Fantastic experience: I recently moved into the area and was looking to get an exam and cleaning done. It’s been ages since I’ve been to the dentist, so I was dreading the process of having to go. I will say once I got there, all of the staff were wonderful. They made the visit very pleasant and were very helpful. I would recommend highly!

Fantastic experience: This place is amazing. I had my dental exam and cleaning all in the same day. The paperwork was digital so that was nice to have complete beforehand. Dr. Yoon was very knowledgeable. The entire staff was amazing. Sophia is the sweetest and extremely helpful, Katelyn is calming and just too cool, and Erica was so gentle, yet very thorough with the cleaning. Thank you to the whole staff. 10/10 recommend.

Immediately front desk was super friendly, got in the chair and dentist came in took pictures explained and showed me what he was seeing and what I needed to take care of and prioritized based on need. Got my deep cleaning taken care for a fraction of the cost the other dentist quoted me. From beginning to end this dentist office has been amazing! I actually look forward to my next appt!

Negative experience: They told me I had 4 cavities. I went and got a second opinion- I have zero. They did the same thing to my mom. Beware. They also charged me a cancellation fee after I called and asked to make sure there would be no fee. The woman at the desk said there would be no fee. Then try to collect $75 from me.

Fantastic experience: I have had a deep trauma from a childhood accident at the dentist, which made it extremely difficult for me to even think about going back. For many years, I avoided dental visits, but eventually my teeth became too damaged to ignore. At this clinic, both the nurse and the doctor were incredibly kind and gentle. Even with my past trauma, I felt comfortable and safe throughout the treatment. They treated me with such care that my fear of the dentist has greatly diminished. The cleaning was done with precision and patience, and I truly appreciated the detailed attention. I rarely write reviews, but this experience was exceptional enough to deserve one. I highly recommend this clinic. Their service is professional, delicate, and reassuring. Please pass my gratitude to the doctor.

Negative experience: I came in at the beginning of August for what was supposed to be a few routine fillings. After I left, I was in pain for 3 weeks. I’m talking constant, severe pain that had me taking ibuprofen around the clock and would wake me up at night. I was miserable! I came back to the office twice during this time, and each time I was dismissed and not taken seriously. Dr. Yoon kept saying that everything looked good and that he didn’t know why I was in pain. He recommended a $500 mouth guard, which I knew wouldn’t help, and was rude when I said it was too expensive for me to purchase right now. He prescribed antibiotics for an infection that I did not have. Eventually, he referred me out to an endodontist who was able to fix the problem same day (the filling was too close to the nerve). I never thought I would be excited for a root canal, but it brought me so much relief. I haven’t had any pain since! So I’ve paid around $230 for the fillings, another $450 for the root canal, and, unfortunately, I have to return next week for the crown, and who knows how much that’s going to cost. I’ll be out AT LEAST $1000 for what was supposed to be a few fillings and $200. Imagine how much it would’ve been if I had gotten the unnecessary mouth guard?!

Fantastic experience: I have to say, Dr. Yoon is truly exceptional. The most important part of any medical treatment is the accuracy of diagnosis, and he excels at this. Without a precise diagnosis, any treatment easily turns into unnecessary or excessive care. But Dr. Yoon always takes the time to diagnose with pinpoint accuracy. Because the diagnosis is accurate, the treatment is also accurate. It naturally follows. He is not only fast but also meticulous. Don’t forget—he is Korean, and with that comes a unique sense of thoroughness, agility, and precision that you can feel in every step of his care. Another thing I greatly appreciate is how he explains everything in detail—every procedure, every step of the treatment, and what to expect afterward. Nothing is left vague; everything is clear and trustworthy. That’s why I cannot help but love this place. I have already received three different treatments here, including implants that I am currently undergoing. Other clinics tend to push implants quickly. But Dr. Yoon is different—he takes it one step at a time, carefully, even if it requires waiting. If he were just a businessman, he would rush through everything for profit. But as a doctor, he embodies what true medical care should look like: precise diagnosis, careful treatment, and genuine concern for the patient. I consider it a real blessing that this kind of doctor and this clinic exist in our rural area. For me, there is absolutely no reason to go anywhere else.

Fantastic experience: I generally; like most everyone else, dread dentist visits especially when it involves a root canal. Not to mention 4 fillings and 2 crowns. But I felt no pain (with the exception of a couple of pinches when the Dentist numbed my gums. Most of the procedures were done in 2 visits. And the best part of the visits were the friendly staff "ALL" especially the 2 front desk ppl namely Sophia and Morgan. Both full of personality and I watched as they seemed to treat everyone who came in the door like they were their next door neighbors. I think for a change I'll start keeping up with my 6 months cleanings for a change. Good job!

Negative experience: I wish I could say nice things about this place but unfortunately I had a horrible experience. I had an appointment to get 2 of my wisdom teeth out.. the day of the appointment I was nervous so I asked for gas to help calm me down. When the dentist tried to wiggle my lower tooth I told him I felt strong nerve pain shoot from my ear to chin! He then suggested and gave me more numbing injections for the area. His assistant told me not to worry because that tooth was no where near a nerve so it wasn’t nerve pain. Just like any other patient I trusted her word assuming she knew what she was saying. When the dentist comes back the pain was still there & I was assured that the pain was normal & the tooth was almost out. Instantly when off I had nerve pain! When leaving I asked the assistant about antibiotics & she said none were needed. When going home I told my husband we for sure needed antibiotics & when he called they said they forgot. Fast forward, the pain got worse & worse as day progressed. I went back for them to check it they said it was healing & that I’m just more sensitive and ANXIOUS. Their solution was giving me stronger pain meds. Another week passes and the pain is now causing ear pain & nerve pain which I felt on my chin. I went to new dentist to verify I wasn’t going crazy. The other 2 dentist told me that the tooth he extracted was close to a nerve & most likely my nerves were affected. Which is funny because remember the assistant said it wasn’t near any!! Went back to winder dental & wanted to see what he could tell me about my misery. He again told me the same thing about it healing well and there is nothing wrong. I told him that his assistant told me that the tooth was no where near any nerves, which he replied “ohhh yea she doesn’t know anything she just said that to make you feel better don’t listen to her” this same lady “who doesn’t know anything” set up the nitrous gas and connected it on me.. that’s a problem. Also a problem for someone who may or may not be licensed or isn’t qualified to tell a patient information that is not under her scope, that’s illegal. Had I known the right information I would have gone to an oral surgeon to avoid my misery. On top of all of this another one of his assistants got defensive saying my husband was recording & I said no we wasn’t. She continued to get defensive & my husband told her no and even showed her his phone. She started to get problematic which my husband also got angry. Just a couple days ago I went to an oral surgeon turns out I have dry socket or a start of a bone infection. They also told me the tooth next to the extracted wisdom tooth has some decay which could have also been what caused the pain. All of this which was not found at winder dental. I was also told they should have provided me with syringes to flush my extraction sites and offered medicine at the site to help pain, but winder dental never gave me that. I’ve had pain for 3 weeks & when I’ve called the front desk for excuse note they always get defensive saying it’s been so long now they don’t see why I’m in pain. It’s sad that I have to go through this misery & for them to have little to no empathy. This isn’t a joke, this has messed with my life and my work. I do no recommend this place! Stay away !!!!!!!!
