I took all three of my kids ages 16,12,6 ,I was seen immediately, the staff upfront were so warm and friendly made me feel so comfortable, all my kids seemed relaxed , the dentist was so kind and sweet ,informative and really listened to you and your concerns, the place was clean. And just all around a wonderful experience ✨️, this will forever be my children's dentist!!!!!!

Negative experience: They will schedule your visit with an out of network dentist even after you give them all of your insurance info. You will end up paying a lot out of pocket. Poor staff. No problem with the dentist he did great!

Negative experience: I had to edit this because this dentist made me feel so bad. I scheduled the appointment in confidence that they would be able to help me. I’m a single mother with 2 kids and I recently chipped my tooth. I just needed a temporary fix because getting a crown is too expensive for me right now. I’m unemployed and in college full time. He refused to hear anything I had to say and walked out. It made me feel so defeated. I went down the street to All Smiles Dentistry and they fixed my tooth and told me if I had any issues to come back and they’d fix it for free. There’s still good people in the world. But not at this place.

Negative experience: Communication with reception was terrible. They would cancel appointments or reschedule and never call us or tell us. We waited 2 months for them to get in contact with insurance. Every time we called for info about the insurance, they said they would call tomorrow and then let us know by the end of the week. They would never call us back. It was just an overall bad experience. My wife got a tooth pulled and they pulled the tooth before she was even numb. They didn’t even give her discharge paperwork or nothing. Just sent her on her way in tears from the pain without anything. I had to go in and say something and then they came outside to the vehicle and gave her discharge/post care instructions and extra gauze. It was ridiculous.

Fantastic experience: The Dr. Max and the entire staff continue to outdo themselves! They are amazing with my kids, they will work with us no matter how not so convenient it is on them sometimes!. Incredibly happy with everyone at this office!
