Fantastic experience: From the time I walked in to the time I walked out, I was treated with respect and understanding. Everyone was super nice and listened to my worries, questions and concerns. The doctor listened to me and came up with the best course of treatment for my problem and he was easy to talk to. The entire staff was helpful and caring.

Negative experience: After a full year of treatment with Invisalign, attending every appointment and following all instructions, I was consistently told my progress was on track and that I had about 4 months left to complete the process. However, 3 weeks later, during a routine appointment, I was abruptly told the treatment was no longer working and that I should find another orthodontist to continue with metal braces. This decision came right after I respectfully expressed that I did not want to be treated by a staff member in training, after experiencing pain due to difficulty handling the intraoral scanner. The interaction felt rushed and cold. My treatment was discontinued on the spot, a refund of the remaining balance was processed, and I was essentially told to seek care elsewhere, without a clear explanation or transition plan, and left with attachments still on my teeth. I also requested my medical records to continue treatment with another provider and have not received a response. While the initial experience was friendly, the way this case was handled shows a concerning lack of professionalism and ethics. My recommendation: if you are seeking orthodontic treatment, make sure you are treated by experienced professionals in the field. I expected a much higher standard of care and communication. Update: I am still awaiting a response to the email I sent 3 weeks ago. I need my medical records and full case information as soon as possible to provide to my new orthodontist, preferably including a written explanation from the doctor outlining the medical or technical reason why the aligner treatment was not progressing as expected.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Matesh and his staff were very friendly. They made me feel relaxed, (changed the TV channel for me) and it felt like being with family. The office is super clean and so comfortable. Dr. Matesh was very caring and he has a great sense of humor!

Negative experience: I had an appointment scheduled for the ending of April, was called and reschedule because there wouldn't be a doctor there at the scheduled time (Saturday in the afternoon) which was fine. I reschedule for the 31st of this month (May) and I just received a call from Suri? Stating they have to reschedule me AGAIN. I asked why and she says because they will not be OPEN So why schedule someone for a day you will not be open? Then she informs me they will no longer be accepting my insurance in June and that is the only time they can schedule me. This is unprofessional, unorganized and I do not recommend this place by any means. What a complete waste of time, had I know I would've just went to another dentist. AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COST! They do not value their patients nor their time. Ridiculous. Edit: Since the owner feels I’m being unreasonable however I did not know a dentist is the only person able to do a basic cleaning. Which they don’t, so your excuse is not valid because when I came it was the assistant that did my cleaning. When I spoke with Suri which I’m assuming is the owner she very much said I can go elsewhere. You do not value your patients, had this been the first time you reschedule me then fine. This is the second time you’ve called and just stated you’re going to reschedule my appointment. Your response just shows that you’re more worried about your image than the patient. I stand by my review.

Negative experience: I was suppose to have 2 crowns and a filling done so that is what I was charged for but when I got to the back we decided to only do one of the crowns. The office manager was out that day so they couldn't refund for the crown and filling. So when I went back to get my permanent I asked about the refund again but she was out again. She called the next day to tell me that I had to wait to be reimbursed till my insurance paid... they didn't have to wait for me to pay for something I didn't receive... she said it could take up to a month! She also informed me that they stop taking bcbs in June... why wouldn't they tell you that before giving you a whole plan?? The only reason I swapped was because they were closer and the dentist i was using is in Douglas... which by the way has been an amazing dentist! So now I have to change back to Douglas and hope bemiss dental refunds me eventually... they also charged a 3% fee for credit cards so I got a extra $30 charge for using my care credit card on top of it.. when I asked about that she said they were not suppose to do it on care credit.. OK but they did.... so i dont know if ill get that back... needless to so.. I wouldn't recommend because of the office manager.. the dentist was very sweet and personable... but definitely make sure everything is clear before they do any work to you...

However, the reception was excellent, the staff was very courteous and professional, and Dr. Brahmbhatt's explanation of my present dental status was clear and understandable. Overall, my first visit not only met my requirements but also exceeded all my expectations

Fantastic experience: Very clean, had tvs in the room and one on the ceiling for you to watch while getting your teeth done. Went in for a dilling since my old on cracked. Getting it filled Went by smoothly.

Negative experience: Horrible experience. Had this appt scheduled for 3 months, got to the office, which they make you pay before services rendered. And they don’t tell you about the 3%fee if paying with card so $375 came out to 389. I get in the chair and was told the doctor would be in shortly only to be told 10 minutes later that I had to be rescheduled because the doctors running behind. DONT OVERBOOK TRYING TO BE MONEY HUNGRY when you know it’s too much for the dentist to do! I bet if I would’ve agreed to do both root canals they wouldn’t have made me reschedule! I took a day off from work drove 35 minutes and wasn’t even accommodated and scheduled as soon as possible! I was told next appt was in may! How unprofessional are you! No consideration for people at all!

Fantastic experience: Third visit to Bemiss Dental was very good. No wait time for appointment. Diamond dental.assistant and (Dr Bram sorry complete spelling not here) were great. I had the shots to numb He paused in between for it to work: thankfully. He had pauses within my fillings of the procedure and returned back quickly as promised! Amy at the front desk very polite helpful and professional. I don't have insurance had to use Care Credit ugh! Would be nice if Bemiss took Medicare. I do recommend them.

Fantastic experience: I went there about a week ago and honestly; I immediately fell in love with the aesthetic. So clean! But what made it better was the staff they were so friendly and helpful, especially the hygienist that assisted me. I currently have wisdom tooth pain and soon as I walked in the back, she recognized that I was in pain. I had an ice pack on my face because my face had swelled because of the pain. Immediately, she skipped the cleaning and went to the X-Ray, that is when I saw all of my wisdom teeth. The doctor said I will need them pulled and sent me a referral to an oral surgeon. Anyway, they were super professional and caring!!! Hope to use their services again!!!!

My first appointment with them was very pleasant and I feel like the staff was attentive to wanting to know any concerns I was having about my teeth/smile. I have been continuing appointments at Bemiss Dental Care and have no complaints. The wait times are minimal if any due to the way they schedule patients for any new and future appointments. I highly recommend this dental clinic for anyone in Valdosta/Moody AFB area looking for a reliable/local dentist. The fact that they are open on Saturday's is a big plus if you have a busy work schedule.

Negative experience: Don’t waste your time with this dentist. They do not care about their patients, and waste your time by having you come in for an appt for procedures and tell you they can’t help you after a treatment plan was made. I highly recommend Dr. Hester! Loved the dental hygienists and techs though.

Negative experience: Everyone in the office and the doctor was nice, but I’ve had a pretty absurd experience with billing. I received a text stating I had a bill that was over 90 days past due. There were no details provided and up until this point I had not received any other notification that I had a bill. On the day of my procedure, I paid the amount my insurance wasn’t going to cover and they submitted the rest to my insurer. As soon as I received that text from a 470 area code I responded asking for details. No response. I texted the office number. No response. I called several times on different days. Each time there was no answer or I received their answering service. I left a message with them and was told they would call me back. No call back. I then used the contact us form on their website. Again, no response. I decided to give them one more chance to answer the phone and someone in the office answered and said I had to call another number for billing questions. Considering their reviews I hope I’m an outlier, but this has been a terrible experience.

Fantastic experience: I had problems with Dentist in the past, so I have not seen one and have lots of problems. The dentist told me not to worry about the past but let's look forward about what we can do for you. He took time to go over options and the lady up front went over all options with us. We were able to prepay for a procedure. Great place, they have become my new Dentist.

Fantastic experience: The Bemiss Dental Care Staff is AMAZING! I love the convenience of the location and their flexible hours. Dr. Mitesh is so gentle & kind. He really takes his time. He’s fixing a disaster of botched Dentist work that I had done a few years ago at Marable Dental Center. At the time I thought the other dentist did a GREAT job as I was in pain. However, a few months later something was and they caused damage to two of my fillings when the dentist pulled a tooth that honestly probably didn’t need to be pulled. Dr. Mitesh has never said one ill word about that other Dentist which just shows his professionalism. Even though it’s obvious what occurred. I’m so happy to have found a wonderful Dentist & Staff here in Valdosta!

After being told by 3 different dentists that I needed to be sedated for oral surgery to remove all of my wisdom teeth (which would cost $1500 + with insurance), they were able to do a general extraction for one for under $100. Not only did they accomplish that, but they were very caring and compassionate and made sure that I remained comfortable through the entire process. I will never go anywhere else after this experience!!

Fantastic experience: When I tell you I LOVE IT HERE!!! The staff is amazing. Very friendly and professional as well as clean. I haven’t smiled in years due to me not being able to get to the dentist. As a single mother it’s very hard to take time out for yourself. The doctor here I feel in love with. He is amazing and really cares about his patients. Big shout out to Ms Ashley!!! I’m so in love with my smile. You gave me so much to look forward too. She made me feel like god really put me in the right place at the right time. Meeting her was the biggest blessing that God could have done for me.
