Negative experience: Scheduled a new patient cleaning appointment back in February. When I got there, I had XRays taken, waited a total of 3 hours for the dentist to literally look in my mouth - no cleaning. Had to schedule a second appointment for a cleaning, which was for June 5th - months later. Recieved a call this morning, the day before my cleaning, informing me that they don't have any availability for my appointment time because their manager changed the schedule. My appointment has been scheduled for months and I get this notification the day before. Do not go here! This place just wastes your time and money. Me and my children will be finding a new dentist, even if we have to drive out of time.

Negative experience: It’s so freaking ridiculous the amount of times you have to call for someone to pick up the phone . Appointment gets canceled the day of the appointment and when calling trying to reschedule so you won’t be so far out you leave voicemails and never hear back until calling again and now my appointment has been pushed completely back and it’s damn near close to April which is crazy because why ? If I didn’t cancel the appointment I should be able to come in at an earlier convenience if they actually cared for the inconvenience.

Negative experience: My appointment was for 9:30 for a simple cleaning. I didn't get taken back until approximately 10:15. The hygienist didn’t come to the room until 10:25 and I left at 10:45. Entirely too long for a scheduled appointment. We have jobs that we have to take off for these appointments and our time is valuable. The total cleaning time and the dentist inspection of my teeth was only 15-20 minutes but I missed almost 2 hours of work. Not happy with this visit at all.

Negative experience: So today is Thursday. I have an abscessed tooth. I have been a patient at Cross Creek for 6 years. They only have emergency appointments at 930 and 200. I’ve been going there everyday, even at 11 today, and their computers are down. So that’s 3 days I’ve tried to see them on their “emergency” visits. They say they have emergency visits but they don’t really. I went in there Wednesday and today crying due to the pain. I was miserable. Today their reason for not seeing me is because their computers are down. Third time being turned away. That’s some great emergency service! This place sucks. Oh! And the reason for the abscess is because 3 fillings that Dr Maynor put in have fallen out. This place is a JOKE!

I have told him 2 times about my sensitive teeth and the second time when I told him was when I was getting fillings in he chuckled and still did his work. My teeth were killing me and still can't eat on that side its been almost a week. I don't recommend this dentist to anyone. Now the stuff is nice as can be. I'm switching to another dentist asap.

Negative experience: Cross creek is a rip off I visited with a absest tooth they told me it wasn't charged me for a extraction after trying to numb me for 40 mins 6 different needles were unable to do the extraction because it was absest still will not refund my money or ever return my calls I've tried contacting the manager 11 times and no return phone call or refund they just like taking ppls money. So again It's been over a year now I've been trying to get a refund from cross creek dental they charged me for an extraction they were unable to do after getting work done at another dentist I've called over 40 times left messages for the office manager than never seems to be in the office they will not return my phone calls or refund my money I would not recommend anybody to this dentist office and surely don't pay for work til it's completed . I will continue to post reviews until this matter is resolved cross creek you have my phone number because you continue to send me text saying I'm overdue for a visit but you can't return my call to resolve this matter that's sorry buisness I'll be sure to spread the word to everybody as a matter of fact I've already talked a few out of going to cross creek by explaining my unresolved matter and will continue to do so if your reading this review I will recommend henderson and henderson out of Warrenton nc they did a wonderful job fixing my teeth and were very professional

Negative experience: If I could leave 0 I would. The front desk and staff are nice people, but they require you to pay up front for a procedure before you can schedule an appointment for it. In my case I paid close to $500.00 last year and did not get the procedure done due to finding another dentist that could get me in sooner. It has taken months and as of today my money has not been refunded. I have called multiple times with no result. If I do not get my money in the next couple of months I will be filing a suit.

The receptionist is friendly I will say but I don’t recommend taking your children to be seen here because the doctor is not patient with young children. Dr. Trinidad which I never seen in the office before numb my 12 year old mouth and did not give it time to kick in he started drilling right away. My daughter said they were rude while filling her cavities as well. I will not be taking my children back to this unwelcoming facility.
