Fantastic experience: Dr. Steve and his staff are truly great - friendly, courteous and very knowledgeable. Dr. Steve has some of the newest equipment. He was able to replace an old crown of mine in one day - taking the mold, creating the crown ( I was able to watch it being made) and implanting it. He has also been most understanding and helpful with my TMJ problem.

Sarah was gentle and clear in her instructions in getting images done ( I tend to have a sensitive gag reflex.) Dr. Stephen was very clear in explaining the steps we need to complete together for my optimal oral health. He understood my timeline as I travel often. He was very patient, gave me his full attention and is a great communicator . Megan facilitated getting all my information together as I am new to LA. So grateful to her. Highly recommend Dr. Stephen’s office because there was nothing they could do to make the experience more pleasant. I retired from work in healthcare/ social services so I feel a positive review may help others in their search for a wonderful dental team.

Negative experience: This dentist office is the worst! I needed help and guidance and the dentist was insensitive and uncaring and basically threw me out because when I needed more advice and left messages no one ever called me back!!!

I went in alone with my two daughters and they needed to do x-rays so the nurse offered to take my daughters to color while the x rays were being done. This office goes above and beyond, and cares about their patients. They are so patient with the kids, even the kids can tell they are good people. I went here when I was a kid and now my husband and two daughters go with me. Wouldn’t change a thing.

Dr Steve served as a Captian in the the US Navy and was stationed overseas where he practiced dentistry for our servicemen. His patients know him for his calm and caring manner. The entire team endeavors to make each patient's experience completely painless with a focus on fantastic longterm oral healthcare.
