Fantastic experience: I hadn't been for a long time and didnt know about the changes in the practice personnel. I will miss Dr. Hudson after so many years. I was happy to meet the friendly people at the front, and Joanne, who did a great job cleaning my teeth and put me at ease with her kind manner. I was surprised when Dr. Prosser came in because I didn't know Dr Hudson was leaving. He was pleasant to talk to and I am looking forward to having him care for my dental needs in the future.

Fantastic experience: I had a what I thought was a lost filling. Kingston saw me right away and a quick xray showed a cracked tooth that couldn’t be saved. Dr H and his entire staff were so friendly and comforting. Made me laugh a few times. Very professional, told me everything that was going to be done with no extra hidden charges. I do not like going to the dentist but Dr H and his staff made me feel so at ease that I got my daughter and I in for a deep cleaning side by side in a few weeks. Great office!

The dental assistant was excellent, she was very calming and reassuring. The doctor was the best dentist I've ever been to, hands down. He was thorough in his explanation of the procedure and was very caring and kind. I have a terrible phobia of needles. I barely felt the injection and he made sure I was completely numb before proceeding. I would recommend Dr. Hudson and his fine staff to anyone in need of dental services.

He has been my dentist since I mover to South Carolina and has always been an excellent dentist along with his staff. I am happy to recommend him to anyone who asks.

I have been going to Kingston Village Dentistry for over 6 years and have always had excellent care. Most of the time it is for routine cleaning and maintenance. However, two years ago when I had a painful emergency, Dr. Hudson and his team got me in right away and I got the treatment needed.

Upon arriving was greeted by a very friendly receptionist who went over all my information to make sure everything was all set. Next my hygienist Sharon called me in and we got started. X-rays then the cleaning. Very thorough and very friendly. Had nice conversation before, during and after the cleaning was over. During the cleaning Dr. Hudson came in to check on things. Went over a couple of things I was already aware and was very comfortable for what he suggested to have done. A great first visit and would recommend Kingston Village Dentistry to anyone new to the Conway area.

Fantastic experience: I was greeted by someone who was warm as sunshine,, taken back to the room by another lovely person, and the Dentist was efficient and kind and knew what needed to be done. I was in and out of there in a very timely fashion, and they are always fun to be around and listen while I am being worked on! I would recommend Kingston Village dental to anyone!

Fantastic experience: I am currently with Kingston Village. The people are friendly and the vibe is super cool. I feel like they really care about me and not just another number. It feels like a small family. The location in Conway is super cute and very relaxed atmosphere. I would recommend highly. Way better than Aspen! I had my first cleaning here and it was pleasant. Next month will be fillings then onward to getting a bridge. I am super hopeful and very happy!

Fantastic experience: I've been seeing Dr. Hudson for 10 years. The entire team is amazing and very friendly and I rarely have to wait to be called back. I fully trust them and know they will not recommend an unnecessary procedure. Recently I got a new job which resulted in an insurance change and Dr. Hudson now being out of network. I switched to an in network provider (Aspen Dental) and regretted the decision after my first visit. They recommended two procedures which have never been mentioned to me before. I decided to go back to Dr. Hudson and the office staff was detailed in explaining how payment and insurance would work for me. I'm so happy I came back and they confirmed the procedures were unnecessary. I'll never leave again!

Fantastic experience: I can’t say enough good things about this office. I called on a Saturday when they were closed because I was in a lot of pain and honestly just hoping to leave a message. First thing Monday morning, I got a call back ASAP. They didn’t make me wait days — they got me in right away that same Monday morning. When you’re dealing with that kind of pain, that responsiveness means everything. Dr. O’Brien was outstanding. She took the time to explain exactly what was going on and why I was feeling the way I was feeling. That education piece helped calm me down more than anything. Instead of just rushing into the extraction, she made sure I understood the process and what to expect. She checked that I was fully numb, moved confidently, and made the whole thing feel controlled and professional. Cassie was incredible too. She kept me laughing, kept things light, and helped me stay relaxed when I started to tense up. She was completely present the entire time and made a huge difference in getting me through the anxiety part of it. What could have been a really stressful experience turned into something completely manageable because of how they handled it. The entire team genuinely cares, and you can feel that from the moment you walk in. If you’re in pain, nervous about dental work, or just want a team that actually listens and takes care of you, this is the place to go. I’m really grateful for Dr. O’Brien, Cassie, and the whole office.
