Fantastic experience: Great experience from the moment we walked in. Shan at the front desk was so nice and quickly got us back, our nurse, Pam, was wonderful and so kind and accommodating towards my sick child, Dr. Duchamp was AWESOME! Overall we were in and out quick with a diagnosis and answers. 100% recommend Angleton ER!

Fantastic experience: Tammy and the whole staff at Angleton ER were phenomenal today! My step daughter went in with a gash on her forehead that needed stitches. We were rushed back and seen within a minute from sitting down. Best service and so quick as well. 10/10 recommend.

Fantastic experience: I cannot say enough good things about the staff at Angleton ER. My son was dealing with a cyst in his mouth that was pressing on a nerve that became so painful he could barely function. After being treated very poorly at another local hospital and being discharged unable to hardly walk, in tears from agonizing pain, with a blood pressure of 175/111, we went straight to Angleton ER for help. From the moment we arrived, they immediately took him back and began working to get his blood pressure down and his pain under control. The staff was patient, quick to act, compassionate, and genuinely caring toward both my son and me during a very scary situation. I truly do not know what we would have done if someone had not recommended this ER to us. Their kindness and professionalism made all the difference. If you need emergency care, this is absolutely the place you want to be.

Fantastic experience: My wife and I are visiting from Dallas and I just so happen to have a slight eye irritation which was starting to hurt real bad. Thankfully we walked in around midnight and were seen right away. The nurse Jody and Dr. Shafer took care of me and discovered the irritation was a scratch on my eye. We were in and out in an hour with a prescription and some ointment to help heal my eye. Hopefully you don't need to go here but if you do they will take care of you good!

Fantastic experience: The staff at Angleton ER was super friendly from the moment we walked in! Our family member was seen fast, and everyone took the time to explain what was going on and what to expect. Everyone was wonderful, from the lady who greeted me, to the Doctor, Robert Dickson MD. Wonderful ladies who did my labs and scans:) I would recommend this place to anyone, and I won’t ever go anywhere else, should I need help.

Fantastic experience: I came in vomiting and had been for about 24 hours at that point. I was brought right back and the staff was amazing. I've never been that sick in my life and they got my vomiting under control (for a little while), got me admitted to MH Pearland. I cannot thank yall enough for your prompt and professional service!! I highly recommend this ER as the service is fabulous and there is little to no wait. Thank you guys again!!!

Negative experience: I took a shot for pain from a nurse . 10 min later the doctor came in . I asked him does the shot I just took make you sleepy . He looked at me like I was slow or something . He then walked out and I can hear him making fun of the question I just asked . I’m not a lawyer but I know when I ask questions it’s supposed to stay between the doctor and patient. He then told me I was fine in a rude and unprofessional manner. I went in for my foot and other stuff . He never once looked at my foot . It’s bruised up. I will go to another doctor and if I have any type of problem in my foot I will press charges . Besides him the whole staff is very nice and down to earth people . I bet they have problems with him too .

Fantastic experience: We were in Angleton for the weekend for my daughter's swim meet when she developed severe vomiting and nausea. We took her to Angleton ER where she received prompt, empathetic, and expert care, immediately. Because of their amazing treatment, she was able to compete in her swim meet later that same day, ultimately earning 1st, 5th and two 7th place finishes. I want to thank the care team for helping her recover and let them know how much they contributed to her success. THANK YOU!

Fantastic experience: Fastest, friendliest staff I've ever had to deal with in an ER facility. My daughters wedding was the next day and thats what the concern was for them. They wanted to ensure I didn't miss the big day. I was in and out in 54 mins and feeling a lot better in about 2 hours. I'm not missing the wedding now! Thank you guys so much!

I recieved a call from them a couple of days later to ask how I was doing, I was told if I wasn't getting better or if I got worse to go back, which I did! After a few days I got worse symptoms and had to go back! I recieved the same care as the first visit. Friendly and caring staff! ❤

Fantastic experience: My husband and I took our one year old here at 10:30pm on a Tuesday. Staff was very quick, kind, and attentive. The nurses were considerate of patient comfort, the doctor was very sweet and up front with treatment options and caveats, and my husband and I received very helpful information from all persons involved. Fantastic experience: Nurse Tammy Fletcher took amazing care of us like family. Between the blood work, xray and CT scan we were out of there in 3 hours with excellent treatment. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

Fantastic experience: First time coming to this ER and everyone was good to me. They actually listen and that means a lot! I was hurting so bad and they done everything they could do to help me. Highly recommend! I hope to never be back there lol but if I need to definitely will go there!

Positive experience: Great nurses and doctors! Always fast and efficient. They put patient care first! My only complaint is when leaving they bug me about a co-pay which I do not have since I have met my deductible and max out of pocket. I had it pulled up on my insurance app and had spoken with my insurance company before going in. They said their system said I had not met everything and pushed me to pay a $250 co-pay. I declined and they said they will bill it to my insurance which isn't correct either. I was also again charged for a pregnancy test that I do not need as I had a Hyterectomy in 2015 and they did a CT scan of my abdomen that I know clearly shows I no longer have the equipment needed to be pregnant.

Negative experience: This so called Dr. Sheth is completely ignorant of medical practice and shouldn't be treating people. I came in for severe shoulder blade and neck pain to the point I'm literally crying in pain. He gaslighted me and profiled me as a drug seeker. He didn't ask my medical history, didn't ask about my pain or examine me. Then came into my room out of no where to tell me that what he gave me is only for cancer patients and fractures and that he made me an exception and could get in trouble for that. Those were his words, not mine. The meds he offered first I'm allergic to and literally can't take so I told him what my drs have given me previously. He also would've known that if he had looked at my chart, my meds, and my allergies before talking to me or while talking to me. They also didn't put in an iv and gave me a shot in my butt that doesn't work and I told them it wouldn't work bc it never does for me. Your best bet for any pain relief is to just suffer through it and pray that works. Still trying to figure out how this place has a 4 stars of any kind. The most horrible er I've ever been to in my life.

Dr. Tran and Mike the nurse were also very professional and helpful. The lady at the reception was very polite and caring. As a medical professional it’s amazing to watch other professionals who still care about patients! My family and I will definitely be back. My husband accompanied me and was as impressed as I was! When it was time for discharge, all of my information was ready and together and I was instructed on aftercare treatment and medication thoroughly. Everyone there was very helpful and attentive the entirety of my visit. I would be comfortable going back.

Fantastic experience: From when I walked in the door Ms. /Mrs. Stacey was so hands on. She help me find the correct insurance after I had the wrong one, so I could receive the help I needed. As I was called to the back Nurse Tammy and CT Tech Stephan dived right into assist me with the pain I was in. in a very short time Dr.Ali was in with a helping hands to relieve all the pain I was in. When I say I have never been helped that fast in any ER, and that's saying a mouth full. The staff was so friendly and helpful to me even when my stress level was on a 100 plus. And after all the help I was giving Ms./Mrs. Stacey came to check on me to make sure that I was ok. At that point I know I made the right decision to came to Angleton ER. When people go out there way to make sure you receive the best care possible. It just bring warmness to my heart that I was more then just a number, but someone that has value.

Fantastic experience: Great experience at Angleton ER yesterday, November 7, 2022 - the staff are so kind and I appreciate how they go out of their way to make you feel comfortable, listen and address all your concerns and questions. The facility was not busy, no wait and very knowledgeable medical professionals! No mask required additional plus I live locally but typically drive into Pearland or Houston for the best care, but I will definitely revisit this ER anytime and recommend it to anybody. Had a separate great experience in August with my 11 year old daughter as well

Fantastic experience: I would like to give Angleton ER 24/7 a BIG shout out. My husband went in with sever abdominal pain and they were able to get him right back and try to get him some relief from the pain. Then they were able to do a CT scan and locate the cause. The nurses (Pam, Nick) and DR Ali were very attentive and was there to answer any and all the questions we had and went way above and beyond to make sure we understood what was going on. I would highly recommend them to my family and friends and anyone wanting to get to the results quickly with out having to wait in the hospital ER for many, many hours in pain. Fantastic experience: Lemme start off my saying that it's a massive understatement to say that I'm terrified of doctors and anything medical from a lifetime of extreme traumas from hospitals, doctors, and other horrible things that I saw or lived through as well as just generally having had a very hard time medically while being disabled. That said, these people were so kind and comforting. I was throwing up so bad and was so tired I was just done and they were so reassuring. They interact with you as a person and they make it very easy to talk to them as well as to understand everything they're telling you. They had such a relaxed and confident vibe and environment and were so so great at their jobs as well as just making you feel better in the moment when you already feel awful and feel annoyed about having to go to the doctors A lot of love and really talented and empathetic doctors who listen to what you say. 10000% recommend! They'll help you quickly and they'll make the whole process of being sick and going to the doctors as easy and painless as possible. Thanks for helpin me stop throwin up, guys ❤ i had already cried like 4 times that day. P.s. they have their own water bottles ✨snazzy✨

Fantastic experience: I went to Angleton ER beacuse I got over heated and was having chest pains. I checked in with Stacey at the front desk. Nurse Tammy was quick to get my vitals. Dr. Ali was very attentive and quick to get fluids in me and preform all the necessary tests to make sure everything thing was ok. We would definitely recommend them to everyone and will continue to see them for all our urgent care needs.

Negative experience: Two girls one with braces in the front, and a blond hair lady in the back. Thought it was so funny that I was freaking out about having a miscarriage. I didn’t think it was funny, they also Told me they don’t accept Medicaid.

Fantastic experience: Facility, availability of diagnostic abilities and staff are FIRST CLASS, TOP NOTCH and FAR SUPERIOR to “Hospital ER”. No wait, efficient check-in and with INSURANCE COVERAGE, no further Bill. FIVE STAR all the way. Doctor and RN on Call for the weekend was knowledgeable, kind, thorough, 22 years experience at St. LUKES Hospital, and I couldn't ask for Better Medical Care. Fantastic experience: Coming from someone who does not take their child to the dr. /er unless it's out of my control, I recommend Angleton er. Dr. Ali , nurse Pamela, x-ray tech Shara, and front desk Michelle were all wonderful today when I took my son in for a head injury. Very nice, explained everything thoroughly. Made my son's visit as comfortable as they could giving the circumstances.

Answered all my questions thoroughly & told me several times to contact them anytime. Explained the test thoroughly. They were considerate & comforting when administering the test. Also very timely. No waiting & test results arrived exactly as explained. Would highly recommend them to everyone!

Negative experience: Brought grandbaby in with croup symptoms. There was no one else in the waiting area and they got us in quickly. However, the receptionist at the front desk was rude and apathetic. My daughter-in-law was already worried and stressed and the receptionist’s ugly attitude did not help. I think she may be better suited working somewhere where a little bit of kindness wouldn’t be necessary.

Negative experience: I took my daughter to get a Covid test, with insurance! 30 days later I get a bill in the mail for 1500 AFTER INSURANCE! For a Covid test! Also, they have the option to bill the government for it and they decided to bill me. Jokes on them, I am not paying 1500 out of pocket for a 15 minute Covid test. In the process of fighting the charges they put it on my credit. This place should be ashamed of the business they are conducting in financially taking advantage of people. UTMB is right down the road and is an actual emergency room not a bunch of quack doctors who just want your money.
