist in Kingman just arrogantly said, "We do the right thing for our patients," with a 'take it or leave' attitude and no addition explanation. Well, Dr. Riche, you get the gig.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Riche is a great dentist. He’s kind, caring and takes pride in what he does. I called him on a Sunday afternoon because my son was hit in the mouth and broke his front tooth. He was ready and willing to meet me at his office to treat my son right then. After talking for a bit we decided that I would just bring him in first thing the next morning. He took care of him and you couldn’t even tell where it had broken off. Tawny is also very tentative and amazing at her job as well Let me just add that I work at a local dental office and I had called the Dr I work for and to this day he’s never asked about my son! This happened on Feb 23rd

Dr. Riche takes his time helping you understand your treatment plan and has done the best work I’ve ever had. the front desk ladies are always helpful, assistants are great and my teeth always feel great after my cleaning. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Fantastic experience: Lost crown that was less than 2 years old that was done by previous dentist. Kingman Dental got me in quickly, as a new patient and 2.5 hours later I had a new crown that was far superior in fit and comfort than the crown I lost. Dr. Riche and his staff were friendly and professional, explained why my previous crown failed and what would be done so the new crown wouldn’t do the same. I felt very comfortable in their care and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to friends and family

Fantastic experience: Had a dental emergency and was on a lot of pain. My regular dentist couldn't get me in to get out of pain. Dr. Riche and his awesome staff took care of me same day for an emergency appt. I now intend Dr. Riche to be my regular dentist going forward. Great experience considering I was there for a couple nasty extractions.
