Fantastic experience: First of all, Thank You Aspen Dental Staff!! I've always felt angst at the dentist. At Aspen Dental they explain what they will be doing, give me time to clarify & ask questions. They also tell me to let them know if I need a break. I haven't taken a break yet, but it's nice to know the option is there. They are at the cutting edge of dentistry and they can find a finance plan for your specific dental plan. I feel at peace & confident in the work performed by the office staff, hygienists & doctors. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Aspen Dental!

Fantastic experience: A really positive experience at Aspen dental the Dr. Was so knowledgeable and aware of my fears of dentist. He was young looking but up on technology and knowledge. No problem at all and would request him again.

Negative experience: All they care about is pulling teeth. They don't talk about fixing them. They will send you somewhere else. Its x-rays and check for loose teeth. That's all they do during a check up.

Fantastic experience: I have a phobia of dentists and Aspen Dental in Kingman was an outstanding experience. Professional and kind, empathetic and successful in all they do. I highly recommend this dental office.

Negative experience: Highway robbers. They are expensive even with Humana insurance. They don't tell you the deadening shots are $80 each 8 shots. First time using them and last time. We paid over a thousand out of pocket and over billed me by $129 dollar and corporate is still billing me for it. Use at your own expense. Next year I am switching to wellcare insurance so I can go back to Cerbat dental.

Fantastic experience: I was on vacation when my crown came off, they were able to get me in the same day and everyone was very nice. They called me as soon as the permanent one came in and I was able to not have to wait the full 2 weeks for permanent one to arrive. I have a couple more things I need done and would have had them done here if I had been able to. If I move here will definitely make them my primary dental facility!

Fantastic experience: So far in the process of getting fitted for new dentures my experience has been very good. Dr. Pelham does a great job as well as Devin, dental assistant. I have been treated very well. Going tomorrow for my try in fitting.

Fantastic experience: I've had severe dental trauma leading to a severe dental phobia since I was a kid, everyone at this branch in Kingman has went above and beyond for me. Making it a little easier each time I go in. I had the hardest time doing X-rays, they took their time with me and did a non traditional approach to get them done. I've been talked to with respect, they gave me a total price breakdown, and the dentists have never shamed me for going so long without dental care. The only thing I keep hearing over and over is "we're so glad you're here now" and that alone is so comforting. Will continue to use them for years to come

Negative experience: If you want extremely overpriced dental care then this is the place to go. First you get quoted one thing, then they add on 2 extra thousand dollars out of nowhere. So disheartening and the financial lady is extremely unprofessional. They can’t answer the phone either.

Fantastic experience: I had a crown come out from flossing on a Thursday evening and tried several hours the very next morning to contact my Dentist. Couldn’t get through and after several hours i decided to try Aspen to see if they take walk-ins. I wasn’t able to get in that day but they were more than happy to see me the following. I was in and out with minimum paperwork and the staff was awesome. I definitely will consider Aspen Dental for my future dental needs. They are open all day Friday, which is when things like this seem to happen, and also open one Saturday a month..Thank you Aspen Dental for being there when my Dentist couldn’t be…10 stars⭐️

Fantastic experience: So went to Aspen dental and got dentures done the procedure went great Dr Pelham and his assistant Rhonda were amazing they made sure I had no pain I was comfortable during the procedure everything was clean and neat and quick to healing process was not too bad and my dentures are starting to fit my face better day by day they have helped me with any kind of problems I've had with irritated spots I'd go in and they'd be able to see me right away to fix the problem thank you Aspen dental for your wonderful wonderful service and thank you Dr Pelham you're a very great dentist you should be very proud of yourself thank you God bless

Negative experience: High Tech scammers! I was there over an hour, they did tons of x-rays and scans. The hygienist pointed out all these things wrong with my bone and teeth roots. I came from Chicagoland and had a reputable dentist (which I went to every 6 months with zero dental issues), so I knew this was a scam when the hygienist said the doctor will come see you and tell you what kind of cleaning needs to be done. That's when I took off my paper bib and left. Google Aspen Dental and read some of the horror stories.

Fantastic experience: Let me give you an idea of how amazing this dental clinic is… first, my tooth randomly broke, which was terribly painful and I am relocating my ranch to another state in 2 weeks. I needed this issue fixed asap. Due to some other dental issues, I decided to get it extracted so I can heal and get going. The Aspen Dental Kingman location had an appt available in 48 hours. I was able to schedule this appointment online at midnight! What a convenience. Okay, so it’s a two hour drive from my ranch, but what isn’t…. I live way out there. So I take the drive and get there a little early, I got checked in, they took my insurance, and I met the nicest dental professionals ever. They tried to convince me to save the tooth but after I explained my logic, they were totally understanding and were happy to book me an extraction appt. Unfortunately, I’m a rancher, I need this taken care of asap. I bet you are thinking this is where it turns into an ordeal… no! They told me they’d work me in, as long as wasn’t in a rush to leave. I told them I had all the time in the world that day, but I didn’t need that much time… they had me prepped and numbed in 20 minutes. How fast is that?!?! The dental technician that helped the Dr with the numbing was so sweet, she really helped me feel relaxed and calm. The bedside manner was so refreshing, definitely something from a bygone era. Anyway, next up, new technician for the procedure and the Dr. Let me just say, so caring, knowledgeable, and attentive. Soft touch, no yanking on my jaw, just a job well done. Took his time, and was absolutely meticulous about my comfort. My technician made sure my mouth was comfortable through the whole process, and paid attention to cues suggesting I needed a little extra numbing agent. There was no jaw pain, facial bruises, headache… I couldn’t believe it. I felt better instantly, the pressure from that tooth was gone, and no procedure soreness. In the same length of time that I had driven to get there, I was walking out happy, relieved, and didn’t look “roughed up.” I got what I needed done, and am on the mend with minimal soreness after the novocaine wore off. If you need care asap, or are looking for a long term clinic, this is the place. And if you see Technician Keegan or Rhonda, they are the kindest people on Earth, and Dr. Pelham is the most gentle and caring dentist you will ever meet. Thank you, Aspen Dental Kingman…. Wish I would have met you sooner!!!

Fantastic experience: I have never been to a better dental place. Last year I went to Bullhead City because Kingman was booked. I had 2 teeth that were infected and the pain was astrological. They pulled my teeth right than and there. I am impressed with the whole staff, they are helpful and knowledgeable. Today I went into the Kingman office because, I had a tooth that needed to be pulled. The filling fell out. Half the tooth was left. The Dentist and the staff were fantastic. I recommend them and will be going there and only there. A big thank to the whole crew.

I’ve had a few visits already, and every experience has been a good experience. They have taken care of me very well! Dental assistant Rhonda is very helpful. Explains everything to me and let me know what’s going on with the procedures.Dr. Pelham Has taken care of me and done all my procedures. I highly recommend him if you go in. I have no complaints and I appreciate both of these people for taking care of me even though I don’t wanna go back I know I will have to and honestly I do look forward to working with them!

Fantastic experience: I’m in the process of straightening my teeth with clear aligners, and just got scanned for my refinement. Everyone at the office was great and they used the latest tech to get the job done. Update 2/27/2026. I complete my motto treatment. It was such an amazing experience. The office staff, hygienists, and assistants were all amazing. Dr. Pelham was also so amazing. He made sure we kept adjusting my treatment until I was happy with my results. Fantastic experience: Had a deep cleaning done today, the dental hygienist Katelyn was amazing. One of my favorite sayings is “no pain no gain” at Aspen dental I’ll have to change that “all gain no pain.

Negative experience: My husband was a patient at th Aspen Dental office in Kingman. His first appointment was on January 9th 2026. He had no dental insurance at the time. He had a lose front upper tooth and was charged $129.00 to have it pulled. It was quick and easy for the dentist that day. Six weeks later two more upper teeth became very verylose and painful. I called to make him an appointment and the receptionist said the last time he was seen was April of 2025, they did not show his kast appointment on January 9th, 2026. I was hoping they would take him in the next day like last time, they made him wait a week and quoted a price for both extractions at $459.00. I asked why was it $129.00 in January for one tooth? Now they are charging him double. She said because they raise prices beginning of every year. This appointment was sooner than the less expensive dentist in Bullhead City so he paid the $=59 which we cant afford. Aspen dental in Kingman did not try to help my husband with his pain or with the charges. Also, they charged him before the teeth were pulled instead of after as a normal dental office would which after everything was done i thoughht was very poor customer service. The receptionist was friendly but the business side and dentist acted like snots and werent willing to help finaancially at all. Ill never go there again or refer anyone to them. They need to be lass expensive and more co sistant. Made me sick. I dont know why the greediness a month later but it was wrong. Also their recording over the phone offers quick service in emergencies and at an affordable price, such false advertisement. Shame on them. Sincerely, Very disappointed in Kingman, AZ

Fantastic experience: i went to aspen dental via referral from urgent care after several visits to them and the E.R for serious tooth pain due to a recently broken tooth. Aspen Dental saw me right away and even took an xray even though they dont accept my insurance, they immediately referred me to River Rock Oral Surgery who was also able to see me basically immediately and i got 6 teeth pulled. If Aspen Dental dinldnt refer me i wouldnt know where to go and would still be in immense pain, which was interfering with my being able to work and my personality changed from being in so much pain. THANK YOU ASPEN DENTAL!!!

When I called Aspen they got me right in and the staff was very professional and courteous. Fantastic experience: My phobia of dentist offices is very real. Almost debilitating. An awful experience my last visit, at a different office, caused PTSD. I wish I could say I'm being dramatic, but I'm not. After ruling out all other possible causes of the pain I'm experiencing, the dentist was my final conclusion for help. The moment I called to schedule, I was assured and felt slightly more at ease by the woman who scheduled my appointment. I'm sorry I can't remember her name. Please understand today was a bit of a blur. Nevertheless, she made me feel understood and not like a 5 year old child. X-rays were actually fun! I had a beautiful tech who was quick, efficient, understanding and helped ease my anxiety. The hygienist, also beautiful and understanding, acknowledged my fear, asked questions to get to know ME, explained my X-ray results and made me feel she cared about my mental well-being as much as the condition of my teeth, jaw etc. She asked about my other medical condition. Looked at me with respect and empathy as I explained it to her and she actually thanked me for teaching HER something she knew nothing about. The ENTIRE TIME, everyone i spoke with, realizing by my demeanor and the deer in the headlight look, did what they could in the time they had to reassure me that they are there for ME! My comfort and well-being, along with telling me they will do whatever it takes to make me as comfortable as possible made me FEEL they were being sincere. The DR.. reiterated the same sentiment as the rest of the staff who spoke with me. He was gentle while examining me. His Comfortable and calming dameanor, the time he took with me, made today's initial exam the best it could have been for me. In 4 days, my treatment starts and I currently have heart palpations thinking about it. Then I remember the experience I had today and although, as I sit here writing this, horrified at the idea of going in, I know they will give me the same respect and treat me with dignity, allowing me to take to the appointment anything I need to make me as comfortable as I can be, warms my heart. Reminds me that not everyone in this profession is doing it just for the money, or Just as a job, uncaring and self serving To get as many people in and out of those seats. Negative experience: My husband went there to have a tooth pulled and during calling and also being there the front desk person was really rude and unfriendly. The my son just last week had to go have a partial fixed and again she was extremely rude to him on the phone. Not sure why they have this person working there. I am sure they are losing people. We definitely won't be back.

Negative experience: The front desk person was rude immediately upon my arrival and made me feel unwelcome by chastising me for arriving on time- not early enough for her. I have dental anxiety bad and this was actually a personal triumph for me to be going to the dentist at all. Have a little compassion for other people if you’re going to work in reception at Aspen Dental in Kingman AZ. Then the bill for services was outrageously high compared to other dentists in the area, they had a hard time itemizing which makes them seem shady so, no thanks. There are a lot of dental offices in this area, don’t settle for this one just because it’s a known chain. Waste of time.

Negative experience: Went in for a cleaning, 2 fillings, and 1 extraction. Was quoted $15,000 after insurance. They also said that I could not have the fillings done until I committed to $4,000 in deep cleanings. Will not return.

Everyone was helpful and kind. Dr. Pelham explained everything and gave me options. At the end of my visit, Jay helped with making follow up appointments and payments too. I had a good experience. I loved how everything was laid out and explained in different ways. I would recommend Aspen Dental.

Fantastic experience: My husband was suffering with pain from his dentures for quite a while. We figured it would take weeks to get in ,especially since it was warranty work. We were wrong! Same day appointment. Great experience from the moment we walked in. Everyone was so friendly ,professional and thorough. Highly recommend. Dr.Pelham was awesome,and really took his time to assure my husband wouldnt be in pain any longer.

Fantastic experience: The environment was friendly as well as the front staff when checkng in. The dentist herself was an amazing dentist. She and her assistant talked to me and eased me through the whole procedure. I never felt any pain. The extractions I had should have been surgical. Thankfully I didn't have surgical expense.
