Fantastic experience: I loved their office. Very clean, really kind staff (Donna and Beth were so sweet, as well as Dr. Debellis) and, they were extremely thorough. They made me feel very comfortable from the instant that I walked in, my insurance doesn’t even cover the dental office and I will be paying out-of-pocket to go here because It’s hard to find a good general dentist, ect. Would rate it a 6 if I could !

From diagnosis to extraction. Dr. Erin Leppek did a wonderful job and the follow-ups were on point. Thank you everyone involved thru my process and procedure.

Fantastic experience: I'm kind of new to the New Baltimore, M I Area. I've been looking for a dentist. Previously before going to Great Lakes Dental I tried another dentist in the area, but much to expensive for a senior citizen on a fixed income. Needless to say I found Great Lakes Dental and very pleased with the staff and dentist. All very personable and kind. Dentist did a great job on my tooth. Would recommend these dentist to anyone.

Negative experience: I had received a flyer in the mail and I was looking for a dentist so I call to get insurance information and the lady who answers the phone was so rude that I instantly changed my mind of becoming a new patient there. You should have nice welcoming people answering phones and at the front desk. That was a terrible first impression. Why would I even think to come to the office when I was treated poorly on the phone I can only imagine how rude she is in person. I will continue to look for a dental office that is welcoming and caring :)

They take my comfort seriously and always make sure I am comfortable. Always a pleasant experience. My teeth and gums have never been better. Again another great visit. Very welcoming and friendly.

Dr Shawn was great, he explained all my options in detail both pros and cons. I’ve never felt comfortable with any dentist but with Dr Shawn I felt so comfortable it was like talking with your best friend ( and he’s so darn cute lol). I have never said this before but I’m looking forward to going back

Fantastic experience: if you are looking for a dental practice great lakes is the place to look for real professionals , i had been dealing with morning migraines for some time and Dr Van de Vyver and his staff have given me more then a good cup of morning coffee , a bit gaurd was fitted and NO more migraines , so if you grind your teeth let them take some of the stress off your teeth .

Fantastic experience: Clean high tech office with very knowledgeable staff. They get to know you quickly and treat you like family. They worked with me on every aspect of my dental care.

Fantastic experience: I am in need of a root canal an my regular dentist is unfortunately on medical. The very sweet ladies at Great Lakes dental were able to get me in xrayed an set for an appointment that day. Everyone I encountered was very kind, explained what has to happen and cost well. At this rate they are going to make it hard to go back to my regular dentist.

Fantastic experience: The staff at Great Lakes Dental Excellence (specifically Dr. Pollaccia and Donna) are hands down some of the most professional individuals I have interacted with in a dental capacity. The team was friendly, lively, and able to give educational advice. There were no feelings that I was not doing enough with my cleaning regimen, but wanting to make sure I was educated properly on how to keep my teeth in tip-top shape for as long as possible. Will recommend to all my family and friends in the area, as well as surrounding areas.

Everyone is compassionate, kind, professional, upbeat, empathetic and do everything in their power to make you feel comfortable. My rating is one million stars... five stars is not enough. They let me bring my hubby in the room for moral support and continuously ensured I was comfortable and understood exactly what was going on. Great Lakes Dental Excellence is an accurate name... but I would rename them Great Lakes Dental Elite because they are the very best of the best! One million out of 10...highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Excellent 1st visit. Receptionist Beth was very accommodating and welcoming. Very comprehensive exam by Dr. Sean as well as by hygienist Samirah. Great bed side manner. Explained everything. Not overbearing whatsoever when explaining offered services. Follow up work to be done, but confidence level thus far is very high. Looking forward to the high level care for years to come. Fantastic experience start to finish. Most comprehensive exam/cleaning ever experienced. Proffesional, very friendly, and informative. Called and they got me in the next day. It was a great experience from the time I walked in to when I walked out.
