Fantastic experience: I went to the practice Dr. Escott took over a couple decades ago as a child and came back for Invisalign. The warmth, family atmosphere, and patient centered care that was present in my childhood not only remained, but was perhaps even magnified. Every person I interacted with over the course of my treatment was great. There were a few I wanted to mention here. Nana, the front desk person, always knew my name and was always helpful over phone calls. Sonia and Francisco were two techs who stood out by going above and beyond with their personableness, knowledge, and overall kindness. Special shoutout to Stephanie. She’s the one person that I remember who has remained from the previous practice. She continuously went the extra mile every single time I had questions (which I had many of) or every time something needed to be done. It was really nice being able to see a familiar face during my time back, and I genuinely believe she is the heart and soul of Escott Orthodontics, embodying everything that makes this practice as great as it is. There are many practices you can go to and feel like you’re just a number to them, but Escott Orthodontics is not one of those. My daughter has an expander on her upper mouth since June but the past couple days an infection grew in the back of her mouth from it. Stephanie came in on a Saturday morning when they were closed to remove her expander and clean up the area and treated it with canker-x that I brought. Every appointment I've been to they are always friendly and professional. Thank you!!!!

Fantastic experience: I started my whole orthodontic procedure in July 2023. Only 2 years later, and I'm completely done, and have my braces off in June 2025! The time really flies with this office, their methods and procedures are all arranged properly to ensure efficiency for any necessary correction and patient satisfaction. All of the workers I've seen here always do a thorough job with insertion, adjustment, and removal (especially Hailey, she helped me today to get my braces removed and talked me through every step to make me feel comfortable throughout my procedure! :D).
