Fantastic experience: Came in today for my cleaning, everyone was super friendly and helpful, overall very good experience!! :)

Fantastic experience: I've been seeing Dr. Miller for 20+ years. I have never had anything other than a great experience. All of his dental techs are wonderful caring people and Dr. Miller is the BEST dentist I've ever been to and I'm no spring chicken. His office is up to date with modern equipment. Appointments run on time with minimal time spent in the wating room. You could not do better than selecting Dr. Miller as your dentist! Unfortunately Dr Miller has retired. I’ve only been to the Dr who took over the practice once. The jury is still out.

Fantastic experience: Everyone working there are very nice. They'll help you whenever they're able. Dr. Miller is the best, fantastic and understanding of problems with teeth. Very clean areas. Dr. Eades has taken over this practice, he's very good. I was concerned and worried when Dr Miller retired, but quickly reassured the first time I met Dr Eades. He is kind and understanding. Staff members are the same ones I knew before. The areas are very clean.

Fantastic experience: I changed my daughter’s dentist from Montgomery to Prattville. No issues in Montgomery, just the drive. But when my daughter got done with her appointment, she said I’m glad you changed my dentist, because they was so nice and gentle. And helped me learn. She said my last dentist would never. They would rush and be so aggressive. So thanks guys for making my daughter happy!

Fantastic experience: Jennifer was very thorough in cleaning my teeth yet showed compassion in making sure to keep from causing unnecessary pain. She and Dr. Eades listened to any questions and concerns I had and addressed them to my satisfaction.

Fantastic experience: I’m am always greeted kindly when I come in the door. My hygienist is always so caring and kind and careful not to hurt me! She even offered me a blanket knowing I am always cold! Doctor is great also! Wouldn’t change for anything!!!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Eades did a great job when I needed a filling replaced on a front tooth. Didn’t feel the injection(in 1 of the most uncomfortable locations- Kudos Doc!) and you can’t tell where the filling is (which says a lot coming from someone who has been in dentistry for 8 years!) Glad I gave the “new dentist in town” a try! Give them a visit.

Fantastic experience: We love everyone here. I have been seeing Dr Miller and his staff for years for all of my dental needs. If all other medical places would provide the care that Dr Miller and his staff provide the world would be a better place. I called their office with what I thought was an access. They were able to see me the same day, literally in just a little over an hour after my call. I arrived to smiling faces that were expecting me. Dr Millers staff took X-rays and he came in, took a look, talked to me about what was going on and explained my options clearly. He and his staff are wonderful, I never feel rushed, I just cannot say enough good things about all of them. I highly recommend Dr Miller and his staff to everyone.

Fantastic experience: My experience at Autauga Dental Clinic was great the environment was breath taking the staff were very friendly.

Negative experience: When I made my appointment, I was very clear. I stated that I had already been seen by a dentist and been referred to an endodontist for a root canal. I also shared that I did not have insurance coverage for that. However, I had been referred to Dr. Miller by a friend. I confirmed that the cost was between 7-$800. Before my appointment, I called again to ensure that Dr. Miller was whom my appointment was made with and that he would be able to see me. When I did see Dr Miller who told me he wasn’t going to be in practice long enough to do my procedure. He was very nice. However, it cost me $110 and my time for nothing. I made it very clear that I was coming there because it was a more economical option. I am on disability with cancer. My budget is very tight. I am appalled that you made an appointment for procedure that could not be done due to retirement and told me what I already knew, that I needed a root canal and charged me for it. That appointment should have never been made by your staff. You did me a disservice and I will be writing a bad review online..

The staff and Dr. Miller were so friendly and professional they fixed my problem for me and I also was able to get a cleaning while I was there.I am now a dedicated patient from now on . Fantastic experience: I always have a good experience at Autauga Station Dental. The office staff is always helpful when you have questions about insurance or making appointments. The dental hygienists are friendly and give advice when needed. I like Dr. Miller because he’s very knowledgeable, and he won’t do any work on your teeth unless he feels it is necessary. He gives you his recommendations and lets you make the decision about treatment. I’ve been going there for years and highly recommend their services.

Fantastic experience: Always professional kind and scrupulous.I had been with another dentist for many years but the hygienist they assigned to me would not respect my wishes of NO CAVITRON. This tool does a great job but I can’t stand the loud high pitched noise of it. When the dentist backed the hygienist on the cavitron I got up and walked out. I am the patient and they provide a service. This staff has the no cavitron in my folder so no matter which hygienist they set me up with they are all polite and use hand scaling only for me. Doctor Miller is a really nice older gentleman and definitely old school like me.

Negative experience: Use to be the best Dentist and staff in town! Until they stop taking your insurance and don't bother to tell you you have to pay everything up front AFTER they did the work! And I see other reviews that I'm not the only one. Bad business after being their patient for over 10 years ! Shame on them. I won't be back!!!

Positive experience: The front office has changed the insurance networks and did not notify their customers before letting the customers in the back to be worked on. It would be nice if the front office could inform the customer or any insurance changes before working on the patients. Dr. Miller and the staff are very welcoming
