Fantastic experience: Great staff! Amanda at the front is very helpful and got my insurance to approve the work I needed done right away. The dr and hygienists are all wonderful as well. Everyone we have come in contact with there have been extremely kind and professional. They are fantastic with my kids and made sure they all had a great experience. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I was awake most of the night with a toothache. The friendly receptionist was able to schedule my appt. for the same day. Dr. Leto and his staff diagnosed the issue immediately, and were able to perform the procedure during that one appointment. They were all very friendly, knowledgeable, up front with pricing, and efficient. I am now pain free and thankful for the down to earth treatment.

Fantastic experience: I went in to see Dr. Dylan Leto, DDS for a consultation to get some work done. He was great. He seemed to actually care about me as a patient and not just a $$ dollar sign. He explained everything very clearly and was just super nice overall. The staff were also very friendly. It was a nice environment to be in where all the employees seemed happy. I used to think “chain” dental offices were not a good place to go. Boy was I wrong and definitely misinformed. I want to say Thank You Dr. Leto and to your staff for making my experience a success.

Fantastic experience: The staff at perfect teeth are fantastic! Starting with the front desk, Hillary, who greeted me with a smile and a cheery demeanor. Next, I went back for my dental cleaning which was conducted by Jennifer. She gave me a thorough cleaning, and was a wealth of knowledge when it came to facial stress. She also shared with me some other ideas to keep my teeth and gums healthy. Jennifer walked me back to Hillary who worked with me to set up my next appointment. When I called Hillary a little bit later to switch my appt. she was very friendly about doing so. Thanks Perfect Teeth for an overall pleasant dentist experience!

Negative experience: Took forever, they said they had to verify insurance which is the reason I sent my insurance the day before the visit, and my bonding is horrible. I just wanted to be out of their office so fast

Negative experience: Worst dentist you could go to. Yesterday 02/12/2026 I had an appt at 3pm. So I was going to be 5 minutes late and one of the ladies that answer the phone kind of smirk like laughing because I was going to be late. So I arrived filled out paperwork and they took me to the back to do x-ray and told me since my insurance didn't get back that they are going to call me back when yhe insurance reaches out to them about my policy. The dentist just wasted an hour of my time. If that was the issue they should of call me a couple of days before and go my I insurance info.Very disappointed.

Fantastic experience: I walked in with a toothache-no appointment- and the staff made time for me right then and there. I received a spontaneous exam, Rx for an antibiotic, and referral to a specialist... all in about thirty minutes. I understand that they can't always be so accommodating, but I'm very thankful for their help on that particular day!

Negative experience: Update 12-12-2025: I was not contacted about this review, nor has there been any meaningful change since it was posted, despite the reply from the owner below. Lowering to 1 star for false engagement. My experience here was sub-optimal from beginning to end. It took multiple calls over multiple days to get scheduled. The receptionist is brusk and rigid, one of those that smiles at you stiffly while making it very clear that she's annoyed you exist. The dental assistant who did my cleanings barely spoke English, and didn't seem to know what he was doing. The dentist himself came in and began lowering the chair from behind while still talking to his assistant, long before he said anything to me, and when he did, he didn't introduce himself, just started explaining the filling procedure. I had to ask multiple times for them to smooth the material they filled my teeth with, as it had edges sharp enough to cut my tongue. At the end, I asked for one of those little bags with the toothbrush, floss, and travel-size paste, and was told they don't have them. Perfect Teeth in Castle Rock is adequate if you have nowhere else to go, but I wouldn't recommend them. They feel like malpractice waiting to happen.

Positive experience: I really like the doctor here but the dental hygienist, who I think is relatively new, did nothing to make me feel comfortable. Completely silent, not warm. I even asked her to please tell me what she’s doing next but she responded so coldly. It was also the most painful cleaning I can remember. I doubt she’s unkind; she just had no bedside manner. This is a big deal to someone who really struggles to go to the dentist out of fear and anxiety.

Negative experience: Do Leto Recommended I see a periodontist. I did so. A couple months later I received a notice that it was time for my regular check up at Perfect Teeth. I made the appointment and went in. Dr. Leto came in and asked me if I’d seen the Periodontist, I told him yes. He said he could not see me until the Periodontist released me. I didn’t know this because I’ve never been to a Periodontist before and had received a notice from Perfect Teeth that it was time for my check up. He asked if he could look in my mouth and see what work was done by the Periodontist. I told him yes and so he did. He apologized again and said I would not be billed. I have received a bill for this non-service every month. I have called repeatedly. I’ve been nice, I have yelled, I have cried. Every time they tell me it will be taken care of. I just received a letter from the collection agency. This is terrible. No service was rented. They tell me that it will be taken care of, but it never has been. I cannot trust them.

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience with Perfect Teeth Dental. I went to them in need of a second opinion on a molar that was giving me some trouble (pain). The first dentist I visited wanted me to go to an endodontist for a root canal, without discussing other solutions, to the tune of $2,500 out of pocket. Perfect Teeth assessed my situation with complete x-rays and lots of photos and worked with my challenging insurance (took more than one try to gain approval - insurance sucks!) to obtain coverage for a repair of the old filling, no root canal. They also did a deep cleaning for me, long overdue. The staff were all very friendly and did everything they could to make me as comfortable as possible for the unpleasantness. Now I have no more pain, the tooth looks fantastic, and I avoided the alternative suggested by the first place of having the tooth pulled! Love their location, right off of I25, super convenient. Thank you Perfect Teeth Dental & Dr. Leto, I will be referring others to your office!

Negative experience: Dont go!!! Hardest place to make an appointment or even talk to someone in the office. What exactly does their office staff do if answering service does all interactions. I went there 2 weeks ago and have requested my treatment plan still nothing. I call the answering service they cant even find me....lol. Totally not worth the trouble. My recommendation find new answering service better yet isn't that what you hired the office front desk that has 2 ladies sitting there. people/patients are your income. We are the most important thing. Worst run business I've ever come across. I think High School car would be more organized than this front desk.

Fantastic experience: This is a no-frills dentistry, however, their attention is dedicated to pleasing their patients and taking great care. The dentist knows exactly what he's doing and that gives me great confidence whenever I visit. The technicians are very caring and friendly. So I would highly recommend this practice. They also have a new hygienist that clean my teeth the best probably anyone's ever clean them.

Positive experience: I’ve enjoyed the doctor over there and feel he cares, as well as the back office staff (assistants) but the front office staff has repeatedly been rude, uncaring of timelines, rolled their eyes when I’ve needed paperwork or certain information in a timely manner, not called back when they said they would, or keep their word, and overall they seem to not care. It’s baffling to me. Especially considering how pleasant the rest of the staff is. So I’m giving this rating because of their unpleasantness, not because of the doctor.

Fantastic experience: I called for an emergency appointment and was immediately given three good times. I took the appointment available in 15 minutes, was ushered in and warmly welcomed. I saw the dentist immediately and then the dental technician efficiently helped re-glue my crown. It was a wonderful experience. Just recently, I went in for a routine cleaning. I was greeted warmly, and my teeth were then cleaned efficiently. The dentist suggested an upgrade within my insurance plan that would help to keep my gums healthy. As a side benefit, it will also whiten my teeth. I’m delighted. I couldn’t be happier with this Castle Rock dentist and staff.

Negative experience: I booked an appointment for two kiddos and needed to cancel. I called the only phone number available and it transferred me to some call center. They couldn’t find the appointments at first and after persistence (me indicating the appointments do in fact exist) they said they finally located them and both were cancelled. I was a bit skeptical but since I have no way of contacting the office directly with limited information available on the site, I had to trust the appointments were cancelled. This was well over a week prior to the actual appointments. I just received two text messages that we missed our appointments which tells me the appointments were in fact not cancelled. I would encourage the office to provide a way for clients to contact them directly, whether through email or otherwise, to avoid these kind of situations.
