Everyone is so friendly, welcoming, and professional, and they really make you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in. Dr. Marc takes the time to explain everything and truly cares about his patients. On top of that, their prices are very affordable without sacrificing quality. I’m so thankful for the excellent care I received and highly recommend Smiles Doctor to anyone looking for an orthodontist!

Fantastic experience: After two and a half years with Smile Doctors, we made it to the finish line! We started off with a palate expander for a year, followed by an abscess causing a tooth needing to be pulled and the expander taken out. Then, once braces were put on, bracket after bracket needed to be replaced thanks to a 9-11 year old who chewed on things she shouldn’t have. Throughout the entire process, Dr. Marc and his staff were nothing short of kind, friendly, patient, understanding and made us feel like family. I am thankful for the outcome after all this time and am glad to be a part of the Smile Doctor family! Cheers to being braces free and having the space for adult teeth to actually grow and come in!

The doctor was amazing with my 8-year-old son and very knowledgeable about treating children his age who need braces. They explained everything clearly and made the entire process easy and stress-free. What impressed me most was how calm and comfortable they kept my son , they put his braces on so smoothly that he didn’t even realize they were done. The doctor is wonderful, the staff is fantastic, and the overall experience was outstanding. I would absolutely recommend this office to anyone looking for great orthodontic care for their child.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Marc and Dr. Devereux are some of the best out there. They go above and beyond to educate their patients, make sure they are comfortable with the treatment plan, and ensure precision and detail with the results. Their team is also highly supportive and ensures smooth operations, which makes it easy for you to keep up with appointments and have an efficient appointment. Even though I am an undergraduate student in Alabama, they were able to work me into their schedule. I felt that my oral health was prioritized and that I was treated with respect and kindness by all of the Smile Doctor’s team.

Fantastic experience: I truly have a great experience every time I go to my appointment. Dr.Mark is always so inviting and he shows that he cares by asking how you’re doing first and foremost and then he gives you details with what is next to come and once he’s finished he asks if you’re okay with that. The assistance is just as inviting and the conversation is always great. I can say that my experience has been a wonderful one and will miss them when my treatment is over.

Negative experience: This is nothing towards the staff whatsoever because all of the girls in the back were really kind every time and so was the actual Orthodontist. I know they’re just doing what they are told to do. At first, I really loved the smile Doctors and I even remember going there myself as a child and loving it however, I feel like since they have gotten so large now that all they care about is you paying them And definitely once your payments are made and you don’t owe them any money I felt like they felt like they didn’t owe me anything even though my son‘s teeth were not done once my total was done being paid because until then, God help if you miss a payment or got a new debit card and needed to change it information, they blow your phone up in all about talking to you then or when your new patient and they’re trying to get you to sign their contracts to pay them thousands of dollars to “straighten” your kids teeth. Like they pretty much just didn’t care whether he had straight teeth or not which they are still not done and they failed to mention how I would have to spend an additional $1500 with the Dentist for his smile to be straight, and even look somewhat decent. My son was so devastated when they took them off. He was like my smile is no better than it was before.which I just got done paying them for I don’t recommend them definitely using someone else with my daughter. My son is so embarrassed still be his smile he wouldn’t even let me take a picture to add either the post. But on future post that I make anywhere else, I will definitely make sure I get one of them just soanyone considering them can see how terrible it is.

Negative experience: Dr. Fruithandler was great! - thorough, positive energy! 5/5 The three front desk women are a different story, 0/5 - even my child saw the pettiness through their veneer of professionalism. We were not welcomed. Unfortunately, if my child can feel that energy, we definitely have to pass on a 2-year commitment to interacting with that.

Fantastic experience: I had heard great things and seen the work that they did before I decided who to trust doing my child’s braces. Let me just say, it was the best decision I made for her. The dentist, dental assistants, every employee I encountered was amazing. It was one of the best dental experiences I’ve ever had. They were understanding of any concerns I had, very communicative on the details and the process. To top it off, my kid absolutely loves her braces, they talked her through the whole way and we could not be happier the way it all turned out.
