They took care of my immediate problem and explained what my future options would be should the same problem arise again. Dr C would have liked to done more now but I went with the easiest option for now. The people that work there are always so friendly and funny, and Dr C is always looking out for what's best for me. My wife and I have been going there for 10+ years

4 months ago Negative experience: Absolutely horrible experience. I have TMJ in my jaw and the hygienist didn’t seem to care. I’ve never been in so much pain, hours after the appointment, my jaw feels like it’s been punched. I only go here because it’s covered under my dad’s insurance. Yet today, they claimed the insurance suddenly disappeared and that they didn’t have any on file. I got a bite guard through them a couple months prior and had insurance, there has be no change in insurance!!! They charged me almost $200, why would I come in for a cleaning if I didn’t have insurance? Absolutely furious, my family and I will never return!

I’ve been looking for a dentist for over 8 months for my children & im very happy with my choice! 10 months ago Fantastic experience: My son has the worst anxiety when he goes to the dentist and usually can never get through a cleaning, so I wasn’t sure what to expect; turns out, this place is absolutely amazing and his hygienist was fantastic with him! She took the time to tell him the name of each tool and what it did, so he knew what to expect and wasn’t so fearful. She was even able to get him to complete the X-Rays! I was so impressed. A big thank you to Dr. Cichoracki and Ms. Stacey for the wonderful experience!

Becky at the front desk is as polished as the surrounding, impressive, immaculately clean decor, Caitlin is very sincere, solid support, Stacy gives the absolute best hygienist encounter to be had (with both skill/technique of service and friendly chairside mannerisms and advice, and Dr. Cichoracki is the perfect combination of what so many want in an accurate, thorough and gentle dentist. There have been extreme (scary!) problems in many other dentist offices, it is "to this doctor's credit" that she has built the correct structure of longstanding, reliable, dependability on the foundation of professional and caring team building!

2 years ago Fantastic experience: Chipped my front tooth and Dr. Cichoracki got me in same day so I didn't feel like a jack o lantern the rest of the week. Staff is always friendly and professional. Office is warm and welcoming.

2 years ago Fantastic experience: The most gentle touch of my hygienist! Prompt on my appointment. I was definitely behind on my dental care my they are getting me back on track. Dr C has me scheduled immediately for procedures. And it's close to home.

2 years ago Fantastic experience: My whole visit experience with all of the staff was great! They're extremely helpful from filling the forms up to my examination. There were a lot going on with my care and all of the staff has taken the time to explain all what has to be done. They show compassion and respect and they are so kind. This was my first visit and I wish I had this kind of treatment from the other dentists I've gone to in the past. I may not be so hesitant in the past to go to the dentist. You will not be disappointed!
