Positive experience: Was good but if I was in for just a cleaning that's what I should get that probe I could do without I'm on a budget so if I'm in for a cleaning going forward that's all I want no xrays nothing else Thank You

Fantastic experience: Windsor Hills and Dr. Stromeyer were incredibly accommodating and fit me in the same day for some emergency dental work even though I was a new patient. Dr. Stromeyer even called me later that night to check in on me. Very friendly staff to work with as well!

Was able to set up an appointment easily and when a more avalible time appointment came avalible was contacted and offered to reschedule for the better time. Very modern design and extremely clean. My hygienist is very knowledgeable and answers all of my questions . She gives a thorough cleaning experience and an overview of my teeth and gum condition . Finally I am greeted by Dr. Chris. Extremely knowledgeable, thorough, intensely detailed and. an incredible listener . Thank you, each one you, for making such a fantastic team.

Fantastic experience: The office staff are very patient centered! Dr. Chris is very professional and informative as he is treating you. Although I was registered as a new patient with a future appointment, I experienced an unexpected dental problem and they treated me as if I was a long established patient. My problem resolved! Dr. Chris is the best dentist I've been to, and cannot thank y'all enough.

Fantastic experience: Very friendly clinic! I'm someone with a little bit of dental anxiety due to some painful visits in the past, but the staff here were so nice! RDH was so fast and so gentle, I went through the entire appointment without having to wince even once! Dr was quick, nice, and transparent, talking through treatment plans with me and making sure I understood what was being said to me. Would recommend this office to anyone looking for a dentist, this office is full of such kind staff from front desk all the way to the back.

Negative experience: I wasn’t happy with this place at all. Typical 20 minute wait to be seen. The dental hygienist didn’t introduce herself, and wasn’t friendly at all. The dentist Chris was weird. I don’t like how he spoke to me and the comments he made about my shoes. Wanted to know an awful lot about my personal life. I will be going somewhere else to get my repairs done. This was my first and last experience here, I was a new patient. You made my feel guilty for having cavities. Give me a break.
