The staff genuinely cares about their patients and it shows because they always ask about kids sports events, fair projects, and how everyone is doing in general! They send reminders all the time and communicate so well. On top of all that, they take amazing care of mine and my family's dental health. I absolutely love this dentist office and I send everyone I know in their direction.

Fantastic experience: Pheasant Ridge were able to fit me in after I chipped the front of my tooth. It didn’t need any anesthetic and the team got to work pretty quickly reconstructing the outer surface of the tooth. I was all done in 30 minutes. As usual, zero pain, and I felt very relaxed throughout the whole process.

The only thing that made me not to go back yet for the actual treatment was when l was told to pay in full for the co pay and l never had the full pay at the time so l guess they had to over think about it the next day and they told me they can do payment plans. Since then have not yet got the time to go back but l will and l will come back and give final feedback when they get to work on me fully ..otherwise the place is clean and humane

All the staff there are incredibly friendly, and Dr. Pearson really cares about his patients. The team is wonderful and accommodating, they get their patients in very quickly, and talk you through everything. I would recommend them to everybody!

Fantastic experience: If I could give a million stars I would! I am the worst patient when it comes to the dentist! From as early as I can remember I could not stand going into the dentist office. Even the simple cleanings and good checkups would end with me in tears. So this lead to my knee jerk reaction of not going and only going when it was to late and would end in a pulled tooth or root canal! So when once again I found myself in that spot and my current dentist had retired I took my friends recommendation and made an appointment with Pheasant Ridge. No I did not want to go! However I did! I was very upfront and let them know I absolutely fear the dentist office. I would have to take anti-anxiety meds before going because I am a massive flight risk. Surprise! The office staff was absolutely amazing! Not one of them made me run out of the door screaming! Then I had to meet the dreadful dentist. This is the point of no return! I knew I would do the minimum needed to get in and out of there as fast as possible. Man was I in for a great shock! I didn’t bolt! No one got hurt as I should have taken off out the door! Dr Justin was very kind and explained everything! Offered me several choices to fit my needs and more importantly my budget. So I went for it! I took meds pulled out the headphones and tuned out all the chatter and fought to get to a happy place while he and his staff went to work and fixed my tooth. After that we talked about all of my other tooth issues! A plan was made and the reconstruction journey began. After multiple visits and a good year of spending more time at a dental office then in my entire life I am on the other side! Check this out! I went from flight risk and tune everyone out to get through it to actually being able to carry on a conversation! No earbuds no meds needed! Everyone at the office is actually human and caring! Not one of them has ever made me want to fly out of the office with a no return policy. So if you need a dentist for anything at all this is the place to go! From their well stocked mini fridge to their fantastic team of employees you won’t regret becoming a patient here. Thank you Pheasant Ridge for turning my attitude completely around! Who would have thought I would ever recommend a dentist let alone ever return!

Everything was explained-from treatment to costs. The staff are so kind and welcoming from the minute you walk in the door. Dr. Justin is very knowledgeable takes time with each patient. My crown will be done in house with their state of the art equipment. Your options and costs are explained to you, not at you.. There is no rushing to decide. Fantastic experience: Awesome service. I needed a emergency wisdom tooth removal and they fit me in and took great care of me. I was nervous as my last visit with a different dentist was bad but these guys put those anxieties to rest. Dr.Pearson is a pro and i will be coming back here for all my dental needs.

Fantastic experience: First off the front desk receptionist, Lori, was very pleasant and very welcoming and got all my questions answered. The cleaning with Vanessa was sooooo much more than a cleaning I ever received from business across the street. They took multiple hi-tech X-Rays and even hi resolution pictures/videos. It was amazing all the knowledge they passed on to me about my teeth. Doctor Gray was extremely gentle and explained everything going on and went over a treatment plan that was passed back to Lori at front desk and she explained all the cost and procedures and then even more showed me how my own insurance wasn’t the best option for me so I signed up with there complete care discount plan. So yes I recommend this dental office. PS my next appointment I need a crown and they do it same day!!!

Negative experience: Terrible place full of crooks and liars... normally, I only leave good reviews, but this is a place that will insist you are in network then bill you $600 for a cleaning.

Fantastic experience: The dentist isn't for everyone, especially when you haven't been in a really long time. I went in for a teeth cleaning and as soon as I walked in I felt very welcome. Mandi gave me a tour of the facility, sat me down in my room and for once I didn't have anxiety. They were very kind and reassured me everything was going to be okay! They took xrays, pictures and cleaned my teeth. Vanessa did an AMAZING JOB, my teeth feel great! Doc came in and let me know there are some areas I needed to work on, which I knew there would be. I'm on a new journey to have healthy, long lasting teeth! Needless to say, I am excited to see them again next month thank you Pheasant Ridge Dental!
