Fantastic experience: Had my six month check up today. Dr. Jono is great as always. I also appreciated Barbara, my hygienist, very much. She was very personable, professional and thorough. She always gives me the absolute best cleanings. Looking forward to my next visit.

Negative experience: So sad after years of great service that I am now looking for a new dentist because the office staff has no customer service skills and is super rude.

Fantastic experience: The original Dr. Monteith is the reason I have teeth today. Back in the 60 's he helped my family with free dental care, through the Baptist church I think. I am 76 now. I think of him often. Thank you.

The staff has always been warm and professional with me, and Dr. Jono is awesome My two young daughters had dentist anxiety before they came to his practice. That's a problem anymore. The office manager Jessica has been patient and extremely helpful in navigating and fixing the insurance hassles I've had to deal with. My great uncle Dr. Sol Meyer was a dentist and he was one of the best people on the planet. Dr. Jono is also in the same category as my Great Uncle Sol.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Jono has been my dentist for over 20 years. The service has been exceptional and his staff is wonderful. Today I had a crown replacement that they were able to mill in house. My tooth feels great. Thank you, as always, for the pleasant experience, highly recommend.

Negative experience: I was supposed to have my first appointment with this office on Jan 30, an appointment was made back at the beginning of December to get into the office. I show up and they say I have no appointment for today, The older lady with brunette hair says I can’t have an appointment until April… and offers me other options that don’t work with my schedule. After me declining a few times and trying to splitting my appointment into two days, she gets snippy at me and had a very poor attitude with me. This is the time I decide to take my business elsewhere and not schedule anything at this office. The front desk staff was not welcoming or kind about their mistake, in any way. I’m truly disappointed and wish I could have just had my appointment and get my teeth cleaned.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Jono did an expert job on my new crown in one visit. It was a long procedure, but I had minimal discomfort. His office has all the latest equipment and techniques available.

Fantastic experience: Felton Dental is one of the most welcoming dental offices I have ever experienced. When I was young I experienced dental trauma and was afraid for years to visit a dentist. Over time I have met dentists who are gentle and make me feel safe and relaxed. However Dr. Jono is amazing! I have no hesitation when visiting him and his office. They are so personable, gentle and make me feel safe and comfortable. I highly recommend this practice. You won’t be sorry!

Negative experience: incompetent dentist, rude staff, I came for a simple crown recementing and ended up 2 weeks later with a broken crown that needed redoing, outrages bill for a 10 min procedure, and rude staff. I say avoid at all cost, if I could mark with negative star for the extra expenses incurred I would give it a -5 star.

Negative experience: Dr. Jono did a three tooth bridge for me. The one tooth is to large and looks weird. He did not take his time to get it right. His assistant dentist were so much better. Front office billing was a nightmare. Very rude.

Fantastic experience: I chipped a tooth a lost a filling while traveling. When I called the office I was able to schedule an appointment a few days after my scheduled return. Short after I hung up and the office was able to fit me in the day following my return. When I arrived at the office we discussed the repair and what the next steps might be should the repair fail. All in all I was out the door in less than an hour before noon on my first day back home.

They have all the latest equipment there to make things easier. Very comfortable, very efficient and friendly. My teeth feel so clean I love the feeling. My family have been going to Felton Dental for well over 40 years.

Fantastic experience: I experience a little anxiety before dentist appointments, as many people do. The great thing about Felton Dental staff, especially Barbara, is that they go the extra mile to make feel secure. On my last visit Barbara remembered all the things that made me comfortable on my previous visit without me having to ask. This was so wonderful, it really made me feel like she cares about my experience no matter how silly it may seem. Best experience ever at the dentist!

Fantastic experience: My recent experience on Dec 1, 2022 was the same excellent experience as last time. Just a cleaning this time, excellent experience as usual. The dental hygienist are thorough. They thoroughly explain the process and findings. Been using them for a long time now, the office is well run with excellent care provided on all levels. Nothing but good things to say about them. I would not go anywhere else.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Jono did an excellent job in redoing some old cavities on the left side of my mouth. The procedure was smooth and practically painless. I can eat hot and cold food with ease now.

Negative experience: It was disturbing to me today to have my provider tell me that with my particular mouth, the "Cavitron" is normally the preferred way to clean my teeth, but that there is not one available for each station and it was in use elsewhere, so I had to settle for a manual cleaning. She did a nice job, but why is there not one available for all stations? Or, if you know that patients need it, then please schedule visits accordingly for the use of the machine at the time of that patient's visit. Also, I am disappointed to see that you are switching to Premier from PPO provider. As a person who is no longer employed and pays quite handsomely for my dental insurance, I am now on a fixed income and need my coverage to go towards my services at the full available rate.
