Fantastic experience: Staff was super friendly. Savannah was great with my kids and very easy to talk to. She shared everything in a consumable manner, easy to follow along her observations and next steps down to billing and insurance next steps. Dr. Rex was nice, my kids liked him. Great first impression getting to know the kids and making them comfortable. My son loved the play van in waiting area. We were seen pretty quickly and in and out for two kids in less than an hour. Facility was well organized and clean. Happy we made the switch.

Fantastic experience: This was the best dental experience I’ve had as a parent. I encountered 6 different employees who were all so kind and knowledgeable and great with kids. Just a good vibe, the staff culture there is obviously healthy! Their communication with me was thorough. They showed me and explained well what they were talking about with each kids teeth and weren’t pushy about areas of concern. Willing to wait things out and keep an eye on things when it came to baby teeth as no not create an unnecessary trauma. So glad we got a second opinion on that and we will definitely be patients here as long as we’re in the Boerne area!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Anderson and staff were very kind to me and my daughter. She explained everything thoroughly and managed our expectations. She addressed all questions and concerns. I am happy with our care at Wildey Pediatric Dentistry of Fair Oaks Ranch/Boerne.

Negative experience: I was told my daughter needs a silver diamine fluoride (SDF) application. I have federal dental insurance. When I called to clarify date for appointment I was told my insurance doesn’t cover this service and total will be $540 for that visit. I connected to my insurance they find me code for this treatment and it is considered preventative treatment, so it is 100% covered. I just called office and canceled appointment and went to different office. They ether doing it on purpose, hopping customer not going to check or they need to change a person who is doing billing.

Fantastic experience: My 7 year old LOVED it . Asking when she’s going back that speaks volumes. Everyone there is friendly and just so sweet. Need more places like this! Great customer service.

They personalize the experience with writing the patient names on the exam room door, have arcade games and movies in the lobby, and the staff is extremely talented with working on littles! 10 out of 10 would highly recommend!!

The receptionist, the hygienist and the dentist were all very kind, approachable and knowledgeable. My daughter loves her visits with them!

Fantastic experience: We bring our sons here and they love the vibe. The decor is fun and playful ( free arcades and a unique climber) distract from any fear of "the dentist ".... The staff and Dentist are cheerful and professional. Kid's teeth were gleaming after his cleaning. Smiles all around.

We transferred from another Pediatric Dentistry and was really surprised that my kid only had 1 cavity and not like 8 as the other Dentistry found. I am so happy to get a 2nd opinion and now we are staying here. The environment was clean and love that they have coffee LOL Strongly recommend this pediatric dentistry.

Fantastic experience: Our 3-year old son came today for his first visit. Starting off, they have an awesome old van in the waiting room that kids can crawl around in. Once we got into the office, my son was a little nervous, but Savannah did a great job of making him feel comfortable by showing him all the tools and being very patient. Finally, Dr. Anderson was very welcoming with us and our son, and did the same amazing job of helping our son feel comfortable and calm in the dentist chair. I cannot recommend enough!

Fantastic experience: WONDERFUL experience, even before arriving. Communications prior to appointment with phone & text was fast and clear, even resharing their address in text prior to appt. Upon arriving, there was no wait for the appt time (which is rare for many places). No wait time is a treasure to have. The setting is adorable and very clean. The staff working with both my 6yr old and 1yr old had hands down perfect language making them feel comfortable the entire time! They also described exactly what they were going to do to my son before doing it so he understood what was going on his mouth with tools and cleaning products. Staff is very happy, friendly, and PATIENT. I’m so glad Dr. Anderson introduced us here as I was blown away with their company, staff, procedures, timing…everything. Definitely recommend esp for first timers!!!

Fantastic experience: This was our first visit to this office and it was amazing. Everyone was courteous and so fast! We were in and out with twins in 30 minutes. The Dr was thorough and informative but respectful of our time. Overall great experience.

Fantastic experience: The only place my kids wish it would take longer to be seen. They have a fun waiting area, but it’s the atmosphere that’s just such a great experience. The hygienists love kids, and it shows in how they interact with them. They do a great job telling the kids where they look great and ways to brush, floss, and what’s going on as they are doing their cleaning. Dr. Rex is amazing, again mixing his ability to connect with kids with the real things they can be doing. Both my boys love it there, we came from a dentist where they tried too hard to make it magic and pretend- but this feels more authentic, and helps my boys see dental visits as part of their normal routine. They took the time to connect with our 3 year old personally and explained their process each step of the way to help her feel comfortable. I also appreciated them understanding and addressing our concerns from prior experiences at another dentist so we will definitely be bringing our children to Wildey again for future visits!

Fantastic experience: This was our second time at the dentist ever with our daughter. The entire staff is so incredibly patient and good with kids. My toddler was crying and upset and I was even stressing out, but the dentist and her staff never lost their cool. Even the tones of their voices is soft and calming. I wish there was a place like this for me when I was a kid and maybe my experiences with dentist would be different. I truly cannot say enough great things about this place. Oh did I mention, we were seen at our actual appointment time and were out in less than 20mins?! If you have a toddler, or multiples, this is a BIG deal!
