Fantastic experience: Absolutely love ❤️ Dr. Brady & her staff! Our family has been going here for years!

Positive experience: I had a mixed experience at this office. The receptionist staff were so kind and welcoming, and the dentist was wonderful. Dr. Schmidt took the time to explain everything, and I felt confident in her care. Unfortunately, my experience with the Autumn, the dental assistant was very different. She may have been having a bad day, new, or simply unaware of how her actions came across, but I felt uncomfortable throughout my appointment. Her movements felt rushed, and she bumped into me multiple times while working. The moment that really stood out was during the digital scan for my crown. The scanner hit my front tooth hard enough that it immediately scared me. I have previously chipped that tooth, so I was worried it had happened again. I heard her say, “Oh,” but she continued scanning without apologizing or checking on me right away. After the scan, I touched my tooth, and only then did she ask if it was okay. That interaction left me feeling unsettled. I understand that accidents can happen, but a sincere apology and a little reassurance would have gone a long way. When you’re working inside someone’s mouth, being gentle and making patients feel comfortable is just as important as the procedure itself. Overall, I truly appreciated the excellent care from the dentist and the friendliness of the front desk staff. However, I hope the office provides additional training or coaching on patient comfort and bedside manner for the assistant. When I’m paying over $800 out of pocket for treatment, I expect to feel cared for and treated gently throughout the entire visit.

Positive experience: The current location is upstairs in the Mandan branch of Capital Credit Union on Main St. They are moving one block west to a new building (currently under construction) where Hardee's used to be. Custom built to serve all your dental needs better.

I am so very fortunate that I have had Dr. Brady and her staff to be there for me. They have demonstrated again that they are ".... friendly, caring .... super competent .." professionals. I have been a patient since before it became Ideal Image and I have always been impressed and pleased with the service, the staff and Dr. Brady. My experience and contacts have been great and actually, I didn't think it was possible, continue to get even better. The staff is friendly, caring, professional, and super competent. Dr. Brady sets the highest standards for her office and profession. And she is right on top of the new technologies. I am grateful for the awesome care and services.

Fantastic experience: Going to have your teeth cleaned is actually exciting here. You are greeted with a smile n warm welcome. You are seated, asked if u want warm neck wrap n then put in a relaxed lounge setting. Have a sincere conversation. While getting your teeth cleaned your so relaxed you almost fall asleep. You are escorted to front desk to finish up and left with yet another smiling face.
