Negative experience: Dr.Stanley was recommend to me for his services and great patient care. I called to setup a first time appointment and sadly declined to go through with making the appointment. The receptionist who I was speaking with was not friendly from the start of the call and seemed annoyed when I was explaining my insurance information. I stopped her and told her nevermind but thank you and ended the call. This type of service ultimately made my decision to go elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Stanley went above and beyond in being thorough and accommodating. He puts his patient's best interest first. He listens and explains. I highly recommend him and his staff as great people to work with.

Fantastic experience: Sydney and Nancy were very welcoming and nice! New patient forms were quick and easy to fill out online prior to my visit so I didn't have to worry about any paperwork on my first appointment. The dentist was also very helpful and quick to answer my questions. The place itself is very nice, and the window looks out onto a beautiful green area with a bird house. I will definitely be coming back.

Fantastic experience: Had surprise implant fall out. Weather was terrible out. Regular dentist was closed. Called around for 2 hrs and received a lot of maybe this and maybe that, just have to come in and pay for a consult to see what can be done. These folks were up front and honest about the possibilities, but if I was correct, they assured me that I wasn't wasting a 100 mile round trip. In short, they went over and above. Very happy with my results .

Negative experience: They told me they take my insurance even though they don’t. However, they did not inform me of this until after multiple appointments that resulted in thousands of dollars in out of pocket costs. And despite paying thousands out of pocket, I wasn’t even given every service that I was told I would receive. Avoid this place.

Fantastic experience: Upstanding dentist, knows his limits and isn't afraid to refer out if it's in the best interests of the patient. Financially fair as well!

They looked into my past history to guide current treatment plan and patiently worked with me to be sure the dental modifications felt right to my tongue and bite. Dr Stanley carefully and painstakingly sculpted my crown to get the bite just right!

The staff are always pleasant to work with, the hygienists are friendly and thorough, and Dr. Stanley is very knowledgeable and a great dentist. We are very happy that we found this practice!

Fantastic experience: I have been a long time client and referral partner with CCD. I was nervous when Dr. Miller sold his practice primarily due to lack luster dentistry experiences I have encountered prior. Dr. Miller and his team were pivotal in in my dental health offering a logical, conservative approach to managing my oral hygiene and health. Well…Dr. Stanley and his team have received the baton seamlessly and are providing the same great care I have been accustom to with CCD! The CCD Team was able to get me in within 2 hours of splitting an old crown down the middle. They were able to shave the serrated edge off my previous “tooth” which gave me comfort while chatting with my patients and peers. They took the time to evaluate my my structure and chat with me about my function. Dr. Stanley worked with his team to carve out a spot the following day to replace my crown! I am on the other side of the procedure so to speak, and there were a few barriers to success for me today. 1) I am traditionally a difficult anesthesia patient…aka, it takes a LOT to numb me up 2) my sympathetic nervous system (fight for flight) runs hot and is readily excited…meaning I feel things quick, especially nerve and tooth pain. Dr. Stanley utilized a similar technique that Dr. Miller used that made my injections virtually pain free!!! I am happy to say, my anesthesia has worn off, my pain is minimal, and my tooth feels spot on!!! Not too high, not providing a clench gap, but just right! I can’t recommend Dr. Stanley enough! He will carry the legacy torch of CCD 2.0, and continue to push the envelope with conservative dentistry in the mid MO region! Lastly, but certainly not least, the CCD support team was impeccable! From appointment schedule to discharge today, everyone I interacted with provided exemplary service! I can’t thank Columbia Center for Dentistry enough for their expeditious and empathetic efforts! A five star rating, for a five star experience with five star people!

I’ve never had such a thorough new patient exam before. Dr. Stanley is an amazing dentist and I’m excited to go the dentist next time I do (except for the bill, but that goes for anything).

He gets the job done quickly and efficiently but with great care and compassion to make sure it’s done right and you leave feeling better than when you came in…once the numbness goes away ;)

Fantastic experience: I can't praise Dr. Stanley enough. He has performed several extensive procedures and each have been excellently done and as painless as possible. Update; I was fitted for my partial today, I was told that it is normal to expect return visits for adjustments. I've been wearing my partial for 6 hours now. Not only can I find nothing that needs adjustment but my mouth feels better than it has months. I love this thing!

Fantastic experience: Dr Stanley and his staff run a first rate dental clinic. They are located in the Cherry Hill area of Columbia. When you arrive, you are greeted by a member of the staff who gets you comfortably checked in and usually with only a short wait time, you are taken to the exam room to begin your exam. Their clinic is equipped with the latest tools to provide excellent care of their patients. And everyone from the support staff to Dr Stanley has great interpersonal skills and is very friendly. He takes his time with you and welcomes any questions or concerns that you may have as well as discussing treatment options for your consideration. I can honestly say that I have not had any problems or concerns about the quality of care that I have received from Dr Stanley and the staff at the Columbia Center for Dentistry.

Fantastic experience: My daughter had a filling today, Dr. Stanley and his assistant Selena took wonderful care of her. I’m so glad that they continue to make going to the Dentist a wonderful experience for my daughter. We love CCFD and would highly recommend Dr. Stanley’s office.

I was well informed during my first consultation and the steps involved in developing a treatment plan. During the procedure, I was updated regularly on where we were, how it was going, and any questions I had were fielded. I really got a sense of care and that my best interests were being tended to. Shout-out to Dr. Stanley and Dental Assistant Brooke, I would highly recommend anybody go see them with your dental needs.

Fantastic experience: I just moved to Columbia about 6 months ago. I was apprehensive about getting a new dentist and almost drove clear to Kansas City the first time I needed one. My daughter talked me into seeing Dr Stanley and I'm glad she did. He's very knowledgeable and personable. I will be keeping him as my dentist.

Fantastic experience: Kelly cleaned my daughter's teeth on her first-ever trip to a dentist, and she was wonderful. She demonstrated everything that she would be using and made sure our daughter was comfortable with everything. Our daughter can get anxious in doctor's offices, and I truly think Kelly's approach helped her warm up and shake any nerves right away. It's such a relief to know she will have that positive experience to associate with dentist visits.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Stanley was outstanding! I had to have a tooth pulled and was very nervous about it prior to coming in. His assistant was calming and Dr. Stanley did everything he could do to make sure I was comfort and calm. He had my tooth out before I knew it. I even had to ask if it was out! Lol…

Negative experience: I’m a patient that carried over from Dr. Miller. I’ve since had two cleanings since Dr. Stanley’s practice took over. The receptionist and support staff behavior is reminiscent of that of an angsty teenager, impatient and disrespectful. I prefer to deal with adults capable of answering questions completely, and sadly Dr. Stanley’s staff has fallen short. Dr. Stanley seems like a more than capable dentist but I did not appreciate the blatant display of disrespect by their receptionist. Word of advice, train your support staff about customer service and satisfaction.

Fantastic experience: Dr Stanley is the BEST dentist I’ve ever been to. He is kind and compassionate, very knowledgeable and makes sure you are comfortable the entire time. He will do everything he can to make sure that you have the best dental experience possible. I live 3 hours away from his office, and still travel to see him for dental work. He is the very best of the best! The hygienists are also amazing. Autumn did a wonderful job cleaning my teeth! He will come by and say hi and catch up with you even if he doesn't need to see you for the appointment. They are a small office where everyone treats you Like family. They give you good recommendations for how you can keep your teeth in good shape and what products to avoid as well. They don't try to recommend anything just to rack up a bill. I used to have a fear of going to the dentist but now I can't wait for my next appointment!

Fantastic experience: I truly cannot recommend this dentist office more than just saying, Dr. Miller and his staff have done more for me in just two appointments than any other dentist office I’ve been too. They don’t make you feel embarrassed or ashamed of issues you may have. I’ve always been “scared” to go to the dentist but they provide you with the upmost comfort and pain-free procedures. They let you watch Netflix, snuggle with a blanket and wear headphones to block out any discomforting noises. I’m actually EXCITED to go back. My hygienist Bree gave me a quick tour of the office and was a lot of fun to be around during my cleaning. She cleaned my teeth with confidence and experience. Fantastic experience: I recently switched my dental care from another dentistry in Columbia to Dr. Miller’s practice. I knew right away I was in good hands when I had the most thorough exam I’ve ever had and they asked questions/told me dental facts I had never been told before which I greatly appreciated. As a new patient I received an appointment within 2 weeks, and needed to return after that for a filling. I was able to come in just 4 days later for this and it was a great experience. It was seamless from start to finish. I will no longer have any anxiety about pain, and before today I have never had the luxury of listening&watching a movie to tune out what’s going on and man was that nice. Everything about their work flow is great. Thank you all!!

I really appreciated B. (I don’t want to use her full name) taking the time to explain everything to me, including the reasons for it. This really helped lower my anxiety level. Fantastic experience: I just had my first ever root canal. Honestly the most relaxing 2 hours I’ve experienced in a long time. I felt no pain at any point. Dr. Miller, Nancy and the rest of the staff are AMAZING! I know this is top-quality dentistry.

Fantastic experience: I started going to Columbia Center for Dentistry in December 2019. It had been about 15 years since I had been to a dentist. I was scared to go for fear of judgment for not having gone for so long. This didn't happen at all. Dr. Miller went over all the paperwork with me that I filled out online on my first visit, which relaxed me and reassured me I was in the right place. I was pleasantly surprised because most of the time you fill this out and it's ignored. My husband is also a patient and encouraged me to see Dr. Miller. My husband knew I was nervous to go, but reassured me how great Dr. Miller and his staff were. My husband was 100% correct! I have been 3 times now since December and I'm so comfortable here. I had a filling done in December and it was the BEST filling experience ever. They provided me with one dose of pain relievers and a small bottle of water after my filling. I felt no pain during the filling and very minor discomfort afterwards, but that's to be expected. They thoroughly went through what to do and expect after my filling. I was experiencing headaches in the morning and Dr. Miller suggested I start using a NTI device at night because I was probably clenching my teeth. He was right! I've been using it for 6 months and no more headaches! Dr. Miller's staff is also wonderful. They are very knowledgeable, are very personable, and always want you to be comfortable. They're also great at addressing concerns and questions. Can't recommend Columbia Center for Dentistry enough!

Fantastic experience: Best dentist in town! I came here after previous bad experiences and a fear of the dentist, and I'm totally comfortable here. I've been going to Dr. Miller for years now and I feel like he is honest and straightforward. All the staff is great!

Fantastic experience: Absolutely the best cleaning and initial visit I have ever had. Top notch intstruments, tools, and technicians. Squeaky clean and caring staff. Addie was so nice, Jo did an incredible job, and Dr miller genuinely cares about his patients.

Fantastic experience: We just moved here about a year ago and had yet to find a dentist. During the pandemic, our son had a dental issue and when we randomly googled dentists and then called Dr. Miller's office he got right on the phone and talked us through the issue. We then scheduled cleaning appointments and when we went the entire staff was friendly and it felt like they really cared about our wants and needs. Dr. Miller took the time to talk with us, and actually went over the paperwork we submitted online (which never seems to happen at a doctor/dentist office!) Columbia Center for Dentistry has amazing customer service and I would absolutely recommend Dr. Miller! We are sad that we are only going to be here in Columbia for a couple more years because we would absolutely stay with this practice forever!

Negative experience: I think this is the first google review I have ever made. I went to this dentist when I was going to school in Columbia, if you are student do not go here! I was younger and living on my own and they took advantage of me. I went in to see about braces/retainer for a gap I had. Instead of doing what insurance may cover, the doctor convinced me to cap the gap I had and some other stuff. Made a very compelling argument. I ended up getting the work done that the doctor recommended. Come to find out nothing was covered by the insurance I had. So I had to come up with the money for the 1k+ operation. My mom, who's insurance I was on at the time said she would take care of the matter. Long story short I had since moved out of Columbia and now 5 years later a collection agency calls me about $250 I owe to C. Bradley Miller blah blah. I call the office to see if I can just pay them because it was such a small amount. They refused and said they had phone numbers and addresses on file they had been trying to get a hold of me. The only call I got on my phone was from a collection agency. They did very little to reach out to me directly to pay a very small amount!! They new my situation and I am sure they do this stuff all the time.

Fantastic experience: Amazingly friendly and knowledgeable staff. You are well informed throughout the whole appointment. They are very accommodating and Dr. Miller truly cares about each individual patient. I'm from around Chicago and have had bad luck with dentists but will make the drive to go to someone I can confidently trust.

Fantastic experience: Very friendly environment and very nice. My dental higenest Brie was very nice and kind. I had very little discomfort throughout, and all round good experience. This was my first time going to a dentist I 5+ years and I will definitely be back.

Fantastic experience: The staff are all super friendly, everything looks new and clean and nice. Dr Miller is very knowledgeable and friendly. He explained everything and made sure I understood it. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Miller is the best dentist I have ever been to! His staff is great as well! I feel like he actually listens to his patients, and when he numbed me for my fillings I didn't even feel the needle go in. As an added bonus there are TVs above the chair for you to watch while you're laid back.

Fantastic experience: Had a wonderful appointment- my first in three years. The dentist and staff were very friendly and I have never had the opportunity to distract myself by watching a tv during a cleaning before. Looking forward to maintaining more consistent dental health with this office.

Fantastic experience: I've been a happy regular of Columbia Center for Dentistry for 20+ years now and have had consistently fantastic service the whole time. From regular cleanings to more involved corrections, my family's seen a lot here. I actually just had a minor dental emergency yesterday so I called them up to see what I should do and was able to get an availability for today. In less than an hour I was good to go and on my way, pleasant conversation throughout. I have and will continue to recommended to family and friends.
