Fantastic experience: Update: I had a crown replacement today (10/8/25) and it was painless. I was out in just over an hour and am so happy. As usual, the Doctor and staff were great. Still 5 stars! I have been a patient of NIDG for nearly 10 years. I am an older woman concerned about my oral health and have 3-4 cleanings per year. With each and every visit I have never had a bad experience. This includes today! Staff is always warm and welcoming and the Doctor is very thorough. Most importantly, they know my insurance! My chart is always updated at each visit. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Every time that I have cleanings done, it has been with the utmost quality and respect for the patient. I just finished with a temporary crown, Dr Shin was so good to explain what was going on with my tooth and during the procedure made sure I was comfortable and not having any issues.

Fantastic experience: Excellent experience!!!! From the time I walked In to the time I left, everyone was polite, attentive and friendly. The dentist discussed my situation and what actions to take moving forward. The check out staff explained the different options as well as payment options. Was really pleased to hear they use laughing gas, cause I need that to help with anxiety. With that said, I can’t wait to continue my journey and see the progress til the end!

Negative experience: They do not provide good dental care. Fillings have broken/fell out soon after they were done. Another dentist office observed their work and stated that the fillings the doctors gave were too large and will cause potential issues in the future. I would recommend finding a family dentistry for quality care over this one.

Negative experience: This visit was the worst. I went back for my permanent crown and I had NEVER been seen by this young dentist. He let the glue run between my teeth and had to use a tooth saw (what he called it). He cut my lip in 2 places. He was so ruff and had my lip folded over my teeth. He left ruff spots around the crown. There were pieces of cement or the glues coming off in my mouth and some came off as I was brushing my teeth. I never want services from him again. I will stick with the lady. The WORST!!!!

Fantastic experience: Super experience in a not so fun procedure! I was told exactly what to expect, how much time it would take, and the cost was explained. Even though it’s no fun to get a crown, I received the best service. Each staff member and medical staff were so nice, kind, and professional. They followed up with me each time also which I really appreciated!

Negative experience: Several reasons for this... #1 reason being the front staff, but the management obviously doesn't care about their customers either because I've yet to get a call after several days now. Oh well. Our family will be going to another dentist from now on.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to this office for about six months and everyone has been very friendly, kind, and straight forward regarding services and insurance coverage vs out of pocket expenses. However, what has impressed me the most is the Dr. Lee’s professionalism, significant knowledge, and experience! He is also a people-person, which is a huge plus as well. I also really appreciate the text messages I receive after every appointment making sure that I’m doing well and checking if I had any concerns. Thanks to everyone for making me feel so comfortable while at the office and after my appointments as well!

Negative experience: I have been going to this dentist for years. The last two times I have come have been HORRIBLE. To start it out the last time I went in there she didn’t ask how I was or anything like that and in the middle of helping another customer: “WHO ARE YOU AND WHAT ARE YOU HERE FOR?” like what?? Hello? I work in a customer service job and that’s just not how you talk to people quite literally ever but especially at work?!? So after that rude encounter- they decide that I didn’t have an appointment although I had clearly text the same super rude lady that ‘greeted’ me. The lady with short black hair was extremely helpful and I would just like to shout her out! She made this visit not as horrible as it was and actually got me in for a cleaning and she was actually amazing! Then I have an appointment today to get 3 cavities filled but I found out yesterday that I have COVID and cannot come in for my 1:30 cavities appointment. My boyfriend tried calling for me because I feel horrible. Then same lady picks up the phone and says: “IM GONNA PUT YOU ON HOLD” And then boom on hold for over 30 minutes and the reception went out. I don’t know what happened to this dentist office but it used to be amazing. And I’m hoping these last couple visits have been different, but im definitely in the search for a different office.

From the moment I come in the door I’m treated with professionalism from people that have become really good friends through the years. We recommend all our friends pay them a visit. Negative experience: Staff was very friendly. I am in a lot of pain as the only medicine that they wrote is Tylenol. Another for IBUprofen tylenol Will hot touch the pain with extraction or Ibuprofen
