Positive experience: Everyone was friendly but it took a little long! However I would recommend!

Fantastic experience: They were attentive when they took X-rays because of a previous jaw surgery. The doctor was wonderful as well.

Fantastic experience: Today I visited Smile Dentistry and received excellent care. While other offices I contacted had more than a two-month wait, this practice scheduled me in under 24 hours and prepared to take impressions on my teeth and prepare for 2 bridges next week - “what a great first impression”

Fantastic experience: When you walk into this clinic it has a sleek modern vibe to it. It is impeccably clean and the front office staff are warm and approachable. I found this location on my insurances approved providers list and needed immediate attention due to an infection that started in one of my teeth. Both the practicing doctor and his attendant were kind, caring and compassionate and did not make me feel poorly due to the state of my dental health, unlike other providers i have seen before. They were thorough and ensured i was perfectly numb and made the intense procedure smooth and easy to get through. We also discussed what my future goals and hopes were, and provided assistance with temporary measures that would make getting there easier in the long run. I did experience an atypical post procedure issue and they were quick to get me back in and get me back to a normal baseline. One of the front office staff workers was incredibly caring and almost mother hen like, checking in on me frequently to make sure i was comfortable during my second visit. If you're looking for a team of individuals who are non-judgemental and truly care about what you as a client need now and want/hope for later, then this is the office for you. Nobody wants to feel insecure about getting care when its needed or being judged for it taking so long to do so. Life happens and unfortunately sometimes, certain things take a back seat while other priorities take a more central focus. I am glad that I came upon this office in my time of need, when my dental health decided it could no longer be on the back burner and forced itself front and center.

Fantastic experience: This was another great experience with the Doctor, Hygienist and staff. Cleaning and X-rays were not rushed and completed thoroughly. Unfortunately I am not financially able to proceed with the recommended additional treatments at this time. Will be back later this year for another cleaning and exam.

Fantastic experience: They are fantastic. Love the dentist off 441 and the girls are all great. I would recommend them always. The only complaint I have is the bird house needs replacing lol. I will see to that. I am very grateful for all of them.

I needed a crown based on my X-rays and Dr Ahmed Elkoussa was able to take care of it during my visit. Dr Elkoussa made me feel at ease and was very professional. Most of all, he was very gentle and I did not feel a thing during the procedure! I just moved to Florida and had been with the same dentist practice for 30 years. Negative experience: Pricing is very misleading. Scheduling was a bit of a hiccup. People seemed nice. We will keep looking for a home dentist.

Fantastic experience: My initial visit to the dentist since I moved to the Leesburg area. From the moment I made the appointment to today's visit I felt welcomed, heard and was treated with kindness. Trina was the best, took her time taking all my pictures of my teeth and was very pleasant to speak with. Needless to say my mouth is a challenge lol. The doctor examined my teeth and went over everything in detail and answered all my questions. He made me feel at ease through out the exam and went over in detail what my next steps would be. The office staff, what can I say, you are all amazing!! Thank you for the great conversation and the laughs. I didn't want to leave.... I would highly recommend this office. Just think about this, i was driving by and took down there name and Googled their phone number, booked an appointment. Best thing I did was to go to Leesburg Smiles!!!

Fantastic experience: Let's start off by saying I am TERRIFIED of the dentist. I have been putting off going to the dentist for a couple of years because of this. I am having issues that I know I need to get fixed so I made an appointment with lee'sburg smiles. From the moment I walked in, I was put at ease, I was comfortable.I was educated on everything that needed to be done from start to finish. From the person who took my x-rays to the dentist, i was completely at ease. I can't say that I'm looking forward to having the work done. But I know that i am in good hands with Dr. Ahmed. I could not ask for a better dentist or a wonderful group of people that work in that office.

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience with my initial visit today, 3/5/26. The staff are very friendly, listen, and very professional. The scheduling of appointments, and explanation of my plan benefit were clearly explained. I especially, like my hygienist, RG and Dr. Acosta (sp?). I feel confident with Leesburg Smiles during my snow bird time.

Fantastic experience: I went to leesburg smiles and they were so accommodating. I had an emergency extraction because of a tooth infection and they didn’t waste any time. Dr. Ahmed called me in after hours although I had an appointment that following week because of my urgency. He and his assistant got me in quickly and they did an exceptional job removing my bad teeth and cleaning the area. I am extremely happy with their service and I recommend this place especially if you don’t have insurance or if you are financially struggling. They offer payment plans and also a leesburg smiles membership. Leesburg smiles cared about me so I know they will care about you too.

Fantastic experience: I am a senior & a Scaredy-cat when it comes to going to the dentist but sometimes it’s a must, I called Leesburg Smiles and was given an appointment the NEXT day, amazing, x-rays & Consultation. Questions were answered, very clear outline of work to be done cost, insurance coverage n final patient cost. Amazing no waiting,, this morning I had my cleaning with Argy, who was so patient and thorough, highly recommend, my choice was clear continue with recommended treatment, 1-extraction, 2-fillings and a temporary bridge,, this team is so incredible, Dr Ahmed, Michelle, Kayla and Gabby. I was taken at 2:20 and everything including temporary bridge was done by 4 O’clock! I kid you not, they did not rush or push but made me feel so comfortable, their first priority was me… the office is top notch, clean high tech equipment, highly recommend, will not go anywhere else! I am so thankful I found Leesburg Smiles ♥️

Absolutely NO pain or even discomfort aside from the occasional crack sound when removing the damaged crown. Thank you Dr. Elkoussa and Kayla for taking such good care of me. They turned my busted smile into a masterpiece. Fantastic experience: After visiting several dentists who rushed through appointments and insisted on unnecessary extractions, I was starting to lose trust in the whole process. Then I met Dr. Ahmed. He took his time to thoroughly explain everything to me in a way that made sense, and for the first time, I felt genuinely heard and cared for. I was scared going in, but he talked me through each step and helped me stay calm the entire time. Instead of pulling teeth like others suggested, he simply filled two cavities and did an outstanding job. I left the office feeling relieved and grateful. I can honestly say I love Dr. Ahmed and won’t be going anywhere else. He’s not even on my insurance, so I pay out of pocket, but it’s still completely worth it. If you’re looking for someone honest, skilled, and compassionate, he’s the one. Highly recommend! I went back again today, and my hygienist was Bane, she’s amazing! She didn’t rush, took her time, and explained everything clearly. She’s truly the best!

Negative experience: So mad I can hardly see straight. Took and charged for xrays then would not treat me because I'm a heart transplant recceipent. Bullshit. Called another dentist and they said no problem. Coward dentist at this location, do your self a favor go elsewhere.

Negative experience: Im writing this to warn you—don't waste your time at Leesburg smile. After chipping a small piece of my tooth, I went in expecting a simple filling. Instead, I waited two hours only to be pushed towards veneers for my otherwise perfect teeth. This place prioritizes upselling cosmetic procedures over addressing actual dental issues, leaving me feeling frustrated and misled. I want to prevent others from having the same experience, so heed this warning: save yourself the time and hassle—look elsewhere for dental care!
