Fantastic experience: We absolutely love Dr. I and all the staff! Dr. I always does an amazing job cleaning my 2 year olds teeth quick and thorough,which is not an easy task with how much he moves around.

Positive experience: Dentist seems a little weary of children under the age of 3 with poor communication style towards to the patient. Dentist also attempted to recommend to stop breastfeeding prior to the CDC recommended age of 2 years old (dentist was not aware of the recommended breastfeeding age) Dentist did make the appointment quick and staff is patient with rescheduling and all staff is very very nice and helpful.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely great experience! The hygienist was amazing with our 3 year old, not one single tear was shed! He can’t wait to come back for his next cleaning! The doctor was super informative and helpful with diet choices, super friendly and relatable! The prize at the end is a bonus that my son can look forward to on the way out!

Fantastic experience: Great experience for my toddler. The hygienist was friendly and knowledgeable and had great tips for toddler. The doctor was very nice and let my toddler see the tools before starting. Really easy appointment. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I don't believe we will be going anywhere else. The staff are helpful, the place is tidy and it is a great environment thats helps children feel comfortable in that setting. Scheduling is awesome and with text updates or email. Great dentist as well!

Fantastic experience: Brought our teenaged son in here as an emergency after one of his molars broke at school. I called at 2p and they put us on the schedule for 2:30p. Dr. I and his staff were very caring, attentive, and genuinely concerned, even when dealing with a teen who was in a bad mood. They took us back quickly, and after the initial exam had us in a procedure room within 20 min. Laughing gas, local anesthetic, and a filling later, our son was no longer in pain. They had us out of there in an hour and a half, at less than half the cost I expected (as we are private pay). Thank y’all

Fantastic experience: We love Little Smiles Dentistry. I have been taking my daughter since she was 3 months old and needed a tongue and lip tie revised and the Dr is very good and has a lot of patience with little ones. My kid always feels good coming in and afterwards.

Fantastic experience: I went to the dentist for a consultation regarding a lip tie for my daughter. After seeing some reviews, I thought this would be the perfect dentist to ask — Since he doesn’t try to sell you on anything, but he is totally honest on what the need is. And this doctor was just that! He was honest And thorough and I felt like I walked away Being informed on what to do next! The doctor here is amazing!

Fantastic experience: The entire staff was so kind and compassionate, taking time to talk with my littles. The assistant that cleaned my littles teeth and took X-rays was so attentive to how they felt and knew when to pause and talked them through each step. I was impressed at how wonderful. The dentist we saw was thorough, informative, and took time to listen to our needs. We couldn’t have had a better experience, and are so grateful.

This was our son’s first dentist appointment and the hygienist was wonderful at explaining things to him which made him feel comfortable. He was very anxious about going to the dentist but by the time he got home he was already playing dentist and imitating Dr. I! So grateful to have found this practice!

Fantastic experience: My 5 year old daughter was IMPOSSIBLE. Our regular dentist couldn’t handle her and told us we’d have to find a pediatric dentist. Little Smiles did 2 crowns, 2 fillings AND sealants in under 25 minutes. And she didn’t have to be strapped down or anything! Was very impressed and will continue to use them for my little kids from here on out.

Fantastic experience: The staff at Little Smiles is kind and courteous. The facility is clean and the wait time never too long. We have a colorful collection of animals and hedgehogs that come from the token machines after every visit. It’s something we always look forward to. If she gets a repeat color, the ladies are super sweet to give my granddaughter another try. #Periwinkle hedgehog rules! :)

Fantastic experience: Everyone was very kind and patient. My son has a difficult time in office settings and will freak out about certain things. He wasn't very cooperative but they talked with me and asked how they could make things easier for us. The dentist was very reassuring and helpful and my son got his teeth looked at very quickly.

Fantastic experience: If you are searching for a dentist you can stop looking and make your appointment with Little Smiles. We left with my 11 year old daughter telling me she decided she wants to be a dentist when she grows up. Both kids were happy. I work in healthcare so my expectations are higher than normal. Little Smiles exceeded them in every capacity. The office is very clean and orderly, the staff are kind and patient, and Dr. I is very knowledgeable and kind. They take the "grudge" out of going to the dentist and make it great!

Fantastic experience: This was our first time to little smiles and I have nothing but the best things to say about them. From making the appointment with a very friendly and understanding front desk and then once we got there we were warmly welcomed. Once we got into the exam room the amazing experience continued. Our tech was so gentle with my daughter and made both of us feel at ease. Dr I is so so friendly and doesn’t push things that don’t need to be done just to bump up the bill at the end. We will definitely be back with my other children I just wish they saw adults!!!!

Positive experience: Dentist was very nice! I appreciated his opinion. I was also looking at a tooth ( wisdom tooth pushing against the other one. As he was looking at Xray. I could tell that it was not good. Dr was very concerned... The nurse was very nice! She did her job well...

The facility just got completely renovated and everything is brand new. Love it and will definitely be back!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Stephan is the most genuine caring pediatric dentist I have ever worked. After using him for many years with at risk children, I also use him for my son. We have moved to another city 2 hrs away but we still come to Boerne just for him. The staff are awesome and very professional.

Positive experience: Dentistry for kids should be fun and friendly. This place is both of those, but you better have money to afford the uncovered expenses. The sedation prices are insane. I’m not sure the friendly folks are enough to overcome the bad prices.
