Fantastic experience: Finding a new dentist has always been stressful for me. I chose Plaza Dential and as expected I was concerned. My first appointment I was greeted by Debbie, who pretty much stayed with me through my visit. Her role was to cover any concerns I might have regarding procedures and what my insurance would or would not cover. She was awesome and made me feel very comfortable. Special thanks to Debbie. Since then I have had miscellaneous procedures at Plaza. The staff are friendly, considerate, and professional. I would highly recommend them. THANK YOU TO PLAZA DENTAL STAFF.

Fantastic experience: This appointment was more difficult than the ones in the past , as I was in a heavy cast post surgery. While we had to ask for assistance to get into the office, once I was called back, Jenna ? kindly assisted us, and she made me feel comfortable once I sat in the treatment chair, she also help us on the way out. Fantastic experience: I accompanied my daughter to Plaza Dental so I could hold her newborn daughter while she had a cleaning done. Although she had been fed prior to leaving home she decided it was time again. Marcelo was her hygienist and he assured her it was fine for her to nurse her baby and he patiently and calmly proceeded with her cleaning while my granddaughter fed. He was very informative and gentle while he performed the cleaning. It was a very positive experience and if I was not already established with another dentist in town (for the last 20 years) I would certainly "adopt" Marcelo as my hygienist!

Negative experience: I’ve never had a negative experience with a dental hygienist until today. My appointment on 2/23/26 at 2:00 PM — which I rescheduled at the hygienist’s request — left me feeling like an inconvenience from the moment I sat down. The cleaning was extremely heavy-handed and genuinely painful, both during and after the appointment. I have never experienced lingering pain following a routine cleaning before. What was most concerning was the comment that she “usually only takes 20 minutes” and was seemingly trying to beat her personal record. Dental care should prioritize patient comfort and thoroughness — not speed. After my X-rays, I asked if my sister could sit with me. The request was met with visible frustration. When my sister was called back, the hygienist shouted her name from the hallway and walked away, leaving her to navigate the office alone. It felt dismissive and unnecessarily unwelcoming. I truly hope this was simply an off day, but the overall experience felt rushed, uncomfortable, and unprofessional. One negative visit can make patients reconsider where they receive care.

Fantastic experience: This team is phenomenal!! The orthodontist side works so hard to make sure the patient understands and feels comfortable with the decisions made. They are always on time and get their patients in and out while at the same time giving each patient all the time they need by answering every question. I recommend Plaza Dental to everyone I meet!!

Fantastic experience: This is the best dentist type of experience I've ever had. My daughter goes for braces and the staff is great, the orthodontist himself is very friendly and capable, and everything is so efficient. We never wait long for anything. Highly recommend this office.

Positive experience: The regular pediatric side of the Dentristry DDS is pretty nice. There was awhile where there was not a pediatric dentist, which was frustrating. The office staff on the general side of the dentistry are pretty nice. Office staff on the pediatrics side has been kind of lacking and I haven’t been satisfied with their customer service. It seems when you ask them a clarifying question, they seem annoyed. They don’t seem to have a problem with smiles and looking other staff in the eye, but not when a patient is checking in. I usually have to call the general side to relay messages when they first open. The orthodontist is pretty amazing. He knows who the patient is. He said hello to her, then me. He spoke to my child then to me, my child is the patient. I think that is AMAZING. His staff is pretty amazing as well. I can’t say enough about the orthodontist.

Negative experience: My dental insurance covers two cleanings a year plaza.Dental does a " special" cleaning that cost me 128 out of pocket. When I asked the front desk about it, all she stated is what the dentist charges, i think the most aggravating thing about it is when they sent me a bill, it just has an amount doesnt tell you the services that were provided. I guess I'll be going back to delta dental, where they've actually just bill for a basic service and not anything special. Reading other reviews, this is a on going issue with billing, and you think they would tell you this up front. Just another to make money on the back side of my insurance

Fantastic experience: My daughters are currently going through orthodontic treatment at plaza. Everyone there is always kind and makes us feel welcomed from the moment we walk in. They always take very good care of my kids and Dr. Francis is nice and knowledgeable!

Negative experience: I’m very disappointed with the service and communication at this office. When my child had treatment done, we were told that the sealant procedure would be covered by our insurance. Five months later, I received a bill for $70 — with no service date, patient name, or code description listed. When I went in to ask about it, they told me that two of the sealants were not covered and that insurance never covers them. If that’s the case, why was I told at the beginning that it would be covered? I will pay the bill, but I won’t be bringing my kids back here, and I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place to my friends. It’s frustrating when an office doesn’t communicate insurance details clearly from the start.

Negative experience: I would avoid this dentist office if you can. Got a filling done here, my dentist was apparently not in for the day in which they did not tell me before I got there. So they had another dentist do my filling. She looked like she came in right from lunch and rushed through my filling. This filling failed a week later of course. They attemped to fix it. That failed as well. Then my actual dentist redid the filling. This was done slightly better, but 4 months later and I am still having paint and issues with it. Once they botched the intial filling I knew there was no saving it most likely. Their response? Send me off to some other specialist to fix their mistake which will cost me thousands. Again, I would just sugguest avoiding this place, there are PLENTY of other better dental offices in the area. Plaza dental either has too many patients which causes them to rush through procedures and both them, or their dentist are just not very skilled. Either way, save yourself thousands of dollars and hours of pain and just go somewhere else.

Fantastic experience: I got my braces on about a month and half ago the experience was amazing! Staff are so nice and friendly!

Negative experience: Terrible customer service from the front desk. I called to schedule an appointment for a cleaning. The lady told me they “recommended a level 2 cleaning from a prior visit” i said i have been to multiple other dentists and no one has told me i needed that. She proceeds to tell me “that you should go back to them then because that would be insurance fraud if they didn’t do the RECOMMENDED service”. They just want more money. 10/10 trash service.

Fantastic experience: The Plaza Dental Group ortho department is top notch! Dr. Francis is extremely patient and kind and does not make you feel rushed or pressured. He explains everything well- to both parents and kids. We had an especially great experience today with our hygienist, Heidi, who took extra time with my son to make sure everything felt comfortable and that his rubber band choice for his braces turned out exactly how he wanted before we left. Quick, easy, and 10 out of 10!

The girl I spoke with was so kind and patient—she helped ease a lot of my anxiety and made the process feel so much more comfortable. Fantastic experience: So far, so good! The entire team has been patient with me and my family. They make my concerns a top priority and take care of all concerns promptly. Their energy is amazing and my doctor is so nice. I don't feel judged and feel like I'm treated fairly like everyone else. Also, my husband has severe dental anxiety and he now looks forward to visiting them on a routine basis!

Negative experience: I went to have a crown done only for it to take 4 attempts to seat it. Which meant me taking off work 4 days to figure out how to get the crown right. Dr. Godil didn't seem to know what he was doing. Now they have raised prices and my doctor is no longer with this practice. So I requested a refund of my deposit so I can find a different doctor. To be clear, No services were performed and they are ghosting me for my refund. The amount I pre-paid is almost $2,300.00. It has been four months without any answers and I continually call and leave messages and get the run around. I do not reccomend this place at all. I plan to turn them over to the BBB.

Fantastic experience: Love the adult and pediatric clinics! They are quick to schedule, friendly to interact with, and give amazing care. Brie with the pediatrics is THE ABSOLUTE BEST! We have a kid with sensory processing issues, and she ROCKED the interaction! She was adaptive and calming. By the end, our kiddo received a full screening which he’s never done before! Highly recommend this place!

Negative experience: I do not recommend their ortho. I am not satisfied with the process at all. Felt rushed out of the braces just to take them out and have the same problem…. They do not listen to your concerns after telling them multiple times the gaps I would like closed… Was able to get a second opinion and agreed it was a rushed process.

Fantastic experience: I got my wisdom teeth out here and everything was amazing! I specifically saw Dr. Lisenby and Hannah. They were so comforting and kind. I was pretty nervous but everything went so smoothly and Dr. Lisenby even personally called me the next day to make sure I was doing okay and to make sure I didn’t have any concerns. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I bring my two girls here and have for almost 2 years and it is always so welcoming and the staff always has smiles on their face.. doctor Frances is always eager to hear about your last month and all the adventures.. the nurses are so sweet and pleasant!

Positive experience: I have been a 10 year patient here. Very painless care. However today my visit was not so good. The first receptionist told me they had verified my insurance 3 days prior and all is fine. Even though I was trying to give her a new insurance card she assured me it was active. I got my exam and cleaning. Upon checking out I was presented with a bill for $287.00 and told my insurance was not in effect. Plus they would not accept my new insurance. That came as quite a shock. I went from a covered visit to owing $287. Not happy

Fantastic experience: This place is awesome! I called them to get new retainer, they got me an appointment that day within 30 minutes, pulled me back early, hardly any waiting time, AND I left with my retainers that day! They were very light and full of humor. I had a tooth with an odd edge and they fixed that for me too! It was extremely easy as this was my first time making and going to my own oral appointment since being an adult. I am extremely happy with the service given! I will always be using them now.

Fantastic experience: I'm posting this review for my husband, Rick. He has had some major work done over the past several years (3 implants on 3 different occasions on 3 different teeth) and his dentist, Dr. Kyle Lisenby, has been awesome. He was meticulous with working with Rick's implants, everything had to exactly perfect, and I mean, like, above and beyond meticulous. I once commented to one of the girls assisting and she validated what I had witnessed: Dr. Lisenby does not "settle" for it's "pretty good" or "good enough". It has to be 100% PERFECT, and then some! This is why part of the implant process (I believe it was the mold of Rick's teeth) is done out of the country bc he only deals with whoever is the absolute BEST, and the company that is #1 isn't in the US. Is it cheap? No, but you pay for what you get. Dr. Lisenby IS perfection and if you want it done right and it to look perfect, then this group with this dentist is your guy! Rick will not go to any one else for his teeth work bc when you have the best, why settle for someone else??

My daughter had braces and her teeth look like she just had them removed and she has not had then for 6 years, she always gets compliments on how pretty her teeth are.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to plaza dental for years. Love the office and the staff. I recently took my young child for the first time to the children’s office and they were terrific with him.

Negative experience: Not really sure how they have such a good rating. I’ve been here a few times. Each time the hygienist was really rough on my gums and made me bleed really badly even though when I floss at home my gums normally don’t bleed. They didn’t work around my permanent retainers well at all, one of them tried to floss in between the permanent retainer but it’s really low down so when she tried to floss in between she just shoved the floss in there & scraped my gums. I left in a lot of pain. I don’t even have bad dental health I’ve never had a cavity in my life & have always taken care of my teeth, but I’ve had multiple bad experiences here with the hygienists being too rough on my gums. They rescheduled my appointment on me twice because the doctor was out of town on vacation, then the hygienist had to leave early the second time & they didn’t tell me until I had already left work, etc. really inconvenient. I only went here before because they were the only place that took my insurance but now that I have new insurance I’ll be going elsewhere.

Negative experience: My biggest concern is for the hidden fees. They do X-rays and work not covered by insurance during preventative cleanings without asking because the providers like it this way. They scheduled me a 6 month cleaning a month earlier than secretly charged me out of a deposit I had put down on a crown. I’ve never had a treatment plan quote match what I’ve paid for myself or my children (with the treatment remaining the same). If something comes where they owe you money for work that wasn’t done but was paid for because they require payment ahead of time getting a check back is almost impossible and they want to credit you account.

Negative experience: Family member went to this place of business and they wanted to do extra work that was not necessary in the moment. He asked multiple times if this would be covered as it was nearing the end of the year and was worried about insurance cap, and they reassured him it would be covered and his insurance was not capped. Fast forward them sending him a bill for it as his insurance was capped.

Negative experience: Dr. Godil couldn’t do a filling right after NUMEROUS attempts and Plaza still expects me to pay for it! I hadn’t experienced any discomfort in my mouth prior to having work done by plaza because they told me I had cavities that needed filled. I agreed to have the work done and couldn’t chew or floss on the teeth that had been operated on for MONTHS after. Numerous visits for adjustments later and it still hadn’t gotten any better; until they convinced me that perhaps the problem was the tooth next to it and to let them work on that one!!! Wouldn’t you know that one hurt! One filling even fell out in the middle of my day while I taught a lesson (I am a recent graduate and just started teaching high school social studies; to show that I am not in a position to make unnecessary dentist appointments I have no time or money for!). After getting them to fill back in the hole in my tooth I never went back! Found a new dentist in Columbia who took a look and fixed each filling on his first try; clearly it wasn’t that complicated! You won’t see many reviews like this one for plaza though because they pay to have them removed (as I’d been told by a former employee WHO QUIT BECAUSE OF HOW OFTEN THEY EXPERIENCED SIMILAR CASES TO MINE). How much will it cost to remove this honest review? Hopefully more than you made playing Dr. Frankenstein on my mouth!

Fantastic experience: My daughter has been a patient of Dr Gandhis for the last 2 possibly 3years she is now 6…Anyways we had an appointment today just for a routine check up and discovered some cavities that needed to be filled then ended up needing a cap. Dr Gandhi was OUTSTANDING she talked my daughter through the whole process told her everything she was doing even showing her what she was using. She was so patient with her and helped calm her down! She really does great with kids and put my daughter at ease. As a parent it really meant a lot to me to see her taking care of my child with so much genuine care and compassion my daughter appreciated it as well. She was also very informative letting me know what was going on and letting me see the X-rays etc.The dental assistants were also awesome i do not know their names but it was a busy day and everyone was still very positive upbeat and super helpful. Even though we spent a much longer time in office today than anticipated the staff was great. thank you Dr Gandhi as long as she is there we will definitely continue to return to this office she’s a gem!

Negative experience: I’ve been going to Plaza for years and they have been great! They always seem to be running right on schedule and the staff is so friendly! I’ve even had a couple dental emergencies pop up in the family and they’ve always been able to work is on right away Edit: removing 3 stars. My family and I have been going to Plaza since 2014 or so and they used to be great. I had a fair bit of expensive dental work completed and had absolutely no complaints until the last year or 2. I don’t know if it’s new management or what but they’ve really gone downhill. You can 100% tell that the primary focus is to take patient money, not provide dental services. I get it. They’re a business. Their job is to make money. They’re also a service provider and my personal preference is to feel like the doctor is there to help me, not get into my wallet. They’ll get the job done. Your teeth cleaned or fixed. No question there. They’ll cancel appointments last minute and reschedule weeks out. You may or may not even see the doctor when being referred to an outside specialist. No need to talk to a patient when you can peek at a X-ray. Just don’t go there expecting a caring environment. It’s money first, patient care 2nd these days. I’m not saying it’s wrong, it’s a business after all, it’s just not what it once was. 2nd edit: I’ve learned that if you call and say you’re a current patient, you go straight to voicemail. You’re told someone will call you back within 24 hours. Reasonable enough. I called 3/2 and left a message. I transferred my care to a new provider that day as soon as called back and learned that you could get through to a real person simply by telling the automated phone system you’re a new patient. I just got my return call today. At least that’s my assumption. I didn’t bother answering. I don’t care if the calls go to different places. It’s simply wrong to force patients to wait a week to return a call when someone is ready and waiting to take on new money, I mean patients.

Fantastic experience: Today was our first visit with Plaza Dental. They were super welcoming, they explained everything to us so we understood, and they were very personable. We loved Debbie! As much as I hate dental work, I am glad I am having it done there!

Negative experience: Worst expierienice I’ve ever had to subject my children to. Website is inaccurate. Pediatric tab has Ghandi listed as the only dentist for kids but we were seen by Dr Luo who is listed under a different tab of the site. Ghandi is apparently not even affiliated with them and she is a referral dentist for sedated care (which is a service listed on their site so I assumed they offered that in Columbia and not Kansas City) One of the hygienists neglected to use the lead apron on two of my kids. Dr Luo decided my sons tooth needed to come out that very day (initial appointment to establish care). She numbed him and didn’t wait the recommended 10 minutes per ADA before digging in and she traumatized him from the pain she caused due to him not being sufficiently numb. My other son was brought to me while this was all happening instead of taking him to his father and sisters in the waiting room thus subjecting him to that trauma as well. They also have a chalkboard wall for kids to sign “But only if you don’t have any cavities” so that’s nice. They like to make children feel bad about themselves because they have bad teeth? Maybe cancer kids can’t help that chemo caused their teeth to go bad. I hardly see how that’s their fault. Maybe they were born with a congenital lack of enamel. Again, couldn’t be the child’s fault. Not every cavity is caused by a lack of brushing. Let’s not shame children like that. Disgusting place honestly. The only person in the building that was nice enough to recommend was the other hygienist that took my other two kids. And I didn’t catch her name. We will be switching back to our old dentist even though they are out of network. At least they are compassionate towards children.

Fantastic experience: Some of the best staff and Docs. Dr. Francis> always so incredibly nice and professional, ortho ladies make you feel comfortable and in great hands. Dr. Gandi> the only pediatric dentist we've ever loved so much! All of my kiddos absolutely love her, and the DAs were great. They work so hard to make children and their parents feel comfortable, especially those with disabilities or additional struggles which we witnessed firsthand at our appointments. So thankful to have them!

Negative experience: Unfortunately, I didn't have the best experience. I couldn't make my appointment because my assistant was sick (so I couldn'tleave work). I put down a $100 deposit, They refused to Refund it or roll it over to my next appointment and wanted another $100 to book a new appointment. Unfortunately, I felt like it was all about money to them, and not willing to work with me.

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love these people. Even though they've moved and are in the process of changing practitioners, they gave my children the best care. They were compassionate, understanding and INCREDIBLY patient.

Negative experience: First, I will say that Dr Lisenby is a great dentist! And Sarah is a great hygienist! The problem is, when I showed up for my scheduled appointment, the office (where Plaza Dental used to be) informed me that the dental office I was looking for had moved to a new location. Plaza Dental had failed to inform me they had moved their dental office to a new location... I am an established patient who schedules twice a year cleanings, and they had my email address and phone number... So this lack of communication made me 10 minutes late for my scheduled appointment. Second, When I arrived at the new location they informed me that my dentist, Dr Lisenby, (who was the only reason I loved Plaza Dental in the first place), was now practicing in Moberly! I will be shopping for a new dental office with better communication skills... and business practices that are less sketchy.

Fantastic experience: Everyone is always friendly here. I have been to many dentists in my lifetime and Dr Rash & his dental assistants are at the top. Always respectful, caring and makes sure you are always comfortable. Anyone that doesn’t like to go to the dentist or has a fear of going to the dentist, Dr Rash is the one. Very knowledgeable and provides excellent care every single visit. -Daxon

Fantastic experience: Dr Francis and crew (shout out to Candice!) provided a great orthodontist experience for my family. Their time and cost estimate was informative and accurate. They were understanding and accommodating to schedule changes. I highly recommend them if you’re looking for an orthodontist in the central Missouri area.

Negative experience: There are positive and negative for Plaza Dental Group. Positive first...Dr. Rash-great dentist! Great job. I would keep him as my dentist if he worked for a different dental group. Rita, Office Manager, also presented herself as very knowledgeable regarding dental procedures. Most importantly, Rita demonstrated excellent customer service when I spoke with her regarding my much less than pleasant or favorable interaction with Gabby Fischer, whom I assume is the front desk person/scheduler. Gabby tried to schedule appointments for me with dental hygienist months apart. When I attempted to explain it was my understanding the appointments should be separate but not so far apart, Gabby proceeded to tell me there is no other hygienist in any other dental office who could schedule my appointments closer together. I guess Gabby knows every other dental hygienist schedule in Missouri the way Gabby seemed to know exactly what my procedure entailed. She stated they do not schedule deep cleaning of entire mouth together because they didn't want to keep me in the office for 4 hours. No, Gabby, talk to Rita and she will explain it to you like she did to me. That way you're not giving patients misinformation while attempting to be a "know it all". After going all a few rounds with Gabby trying to "best" me even though I am the customer/patient, she stated she'd have the Treatment Coordinator, Tosha Jones give me a call on Tues, 9/6/21. Gabby did inform me that Tosha "couldn't pull any strings either". WOW!!! Thanks Gabby, I never expected anyone to pull any strings. I just want what I paid for (pre-paid for at that)! Well, even though I was an upset & dissatisfied customer, instead of receiving a phone call from Tosha, the treatment Coordinator, I received a long text from Tosha stating "I understand you would like...". Well, Tosha, let me enlighten you. There is no way you could possibly understand what I would like because you didn't think it important or relevant enough to pick up the phone and call your unhappy customer. Instead, you texted me like I am your FaceBook friend or your Twitter follower. Wrong answer, Tosha-and poor, unprofessional customer service. Please take this advise from someone who has worked in customer service for 40 years. ALWAYS TAKE THE TIME...MAKE THE TIME...to have a heartfelt conversation with your customers who are happy OR unhappy. It could be worth a lot of future business, future referrals. Food for thought: without the customer, there is no treatment to coordinate. Again, Dr, Rash gets 5 stars & 2 thumbs up. Rita, who made me feel so much better because she listened to me and empathized with me and apologized for any bad experienced I perceived. On top of that, Rita educated me regarding my procedure. because of Rita, I actually decided to keep the appointments. Yep, I decided to keep the appointments until I thought again about Gabby's tone with me and then the blow off I received from the unapologetic text from Tosha. I thought, "Norma, you need a LOT of dental work done that will cost a LOT of money. Norma, you have great dental insurance and thousands of dollars just sitting on a card to pay for expensive out of pocket expenses. Norma, you deserve a LOT better than what you got from Gabby & Tosha. So, I'll just spend my time and money elsewhere. Thanks, but no thanks, Plaza Dental.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Francis explains directly to my kids what they can expect of treatment, and makes sure I as their parent understand as well. He makes sure my kids are comfortable with each thing he does before he does it, and has a great “bedside” manner.

Fantastic experience: Only have great things to say about plaza dental. After horrible experiences at aspen dental, plaza redid all my xrays and didn't charge me for it. They are honest and look out for your long term health. They don't overbook so I wasn't waiting forever in the waiting room. Dr. lisenby was very compassionate and knowledgeable. Complete 180 from aspen.

Fantastic experience: My husband & I both, had unpleasant experiences with Aspen Dental. We changed to Family Dental, but then they became "Compass HC" & no longer took our Dental Insurance. GEHA who provides us with our Dental Insurance Plan, then gave us the Contact info, for the Plaza Dental Group. Changing to Plaza Dental Group has been a FIVE STAR EXPERIENCE for both my husband & myself! From our 1st contact with their General Dentistry Receptionist, Kelly, to Debbie, who took our X-rays, made us feel WELCOME, & explained their Clinic procedures, to Trinity, who assisted, & Dr. Deppe, who performed our "New Patient Exams", we have been "OVERJOYED". Having uncontrollable "Dental Anxiety", no one made me feel weird, when I asked if they had, & I could use, Nitrous Oxide & if, they would let me listen to music through earbuds - to calm my nerves, when doing a crown prep. That crown prep, was "Actually the BEST dental experience, of my LIFE!" Seriously, I am NOT exaggerating! I was completely relaxed & in the wonderful world of music, when they told me, "You're all done"! I couldn't believe it! BOTH of us HIGHLY RECOMMEND this Dentistry Practice, w/o any RESERVATION!

Fantastic experience: We have been going to Plaza Dental Pediatrics for years, but today, Dr. Gandhi was extra AMAZING! My daughter had some trauma to a permanent tooth last night. I called first thing today and they worked her in for an emergency appointment. Dr. Gandhi took the time to explain the injury, plus how it might play out in the future. Wonderful and very caring Pediatric Dentist!

Negative experience: This was one of the worst experiences of my life. I got my wisdom teeth removed here. I went in on surgery day with the rudest nurse. She called me the wrong name the entire time. She had a scowl on my face from the beginning. I also woke up during the surgery and came out with a cut on my lip. They didn't give me anything to clean my surgical site -not even a syringe. I was so nauseous and sick for days after my surgery. I called asking for nausea meds and both the assistant and the dentist yelled at me on the phone! They told me that I should've been eating and following instructions. I told them I was. I had tried eating everything they told me to but I kept puking it back up. After some pleading and crying I got anti-nausea meds. Due to not receiving a syringe, I got a horrible infection. Worst pain I've ever had in my life. The only reason I have 2 stars is because the workers that I saw for an emergency appointment for the infection were respectful, listened to me, empathized with my pain, cleaned my wound, and gave me antibiotics to help. They also finally gave me a syringe. They were shocked no one had done this previously. You know it's bad when your own coworkers think what you did was wrong. Please, go somewhere else. If the nurse keeps calling you by the wrong name, run!

Negative experience: Dr. Lisenby is a great dentist! However, the billing department at Plaza Dental is one of the worst billing departments I have ever worked with. They consistently mess up and ended up costing me hundreds of dollars by not being transparent, checking my insurance, and coding things properly. I called just a little bit ago to ask them to get pre-approval for any work done and they told me they can't do that and gave me codes to call my insurance company with to see how that pricing and coverage looked. The codes they gave me were for PEDIATRIC dental services. I am a woman in my late 20s. very disappointed.

Fantastic experience: The best dentist I have ever visited! I've seen three different hygienists at Plaza and they have all been kind and gentle. I've gotten Invisalign from Plaza as well and they are very transparent with cost and helpful! It is always a no pressure experience.

Fantastic experience: I have been to several Dental Clinics, and none of them have been as good to me as this Dental Clinic. I mean yea sure they are nice, as all places are, but I feel like my Dentist here is on my side, and he wants to take care of me so that I have a stronger oral health. Not to mention I already feel better about myself. My dentist takes extra time to make sure he gets it taken care of correctly and answers any of my questions. The previous clinic I went to did some work on my teeth, the pricing was higher AND I still have problems with a crown they put on my back tooth about 2 years ago. At Plaza Dental I had a crown put on my other back tooth, and no issues at all. Later I had a back top tooth get so bad that as I was eating corn nuts it broke apart. I was afraid they would just pull it out and I would have a missing tooth, but he did all he could to make sure that it didn't come to that; Instead he removed all the decay did a build up, and suggested later we place a crown on it when I can get around to afford the correct treatment. Thank you! Also my kids go to the pediatrics side of this clinic literally right next door, and I was nervous about how my 5 and 8 year old girls would do with getting their mouths numb have cavities filled, and some crowns placed, but I was instantly relieved with how well they do with children. They take it slow and make sure the kids are comfortable before any work is done. Great work Plaza Dental! I appreciate you, and I highly recommend this Clinic!

Fantastic experience: Plaza Dental is using all of the precautions for a safe dental visit during a pandemic: gloves, masks, face shields, air purifiers, disinfecting surfaces, etc. Plus the staff remains thorough, friendly, and professional as always.

Fantastic experience: This review is for the dental Plaza group In Columbia, MO. I moved here in 2015 and have had some awfully bad experiences with several Dental Offices here. I have been a customer with the Dental Plaza group for a few years now and have been incredibly pleased. This year I had to have some major dental work done. My doctor, Richard Deppe, is my dentist. I am thoroughly impressed with his integrity and professionalism he brings to the office. I am glad to be a patient with The Dental Plaza group.

Fantastic experience: Dr Rash was very kind and knowledgeable. He broke down my treatment plan in a way that I could easily understand and made the process very smooth. He was gentle with my mouth and seemed to have really good skills with the instruments he used. I would recommend coming here! It’s a nice place too.

Fantastic experience: I have had the best experience there! First with Dr. Chenot who is no longer there and with the new dentist Dr. Houston Rash. Him and Sue make a great team! My hygienist Sarah is the best! Recently got braces and Dr. Francis and his staff are great as well. Friendly staff and always professional. They always explain the billing to me and haven't had any issues. If you need a new dentist I highly suggest Dr. Rash. He should be nominated for One of the Best Dentist in Como for 2020! :)

Fantastic experience: I can't say enough about how wonderful this team of dental professionals are. I recently had come to them for an issue that was causing a great deal of pain and i needed a root canal and maybe an extraction of the tooth next to it. I was very nervous and overwhelmed with...life, and just wanted to get back to work. The dentist, the hygienist, and receptionists, all were so incredibly compassionate and patient with me. The dentist insisted that we take care of my problem right away and get me out of pain, and I'm so glad he did. Thank you so much for giving such personal care. I will definitely come back for all future dental needs!
