Fantastic experience: I have been a happy patient with Dr. Moroni for twelve years and can’t express how happy I have been. I brought my mom in at 100 years old to Dr. Moroni for an upper bridge. They took care of her needs and her beautiful smile. I would never go to anyone else. In fact I need a crown in May and it is all finished in one sitting. The staff in the front office are so helpful and the staff in the back as well. They all go beyond for their patients. I drive from Highlands Ranch and would never consider changing.

Fantastic experience: I am so glad that I switched to Mirage Dental after years of sub par dental care. The office: Great location, easy parking, clean, attractive and comfortable. Front office staff is pleasant and helpful. Water and coffee available. Dental care: Dr Moroni and staff are fantastic. Tools are high tech - digital x-rays, in house crowns (done in one appointment), and more. They ensure your comfort with anything needed, hospitality plus! Experience: In for cleaning & exam, thorough and accurate diagnosis. Had a chipped front tooth that they filled on the spot - perfect matching. Back for old decaying filling replacements (5). Not fun, but timely, efficient and well executed. Have never been so calm and comfortable having dental work done! I am so glad I joined this group for my care. I now have no doubt my teeth will remain with me for many years to come! Just wish I would have come in sooner! My thanks to the whole Mirage team!!

Fantastic experience: Great experience getting a crown and a few fillings. Felt no pain and was offered many things to make my appointment more comfortable.

Negative experience: Had no dental work for 7 years then all of the sudden I needed 3 teeth worked on. Got a printout each time in what I would be charged(the fees were outrageous) but I paid it. Then I get a surprise bill in the mail for $690 because my insurance had maxed out. I had no idea and assumed that them giving me a statement ahead of the procedures meant they looked into my insurance. None of the teeth they worked on hurt except one, had they told me about the insurance issue I would have waited.

Negative experience: My daughter went to Mirage Dental in Castle Rock for the first time for a cleaning. The visit was so so. She had cavities. She went back to have them done. Her brother went with her that day. She was nervous and tearing up in the dental chair. Dr. M came in the room and the first words out of his mouth were "You are already crying, YOU ARE CRAZY. She said, " I am sorry I am really trying". I am just scared. He rolled his eyes got up sternly and stormed out of the room to see another patient. He returned and said right off the bat, "we are 25 min into your 1 hour appointment". Mind you the appointment was at 12 they didn't take her back until 12:10 then he stormed off upset went to another room and came back 10 miinutes later. So He was the one wasting time being late and rude. She was still in tears since being called crazy and being told she was wasting his time. He then told her she needed to be on anxiety meds. Wow, no she doesn't! What she needed was care, comfort, concern and professional bed side manners. This was a terrible experience that I only described in short story. I would never take anyone to this practice! Awful experience.

Fantastic experience: I drive from Littleton to continue having my teeth cleaned at this office! Mirage Dental is the best dental office and they truly take care of you. The whole staff is amazing, especially Dr. Vo and Carmen!

Negative experience: Doctor Mike and dental assistant were clearly upset with each other on my last visit. Aggressively handing each other equipment over me during a cleaning and making off hand comments to each other, made me extremely uncomfortable. Will not be back

Fantastic experience: I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Vo here, everything from the initial consultation, through the fillings and appointments was seamless. I truly appreciate their attention to detail and the care they have for their patients.

Fantastic experience: So grateful to have found Mirage Dental!! After having some bad experiences with other practices, Mirage has been very transparent and upfront about costs and what treatment is actually needed. Mirage is not close to my house, but I will happily drive 45 minutes to a place that I know I can trust! I have recommended them to many friends and family and I will continue to do so because they are the best!

Negative experience: I was treated very poorly because of a clerical error on their part. Clerical errors totally happen, but the customer service in resolving the error was pretty atrocious. I almost picked up my crown off the table and walked out. Dr. Morino to his credit, did reach out to try to resolve the issue and apologize, but it just never materialized, mostly because of me. I used a bad word when describing the pain in my mouth, because it hurt, to have a crown out of your mouth for 2 days waiting to get it fixed. Was accused of lying, as if Dr. Vo did not believe that she put in the crown. So I cannot recommend anyone go to this office. The high standards of professionalism they claim are to not keep accurate records, and accuse you of having work done elsewhere, until you tell them multiple times and someone finally checks again and verifies they are in fact wrong in there assertion. Then try to inaccurately represent the situation on an online review, becoming dangerously close to violating patient privacy laws.

Fantastic experience: All of the staff has been amazing! I have a lot of dental work that needs to be done and the staff sent out a whole rundown of what I needed done and how much it would cost. They never made me feel bad about my teeth and have been so kind

Positive experience: For Richard Clark. A crown was recommended to fill a cavity found at the gum line of P19. Our cost would have been over $600. At my last appointment, 6 months ago, I was given a cleaning and fluoride treatment, and now cavity was found at P19. Apparently the cavity has burrowed so deeply under my crown that the crown has to be replaced. I'm wondering why the cavity wasn't discovered in the previous exam and how did the fluoride treatment not prevent a cavity from forming and burrowing under my crown?

Negative experience: Will be switching as not impressed with Dentist who did my filling last year and said she needs to replace same one. Also practice seems to come up with new charges more and more

Fantastic experience: Always a good experience from start to finish a Mirage! I have been coming to Dr Moroni for 19 years now!

Positive experience: Everything that was service related was very good. I was able to to get in to get a cap put back on then found out the the tooth below was not good and had to get a full crown. The only big complaint is the 4% charge to use a credit card. No one carries this type of cash with them or have checks.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic experience with the dental hygienist and with Dr. Moroni. They always do a great job and patiently accommodate a disability that means a lot of sensory issues that make dental work difficult.

Positive experience: Taking a crown impression went well. Dr. Vo is a good dentist, very competent. However, the cost for a crown seems high even with dental insurance. I'm basing this on a crown my sister received (different dentist) recently. Yes, this is anecdotal but the difference in price was significant.

Fantastic experience: Deanna Bokoski here. I just had some fillings done today at Mirage Dental. My anxiety was super high as I've never had any issues with my teeth..only dental teeth cleanings. Dr. Vo and her assistant, Carmen were absolutely wonderful offering me earplugs (to drown out the drilling noise), a weighted vest and a blanket, as well as comforting words to help me to settle my anxiety. They finished and I am so thankful for their amazing skill and care. Aubrey served me tea in the waiting room as I recovered. Thank you, Mirage Dental!

Fantastic experience: UPDATE: Its been three years since I left my first review and it still holds up that it's the best dentists ever. I feel so cared for and no judgement and have needed a lot of work done to get a happy and healthy mouth. They make sure the job is done right and not just "good enough". I have gap teeth infront of my mouth that I've had all my life and they've never once viewed it as a problem or made me feel judged or told me I should fix it especially since it's not causing problems. They're just focus on the care and health of my mouth which I am happy to say has VASTLY improved. They've done so much for me like giving me fillings in essentially all of my back teeth to seeing me every 2-3 months to start out until they felt comfortable doing every 6 months. Cleanings used to be tender and painful and I would be sore afterwards, now the pain is gone and my mouth is so so much healthier than I ever thought it could be and I couldn't thank the people that work there enough. I've gotten a lot of work done that needed to be (re: I didn't take care of my teeth at all growing up) and over the past three years whether it's for a cleaning or other care it's always a pleasant experience. Every single person I have talked to there seem to care about their job and being a nice human. I live in Lakewood/Littleton now and still come down to Castle Rock when I need a cleaning. I couldn't recommend this place enough. Best dentists ever!! I wasn’t able to get dental until just recently and I was worried about it. I’d never been before, and worried about being judged for stuff like never having a cleaning. Everyone. And I mean EVERY person I have met there has been so kind and amazing at their job. Dr. Moroni works great, and knows what he’s doing and is kind while doing it. And Stacy is the best to talk to (which is ironic when someone is in your mouth) and also great at her job. They make sure I understand what they’re doing, and WHY they’re doing it. Also all the techs and assistants are great as well. Very fortunate to find a place like this. I recommend them to everyone I know who needs a new dentist!!
