Fantastic experience: I had such an amazing experience at Concord Dental. From the moment I walked in, everyone was so polite, welcoming, and professional. The atmosphere and environment were amazing and made me feel comfortable. Dr. Ammons was wonderful. She took the time to examine my teeth and explain everything that was going on in my mouth. She made sure I understood what I needed done and answered my questions clearly. Tamara was also amazing. She took pictures of my teeth and went over my X-rays with me, explaining everything about my bone and gum area in a way that was easy for me to understand. I truly appreciate how patient and thorough she was. What stood out to me the most is that you can tell they truly care about your teeth and your overall dental health. They took the time to educate me, explain my options, and make sure I felt comfortable. I do have a few things that need to be done, and I will definitely be coming back to Concord Dental to get my dental work completed. I feel good about this place and trust that I am in good hands. The two ladies at the front desk were also amazing. They were kind, helpful, and made my entire visit a great experience. Thank you, Concord Dental, for making me feel cared for and informed. I truly appreciate the professionalism, kindness, and genuine care from the entire team!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Ammons and her staff always go over and beyond in the area of customer service. They make you feel welcomed, they make you feel relaxed and comfortable, and they make you feel important and that you matter. They also play good music and have good TV or screensavers on while you get your teeth taken care of.

Fantastic experience: This Dental office is very friendly and accommodating. The dentist' supplied me with great service and the cost for my appointment plan was within a reasonable range. They are also thorough and timely with the work completion. I recommend this office to anyone looking for a new Dentist team within the Lovejoy, GA area.

I give cudos to Nichole and Anthony for being so gentle and compassionate with me and answered all my questions before I saw the dentist I was able to get a same day crown too! She always wears a smile and is so friendly. Vanessa & Daniela make a dynamic duo in giving excellent customer service. Tanovia, my dental hygienist, is a gift from God. She has a gentle touch in her cleaning. (I am super gum sensitive). She is very professional, friendly, and a sweetheart. Her cleaning skills are to be envied. Dr. Ammons is an excellent dentist and is articulate in her field of dentistry. She is professional, friendly, and genuinely cares all her patients receive the best dental health care according to each patients' needs. Dr. Ammons easily explains in detail if you have any dental issues, and addresses what dental work needs to be performed to fix the problem area(s). I am blessed beyond all measures to have Dr. Ammons as my dentist. Rest assured, Concord Dental Family and Cosmetic will definitely brighten your smile in more ways than one.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Amman demonstrated exceptional dental expertise by successfully reattaching a crown that had become dislodged due my excessive use of a water flosser during a three-week vacation. Her dental assistant exhibited a high level of professionalism, comparable to that of a dentist. X-rays were taken to evaluate the condition of the uncapped tooth, which had shifted, and to check for any potential damage. Dr. Amman ensured that both the crown and the tooth were thoroughly cleaned and made necessary adjustments to the crown before securely cementing it back in place. In-addition a procedure using a light wand was used to cure the cemented tooth.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Ammons is the best dentist that I know. Always professional and very upfront with you.I drive 45 minutes for my dental care because of her and her staff. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Fantastic experience: I had awesome experience, I was caught up in morning traffic, I called to let them know that traffic was bad and that I was not far away from the office, I was told that I had opinions, to rescheduled or if I could come on, if I could get there in 15 minutes. I knew that I had a good chance of getting there within the grace period. When I got there I was treated with dignity. I do enjoy my visits to my dentist office.

Dr Adrienne E. Ammons is the best, she’s gentle, caring and she make it easier, by explaining everything about your procedure. After my experience with this dentist, I have no problem with stepping in the door, and getting my dental needs taken care of.

Dr. Ammons stopped what she was doing and came to assist. I was in so much pain and just overall upset and sad. She proceeded to explain what was happening, what the next steps were in office, and how we were going to fix it. She did all of this while wiping away my tears. I’ve never ever had this level of compassionate care by any medical professional ever in my life. I’m so grateful and thankful for her kindness and patience. I explained everything to her as she sat next to me assuring me that all will be well. The hygienist, Mr. Anthony, was right there with her offering compassion and support. You never know what a person is battling or just how your interactions may affect others. Love and blessings to them forever. They were exactly what I needed in that moment. My entire family will be coming to Concord Dental.

Negative experience: Praise God always! Concord Dental, a nice and professional staff. My daughter is 41 years old with a mental diagnoses that everyone does not welcome. They welcomed her there and treated her with kindness while they work on her teeth with different jobs in her mouth from deep cleanings, to a filling to crowns and it didn't take all day to get the jobs done. I appreciate their kindness and professional service. I definitely recommend them as a place to go for all your dental services. I stopped taking her and I prefer to go elswhere because their service wasn't as good as it started out. I would no longer recommed them.

Fantastic experience: Nakouema and Tenobia are a refreshing 1-2 Punch! X-rays, then cleaning. ALWAYS pleasant and professional. Even though Nicole (sadly) wasn't involved in today's appointment, I at least did get the privilege of seeing her briefly and being in her presence! Dr Ammons is the greatest dentist this side of the Atlantic Ocean and I would recommend giving her and her staff much consideration when looking for a new dentist. Vanessa and Shelby make you feel welcome from the front all the way to Kadijah and Anthony in the rear. If I could give 10 stars it wouldn't be enough. Maybe a modestly sized galaxy would be sufficient..........
