Every person young, old, rich, poor or middle class are treat the best while they are under their care either staff or Dr. Holloway. No place is better than they are. 1 year ago Fantastic experience: The staff are wonderful! I went in for my Smile Express consultation/retainer impressions and had to bring my 5 years old with me. She dropped her toy ring right before we were being brought to the back, looked for it quickly, but couldn’t find it and was upset. I told her we’d look again before leaving. A few minutes later, one of the ladies up front found her ring and brought it to her. She took the time during a busy morning to look for her ring and made my daughter’s day! In addition to this small act of kindness, all of the staff were so patient and sweet with her — asking her questions and engaging in conversations. Aside from how great they were with her, I don’t think I’ve ever received such amazing customer/patient service as I experienced with the ladies of Smile Doctors in Valdosta. They treated me with kindness, listened to my concerns, patiently answered my questions, and made sure that my needs were taken care of — top notch professionalism. Heather Akins has been amazing, helping with getting my appointments booked, figuring out which options fit best with my needs and finances, and just a delight to talk to. Overall, my experience was exceptional.

1 year ago Fantastic experience: My first day experience was excellent. From the office manager to the Doc her self. Which i thought she was staff and Monica they made it very pleasant. Once my braces was put on i felt like a new woman i always wanted to be. It felt good to be able to do something for my self and now feel good about my appearance. 1 year ago Fantastic experience: I had Miss.Toni on my last visit and she was such a delight. She was very gentle during my treatment and she made sure everything was just fine with my teeth before I left the office. She also had a very polite attitude that made the visit even more enjoyable! If you’re considering Smile Orthodontist you should go and when you do go make sure to get Miss. Toni because she is such a delight!

1 year ago Fantastic experience: Highly recommend smile doctors. Especially since my mouth has not been pleasant to deal with. But they are always nice and very patient. They done the impossible for my child and was able to bring her tooth down without any damage to her other teeth which previous orthodontist refused to proceed with. Thank you smile doctors.

1 year ago Fantastic experience: I used the same orthodontist when I was in my teens and wanted my daughter to use the place. She was able to get braces the same day as her consultation. They were super friendly, and helpful. She is happy with her braces and we look forward to working with them.

1 year ago Fantastic experience: In Sept. of 2024 I realized I wasn’t happy with my smile. A year later, thanks to the Valdosta smile doctors team, I’ve never felt more confident. I was informed in every step of the process, and they went above and beyond in making sure that my input was considered with my own personal hesitations and fears regarding dental work. I’m truly grateful to all of the wonderful women who work there. From the lovely ladies at the front all the way to the orthodontist herself. They cared about my smile, and I’m forever grateful to them.
